Claims (12)
- Clé (10) pour barillet de sûreté comportant un élément de manoeuvre lié à un corps de clé de forme allongée ayant un axe longitudinal rectiligne, par lequel passe le plan longitudinal médian P1 dudit corps de clé, ledit corps de clé étant destiné à être enfoncé dans un logement de clé (7) dudit barillet et étant entièrement compris entre, d'une part, deux plans latéraux P3, P4, parallèles au plan longitudi-nal médian P1, et, d'autre part, deux bordures longitudinales disposées entre les deux plans latéraux précités, l'une de ces bordures constituant le dos (14) du corps de clé et l'autre constituant une bordure active (15) destinée à coopérer avec des organes de clavetage (4, 6) dudit barillet de sûreté, le dos (14) et la bordure active (15) étant reliés entre eux par un profilé comportant, au voisinage du dos (14), une rainure longitudinale (11) dont le fond (11a) est une zone de paroi ayant, parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du corps de clé, un plan longitudinal moyen P2, la ligne de la bordure active (15), qui est équidistante des deux arêtes délimitant latéralement ladite bordure active, étant dans un plan P5 décalé transversalement par rapport au plan longitudinal moyen P2, la zone d'extrémité libre du corps de clé, qui est opposée à l'élément de manoeuvre, étant, au moins partiellement, oblique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du corps de clé, caractérisée par le fait que la zone d'extrémité libre du corps de clé comporte une première rampe (21) définie en bout de la zone de paroi du profilé, qui délimite ladite rainure (11), et une deuxième rampe (22) définie en bout de la bordure active (15), la deuxième rampe (22) étant en retrait par rapport à la première rampe (21 ) dans le sens d'enfoncement de la clé (10) dans le logement de clé (7) du barillet, les deux rampes (21, 22) formant des angles aigus avec l'axe longitudinal du corps de clé, la deuxième rampe (22) coupant dans son epaisseur la paroi inferieure (11c) de la rainure (11), la paroi (11c) dite inferieure étant celle qui est reliée à la bordure active (15) des corps de clé.
- Clé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la zone d'extrémité libre du corps de clé est conformée en pointe, un sommet (19) étant ainsi défini à une extrémité de la première rampe (21 ).
- Clé selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le sommet (19) formant l'extrémité du corps de clé est disposé au niveau de la partie médiane du fond (11a) de la rainure (11).
- Clé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que le plan longitudinal médian P1 du corps de clé et le plan longitudinal P5 de la bordure active (15) sont sensiblement confondus.
- Clé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que l'extrémité libre de la bordure active (15) coupe la première rampe (21) selon une arête (23), dont le point milieu est à une distance de la ligne longitudinale médiane du dos (14) de clé inférieure à celle existant entre ladite ligne et la face de la paroi inférieure (11c) de la rainure 11 qui est la plus éloignée du dos (14) de la clé, ladite paroi dite "inférieure" étant celle qui est reliée à la bordure active (15) du corps de clé.
- Clé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'angle formé avec l'axe du corps de clé par la première rampe (21) est supérieur à celui formé avec ledit axe par la deuxième rampe (22).
- Barillet de sûreté destiné à coopérer avec une clé (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, ledit barillet comportant un rotor cylindrique (1 ) susceptible de tourner dans un stator (2), un logement de clé (7) étant pratiqué longitudinalement dans le rotor (1), des organes de clavetage (4, 6) étant disposés dans l'ensemble (rotor 1/stator 2) et étant poussés élastiquement en position de clavetage en l'absence de clé dans le logement de clé (7), le déclavetage n'intervenant que si la clé (10) appropriée est mise en place dans ledit logement de clé (7), chaque organe de clavetage (4, 6) pouvant se déplacer en translation selon un axe rectiligne, une nervure longitudinale (8) faisant saillie latéralement dans le logement de clé (7), un espace résiduel (9) étant ménagé entre ladite nervure (8) et la face en regard (7a) dudit logement de clé 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'en l'absence de clé, chaque organe de clavetage (4, 6) poussé élastiquement traverse le logement de clé (7) jusqu'à venir en butée contre ladite nervure (8), l'organe de clavetage (4, 6) comportant un relief (18) qui, lors de la mise en butée de l'organe de clavetage contre la nervure (8), pénètre dans un évidement (17) prévu à cet effet dans ladite nervure (8), l'espace résiduel (9) permettant d'agir sur l'organe de clavetage pour dégager le relief (18) de son évidement (17).
- Barillet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de clavetage est constitué d'une goupille de rotor (6) et d'une goupille de stator (4) disposées dans un même alésage (16), la goupille de stator (4) étant poussée par un ressort (5), la goupille de rotor (6) s'appuyant, par une de ses bases, sur la goupille de stator (4) et portant, sur son autre base, le relief (18), qui est destiné à s'engager dans la nervure (8).
- Barillet selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le relief est un téton hémisphérique (18) disposé selon l'axe de la goupille de rotor (6), qui le porte, et que les goupilles de rotor (6) et de stator (4) sont cylindriques, l'axe de l'alésage (16) étant perpendiculaire à l'axe du rotor (1).
- Barillet selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que le logement de clé a un plan longitudinal médian qui passe par l'axe du rotor (1), la face de la nervure (8) sur laquelle peut venir en appui une goupille de rotor (6) étant perpendiculaire audit plan longitudinal médian du logement de clé (7).
- Ensemble constitué par un barillet selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10 et une clé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la première rampe (21) de la clé (10) agit sur l'organe de clavetage dans l'espace résiduel (9) ménagé à cet effet, l'obliquité de ladite rampe (21) étant telle que le relief (18) de l'organe de clavetage est dégagé de son évidement (17) lorsque la deuxième rampe (22) arrive au contact dudit relief (18).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 11, incluant un barillet selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'au cours de l'enfoncement de la clé (10) dans son logement (7), le relief (18) s'appuie sur la bordure active (15) de la clé (10), le dessin de ladite bordure active (15) étant tel que, dans la position d'enfoncement maximum de la clé (10) dans son logement (7), l'interface (goupille de rotor 6/goupille de stator 4) est amené au niveau de l'interface (rotor 1/stator 2).
