Description
Gleichzeitig muß die Konstruktion der Verschleißplatten einer Rückdehnung der Roststabreihen folgen, um keinen oder keinen zu großen Spalt zwischen Roststab und Verschleißplatte zu bilden.
Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, welche die Abdichtung des Brennraumes gewährleistet, die auftretenden Wärmedehnungen bei Wärmebeanspruchung auf einfache Weise ausgleicht und dabei den Verschleiß reduziert.
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Anordnung und Lagerung von Rosten, insbesondere Roststäben der feststehenden Roststabreihen eines Vorschubrostes, mit einem verschiebbaren Seitenschild, das aus einer Verschleißplatte (2) und einem Übergangswinkel (9) zur Abdichtung gegenüber einer Seitenwand (11) besteht, mit einer Rostachse (4), mit einem mit dem Seitenschild verbundenen Rost, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an der Verschleißplatte (2) befestigter Träger (3) vorgesehen ist, der auf der Rostachse (4) verschiebbar gelagert ist und auf dem der Rost aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3) als wenigstens teilweise den Querschnitt der Rostachse (4) umfassendes Profil ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3) als Halbschale auf einer zylindrischen Rostachse (4) verschiebbar aufliegt und angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Träger (3) ein Mitnehmer (7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Seitenroststäbe (1) seitlich der Verschleißplatte (2) auf dem Träger (3) beweglich aufliegend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere miteinander, insbesondere auch mit einem Seitenroststab (1) verbundene Roststäbe (5) auf dem Träger (3) beweglich aufliegend angeordnet sind.
