Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall, ceiling or roof element for buildings, with the features of the introductory part of independent claim 1.
- a wall element of the type mentioned at the outset is known with a folded structure consisting of boards arranged at an angle to one another and a wooden planking arranged on both sides.
- the cavities between the planking and the folding structure can be filled with insulating material.
- the boards forming the folding mechanism are provided with a 45 ° chamfer on one longitudinal edge and the basic structure of the folding mechanism corresponds to the contours of isosceles, right-angled triangles, the chamfers forming straight surfaces to which the planking is attached.
- a disadvantage of the construction of the wall, ceiling or roof element according to CH-A-239 496 and BE-A-720 700 is that the folded structure is made from two different types of boards.
- the known wall elements are used primarily in one and two-storey construction because their load-bearing capacity is limited by the arrangement and dimensioning of the web and insulation material that makes sense in terms of building physics. In multi-storey buildings, such wall elements require increased design effort in the form of separate frame and support structures, tram layers, rafters or the like, to which the known wall elements are connected in order to avoid an excessive number of sound and heat bridges in the wall, ceiling or roof elements themselves.
- the aim of this invention is to avoid the disadvantages of the elements described at the outset and to provide versatile, light wall, ceiling or roof elements for buildings in blackboard) with good sound and thermal properties which can be industrially manufactured to a high degree and only need to be connected in a suitable manner on site.
- Another object of this invention is to provide high-load-bearing wall or ceiling elements which, without substantial additional frame or support structures, enable a multi-storey panel-type construction, the thickness of the components being no greater than in known products.
- the cavities resulting from the folding mechanism or the folding mechanism construction can be filled as follows.
- Outer wall elements can be planked on both sides and provided with cavity fillings in such a way that light, heat-insulating materials such as mineral fibers, plant materials, paper flakes, cork, expanded materials or the like. lying outside and heavy storage-effective materials with good thermal insulation properties, such as foam concrete or concrete-bound expanded clay or the like, or also fillings with sand, gravel, pumice, slag, foam lave, expanded clay or the like. are provided on the room side.
- heat-insulating materials such as mineral fibers, plant materials, paper flakes, cork, expanded materials or the like. lying outside and heavy storage-effective materials with good thermal insulation properties, such as foam concrete or concrete-bound expanded clay or the like, or also fillings with sand, gravel, pumice, slag, foam lave, expanded clay or the like.
- all cavities can be filled with light, heat-insulating materials and can be assembled into a warm roof in conjunction with an outer shell.
- elements proposed according to the invention can generally be used as components delimiting against the outside air if they are provided with a corresponding planking and outer shell.
- Ceiling elements according to the invention arranged under a cold roof as the top floor ceiling can only be planked on the room side, the cavities formed thereby and the roof-side empty spaces of the folding structure or the folding structure being filled with thermal insulation materials.
- the cavities of interior ceiling elements can be filled in two different ways.
- interior ceiling elements can consist of a folded structure with planking on both sides, the cavities of which are filled in such a way that light thermal insulation materials are installed in the cavities above the planking on the room side, whereas in the cavities below the upper planking a fill with the above-mentioned Fabrics or filling with foam concrete, etc. can be provided.
- Such ceiling elements can have a known floor structure on the top and can be papered or coated on the underside or with wood panels or the like. be designed. This embodiment provides very stable ceiling elements with large free span lengths.
- interior ceiling elements can consist of a folded structure that is only planked on the underside, the cavities formed with the planking are filled in as mentioned above, and the top side is filled with a fill of sand, gravel, etc. on site.
- the floor is built up in a known manner on the fill material, either with upholstery wood resting on it at intervals with insulating materials in between and dry screeds lying above it, Chipboard and parquet, or on an impact sound insulation arranged on it with floating floors.
- sound transmission paths to flank components that are unfavorable for structure-borne noise can be avoided.
- An advantage of the wall, ceiling or roof elements proposed according to the invention is that there are cavities on both sides of the folding mechanism or the folding mechanism construction which permit filling in such a way that a favorable composite effect is achieved by a combination of different insulating materials in connection with the folding mechanism material is possible in terms of sound and thermal properties.
- Materials of different densities and properties such as loose fiber materials, felts, solids, fillings, etc., can be combined with one another, so that airborne sound and structure-borne noise insulation as well as the required K values and heat-storing masses can be achieved without additional constructive effort.
- the folding mechanism or the folding mechanism construction achieves sound branching, a longer transition path between the planking, and smaller sound transmission areas between the webs and the planking than in known wall and ceiling elements with the same load-bearing capacity.
- FIG. 1 shows a wall, ceiling or roof element in cross section
- FIG. 2 shows a wall element in a perspective view with an additional inner and outer shell.
- Fig. 1 shows a wall, ceiling or roof element with a folding structure 1 made of three-sided smooth planed, each provided with a 45 ° bevel boards 3, which means Brackets and adhesive are connected at right angles.
- a double-sided planking (for example OSB panels) 4 and 5 is glued to the flat ridge surfaces formed by the chamfers.
- the cavities formed with the planking 5 are filled with thermal insulation materials 6, the cavities formed with the planking 4 are filled with fillings such as sand, gravel, pumice, foam lava, expanded materials or the like, or also with heavy wedge-shaped solid bodies made of foam concrete, concrete-bound expanded clay or the like 7 filled out.
- the cavities formed with the planking 5 can be filled with thermal insulation materials 6 when used as a ceiling element.
- the cavities present on the top side in the folded structure 1 are filled on site with heavy fill materials 7 which have good sound-absorbing properties and on which a known floor construction can take place.
- the element can be provided with an internal vapor barrier and a corresponding outer shell and can advantageously be assembled into a warm roof or used as the top floor ceiling under a cold roof . Furthermore, such an element can be used as a heat-insulating, load-bearing wall if there are no high acoustic requirements.
- an OSB board 5 for example V100 gluing
- an OSB board 4 for example V20 gluing
- the outer shell consists of a nailed tongue and groove profile 12 in spruce, the inner shell of a vapor barrier 10 and nailed plasterboard 11, which is prepared for a finished surface.
- Wedges of mineral wool felt 6 are inserted into the external cavities.
- Correspondingly shaped wedges made of expanded clay granules 7 bound with foam concrete, preferably with a density> 900 kg / m 3 are fastened in the cavities with soft-elastic adhesives.
