Claims (8)
- 液冷式火格子/火床であって、
液体が貫流することができるいくつかの液冷式火格子板(2)と、側方厚板(11、12、13)とから成り、該側方厚板の表面には、該液冷式火格子板(2)及び/又は該側方厚板(11、12、13)に伝熱様式で接続される1つ又は複数の当板(1)が設けられ、
前記当板(1)から前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び前記側方厚板(11、12、13)の両方への伝熱は、該当板(1)と該液冷式火格子板(2)及び該側方厚板(11、12、13)との間に熱伝導率の高い箔(3)をクランプすることによって達成され、前記当板(1)は、前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び前記側方厚板(11、12、13)に取り外し可能に接続されることを特徴とする、液冷式火格子/火床。 - 前記熱伝導率の高い箔(3)は主にシリコーンから成る、請求項1に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
- 前記熱伝導率の高い箔(3)はソフトシリコーン箔(3)である、請求項1に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
- 前記熱伝導率の高い箔(3)はシート銅である、請求項1に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
- 前記当板(1)はハードックスから成る、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
- その表面、すなわち前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び前記側方厚板(11、12、13)の表面には前記当板(1)が設けられ、該当板(1)は、ねじ込み式接続(6、7)を用いて前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び/又は前記側方厚板(11、12、13)にボルト締めされる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
- その表面、すなわち前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び前記側方厚板(11、12、13)の表面には前記当板(1)が設けられ、該当板(1)は、リベットを使用して前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び/又は前記側方厚板(11、12、13)にボルト締めされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
- その表面、すなわち前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び前記側方厚板(11、12、13)の表面には前記当板(1)が設けられ、該当板(1)は、クランプ継手(8〜10)を使用して前記液冷式火格子板(2)及び/又は前記側方厚板(11、12、13)に接続される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液冷式火格子/火床。
