Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Verminderung der Formaldehydabgabe von aminoplastgebundenen gepreßten Lignocellulose-Erzeugnissen, insbesondere Holzspan- oder Faserplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Lignocellulosen vor, während oder nach dem Beleimen mit Aminoplastharzen kondensiertes Tannin beigegeben wird und auf das hergestellte Lignocellulose-Erzeugnis nach dem Preßvorgang ein formaldehydreaktiver Stoff aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin in Pulverform den Lignocellulosen zugegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin in flüssiger Form den Lignocellulosen zugegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin in Mengen von mindestens 0,1% zugegeben wird, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Lignocellulosen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin in Mengen von höchstens 5% den Lignocellulosen zugegeben wird, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Lignocellulosen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lignocellulose-Platte mit dem formaldehydreaktiven Stoff besprüht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als formaldehydreaktiver Stoff Harnstoff oder ein anderer ammoniakabspaltender Stoff aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin nur in die Deckschichten von mehrschichtigen Spanplatten eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin nur in die Mittelschicht mehrschichtiger Spanplatten eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tannin sowohl in die Mittelschicht als auch in die Deckschichten von mehrschichtigen Spanplatten eingebracht wird.
