Claims (4)

  1. Pince de serrage pour pantalons, jupes et similaires,
    avec deux baguettes de serrage (10, 20), entre lesquelles la pièce de textile est coincée,
    avec une charnière à fil, qui relie les baguettes de serrage (10, 20) de façon articulée entre elles et est constituée par une première pince à fil (11) sur l'une des baguettes (10) et par une deuxième pince à fil (21) sur l'autre baguette (20), lesquelles pinces à fil (11, 21) présentent respectivement deux branches (12, 22) dépassant à angle droit des baguettes de serrage (10, 20) et une traverse (13, 23) qui relie les branches (12, 22), laquelle contient une partie pliée (16, 26) dirigée vers la baguette de serrage concernée (10, 20), la traverse (13) de la première pince à fil (11) présentant des deux côtés de la partie pliée des parties (14) courtes et parallèles aux baguettes de serrage, qui représentent l'axe de charnière (SA), et la traverse (23) de la deuxième pince à fil (21) présentant deux coudes (24) qui forment la transition entre les extrémités des branches (22) et de la partie pliée (26) et se situent dans un plan qui est perpendiculaire au plan des branches (22) et de la baguette de serrage (20), et qui enveloppent partiellement les parties (14) de la première pince à fil (11) qui représentent l'axe de charnière, et
    avec un système de serrage pour la tension réciproque des baguettes de blocage (10, 20), qui présentent une manette (30) coudée, laquelle est articulée sur une partie pliée (16) et enveloppe l'autre partie pliée (26),
    caractérisée en ce que la partie pliée (16) de la première pince à fil (11) est décalée en sortant du plan des deux branches (12), du
    fait que les parties (14), représentant l'axe de charnière, de la première pince à fil (11) font suite à de courtes parties de décalage (15), qui sont perpendiculaires au plan des deux branches (12), et
    en ce que la largeur de la partie pliée (26) de la deuxième pince à fil (21) est réduite par de courtes parties (25) parallèles à la baguette de serrage (20) entre les coudes (24) et la partie pliée (26), de sorte que la partie pliée (23) de la deuxième pince à fil (21) est plus étroite que celle de la première pince à fil (11).
  2. Pince de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie pliée (26) de la deuxième pince à fil (21) est recourbée en coupant le plan tendu par les branches (22).
  3. Pince de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la partie pliée (16) de la première pince à fil (11) est de forme trapézoïdale.
  4. Pince de serrage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie pliée (26) de la deuxième pince à fil (21) a une forme rectangulaire.
