Claims (7)
- Druckluftbetriebene Farbspritzpistole (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), welches einen Druckluftverteiler (3) aufweist, der an eine Druckluftzuleitung (4) angeschlossen ist und deren Druckluft auf eine Hornluftversorgungsleitung (5) und eine Rundstrahlversorgungsleitung (6) verteilt, wobei die der Hornluftversorgungsleitung (5) zugeführte Druckluftmenge durch Schraubverstellung eines Kükens (7) einstellbar ist, dessen endständiges Dichtzäpfchen (8) die Hornluftversorgungsleitung (5) hierbei kontinuierlich öffnet bzw. verschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Küken (7), von seinem Ende her gesehen, nach dem Dichtzäpfchen (8) einen Bereich größeren Durchmessers, der als scheibenartiger Teller ausgebildet ist, aufweist, weicher beim Verschließen der Hornluftversorgungsleitung (5) auch den Luftweg zwischen Druckluftzuleitung (4) und Rundstrahlversorgungsleitung (6) kontinuierlich verengt, wodurch der Druck in der Rundstrahlversorgungsleitung (6) auf einen vorgegebenen Maximalwert begrenzt ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorgegebene Maximalwert 0,7 bar beträgt.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teller (9) beim Betätigen des Kükens (7) sowohl auf die Druckluftzuleitung (4) als auch auf die Rundstrahlversorgungsleitung (6) wirkt.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Dichtzäpfchen (8) und Teller (9) einstückig gefertigt sind und ein Innengewinde (10) zum Aufschrauben auf einen, den Kern des Kükens (7) bildenden, Gewindestift (11) aufweisen.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Gehäuse (2) eine Bohrung aufweist, deren Außenseite ein nicht durchgehendes Innengewinde trägt, in welches der Druckluftverteiler (3) über ein Außengewinde (12) einschraubbar ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Küken (7) in drehfester Verbindung mit einem gehäuseaußenseitig angebrachten Rändelknopf (14) steht.
- Druckluftverteilereinsatz für eine Farbspritzpistole (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, mit einem Außengewinde (12) zum Einschrauben in die Farbspritzpistole (1) und einem axial über einen Rändelknopf (14) verstellbaren Küken (7) mit einem endständigen Dichtzäpfchen (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, vom Ende des Kükens (7) her gesehen, nach dem Dichtzäpfchen (8) ein Bereich größeren Durchmessers, der als Teller (9) ausgebildet ist, angeordnet ist.
