Claims (7)
- Scharnierlager für die Flügel von Fenstern, Türen od. dgl., insbesondere Ecklager (1) für Drehkippflügel, mit einem am Blendrahmen (5) über eine Grundplatte (3) und diese jeweils im Bereich von Senklöchern (6) durchdringende Schrauben (4) befestigbaren Lagerbock (2), welcher zwei im Abstand nebeneinander von der Grundplatte (3) und normal zur Ebene der Grundplatte ausgerichtete abstehende Wangen oder Flansche (7) aufweist, zwischen denen über einen mit einem Außengewinde (17) versehenen, horizontalen, eine Achse aufweisenden und an den Wangen (7) anbringbaren Achsbolzen (15) ein sich in Normalrichtung zu der genannten Achse erstreckender Gelenkzapfen (16) kippbeweglich und über ein Innengewinde (18) seitwärts auf dem Achsbolzen (15)verlagerbar gehalten ist,wobei der Gelenkzapfen (16) in eine-Gelenkhülse eines Flügelscharnierteils stützend eingreifbar ist,und wobei der Achsbolzen (15) wenigstens an einem seiner Enden mit Angriffsflächen für ein Verstellwerkzeug, z.B. mit einer Eingriffsvertiefung (20) für einen Stiftschlüssel, versehen ist, die im Bereich von Durchgangslöchern (21) in den Wangen oder Flanschen (7) des Lagerbocks (2) zugänglich sind,daß die genannten Angriffsflächen an beiden Enden des Achsbolzens (15) vorgesehen sind,daß eines der von den Befestigungsschrauben (4) durchdringbaren Senklöchern (6) in der Grundplatte (3) des Lagerbocks (2) zwischen den Wangen oder Flanschen (7) angeordnet ist,daß in die Innenfläche (24) jeder der Wange oder jedes Flansches (7) nach der Oberkante (26) der Wange oder des Flansches (7) hin eine ausmündende, taschenartige Lagermulde (25) für die Enden des Achsbolzens (15) eingeformt sind,wobei jede Lagermulde (25) eine mit jedem Durchgangsloch (21) bzw. dessen Längsachse (27) fluchtende Lager-Halbschale bildet und eine Endfläche aufweist, wobei im Bereich der Lager-Halbschalen in die Endfläche jeder Lagermulde (25) eine konzentrisch zu den Durchgangslöchern (21) ausgerichtete Lager-Ringfläche (28) von relativ geringer Tiefe ausgebildet ist,und daß die wirksame Länge (31) des Achsbolzens (15) um die gemeinsame Tiefe (32 + 32) der beiden Lager-Ringflächen (28) größer bemessen ist als der kleinste lichte Abstand (33) zwischen den Endflächen der in beiden Wangen oder Flanschen (7) befindlichen Lagermulden (25).
- Scharnierlager nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß den Lagermulden (25) an der Oberkante (26) jeder Wange bzw. jedes Flansches (7) eine über deren Endflächen nach einwärts gerichtet vorspringende Zunge oder ein Noppen (29) vorgelagert ist,und daß diese Zungen oder Noppen (29) als in die Angriffsflächen, insbesondere Eingriffsvertiefungen (20) an den Enden des Achsbolzens (15) einrückbare Halteraste (Rinne 30) mit Abstand vor den Durchgangslöchern (21) in den Wangen oder Flanschen (7) wirksam sind. - Scharnierlager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zungen oder Noppen (29) von an den Oberkanten (26) der im Bereich der taschenartigen Lagermulden (25) verbleibenden Endflächen einwärts gerichteten Verprägungen gebildet sind. - Scharnierlager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wangen oder Flansche (7) des Lagerbocks (2) von einem gemeinsamen Mittelsteg (9) rechtwinklig abstehen, der wiederum im wesentlichen rechtwinklig von einem Ende der Grundplatte (3) weggerichtet ist. - Scharnierlager nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Lagerbock (2) mit seiner Grundplatte (3), dem Mittelsteg (9) und den beiden Wangen oder Flanschen (7) als einstückiges Stanz- oder Biegeformteil aus einem ebenen Blechzuschnitt (10) gebildet ist und dabei die beiden Wangen oder Flansche (7) wenigstens nahe ihren Oberkanten (26) mit der Grundplatte (3) verschweißt (13) sind. - Scharnierlager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Achsbolzen (15) an seinen beiden Enden je eine ringförmige Anfasung oder einen Absatz (35) aufweist, der passend in die Lager-Ringflächen (28) der taschenartigen Lagermulden (25) einrückbar ist. - Scharnierlager nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Wangen oder Flansche (7) des Lagerbocks (2) von einem gemeinsamen Mittelsteg (9) rechtwinklig abstehen, der wiederum im wesentlichen rechtwinklig von einem Ende der Grundplatte (3) weggerichtet ist,und daß die auf den Gelenkzapfen (16) einwirkenden Axialkräfte über das untere Ende eines stützend auf eine Anschlagnase (37) des Mittelstegs (9) treffenden Lagerlappens (19) - unter Entlastung des Achsbolzens (15) - unmittelbar in den Lagerbock (2) eingeleitet sind.
