Description

Claims (14)
- Trappe, notamment pour regard technique de bouche d'incendie, du type comportant un cadre (4) de support délimitant un passage (16) et un couvercle (6) d'obturation amovible, ledit cadre étant pourvu d'un rail de guidage (28) sur chacune de deux parois latérales parallèles (8, 10), caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (6) comporte latéralement de chaque côté deux patins (56, 58) de suivi du rail de guidage (28), dont un patin supérieur (58) glissant sur la face supérieure du rail lors des mouvements d'ouverture par glissement vers l'avant et de fermeture par glissement vers l'arrière du couvercle (6) et un patin inférieur (56) adapté pour buter sur la face inférieure du rail en cas de soulèvement du couvercle (6) en position d'ouverture au moins partielle de celui-ci, ledit rail de guidage (28) se termine par une extrémité arrière (28C) de libération du couvercle (6) et chaque paroi latérale (8, 10) comporte à l'arrière une nervure de blocage (36), cette extrémité de libération et la nervure de blocage délimitant une chicane de passage pour les patins (56, 58) du couvercle pour rendre possible le retrait complet du couvercle.
- Trappe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la nervure de blocage (36) est disposée au moins partiellement au-dessus du patin supérieur (58) lorsque celui-ci se trouve au-delà de l'extrémité de libération (28C) du couvercle.
- Trappe selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la nervure de blocage (36) a une forme allongée et est inclinée vers le bas et vers l'avant en direction de l'extrémité de libération (28C).
- Trappe selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les patins (56, 58) sont ménagés sur des jambes de support (52) s'étendant au-dessous de la face inférieure du couvercle (6) et perpendiculairement à celui-ci, latéralement de chaque côté.
- Trappe selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les jambes de support (52) comportent, en regard des rails de guidage (28), une portion plane (59) s'étendant longitudinalement afin d'interdire tout pivotement du couvercle (6).
- Trappe selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (6) comporte, dans sa partie avant, une serrure de verrouillage du couvercle (6) par rapport au cadre (4) en position d'obturation, dont le pêne est adapté pour coopérer avec une surface de retenue (24) ménagée dans une paroi du cadre (4).
- Trappe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque rail de guidage (28) comporte une portion avant rectiligne (28A) parallèle au plan du couvercle (6) en position d'obturation, et une portion arrière inclinée (28B) vers le bas et vers l'arrière depuis la portion rectiligne (28A), jusqu'à l'extrémité de libération du couvercle (28C).
- Trappe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les patins (56, 58) sont au moins partiellement au-delà de l'extrémité de libération (28C) du couvercle lorsque le couvercle est en position d'obturation.
- Trappe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque rail de guidage (28) comporte une surface de support du couvercle (6) lorsque celui-ci est en position d'obturation.
- Trappe selon les revendications 7 et 9 prises ensembles, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (6) comporte, sur chaque bord latéral de sa face inférieure, une surface d'appui (48) inclinée, adaptée pour coopérer avec la face supérieure de la portion inclinée (28B) du rail de guidage formant surface de support.
- Trappe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque patin supérieur (58) est placé à une distance de la face supérieure du couvercle qui est inférieure à la somme de l'épaisseur maximale du couvercle et de la distance entre la face supérieure de la partie avant du rail de guidage et la surface du sol entourant le cadre de support (4), et en ce que le patin inférieur (56) est placé à une distance de la face supérieure du couvercle (6) qui est supérieure à la somme de l'épaisseur maximale du couvercle et de la distance entre la face inférieure de la partie avant du rail de guidage (28) et ladite surface au sol, afin que le couvercle puisse reposer sur ladite surface dans sa position d'ouverture maximale.
- Trappe selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (6) comporte, sur la partie avant de sa face inférieure, des surfaces de dégagement arquées (62).
- Trappe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les patins (56, 58) sont disposés près de l'extrémité arrière du couvercle (6) suivant le sens d'ouverture de celui-ci.
- Trappe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (6) et le cadre du support (4) sont réalisés tous deux d'une seule pièce par un procédé de fonderie.
