Claims (5)
- Arbeitsverfahren zur Herstellung von Großrohren durch Verformen einer Blechtafeln zu einem Schlitzrohr in einer Großrohrpreßanlage mit einer Presse, in der die Werkzeuge zum Anbiegen, Einformen und Kalibrieren des Rohres angeordnet sind
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arbeitsschritte Anbiegen , Einformen, Kalibrieren, sowie Richten des Rohres nacheinander in ein und derselben Presse nach Querverschieben der jeweils erforderlichen an den Hydraulikaggregaten angeordneten Werkzeuge erfolgen. - Presse zur Durchführung des Arbeitsverfahrens zur Herstellung von Großrohren durch Verformen einer Blechtafeln zu einem Schlitzrohr in einer Großrohrpreßanlage mit einer Presse, in der die Werkzeuge zum Anbiegen, Einformen und Kalibrieren des Rohres angeordnet sind
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die an den Hydraulikaggregeaten angeordneten jeweils zum Anbiegen, Einformen, Kalibrieren, sowie zum Richten des Rohres erforderlichen Werkzeuge mit Hilfe eines Manipulators verschiebbar sind, der aus mindestens einem in Längsrichtung des zu formenden Rohres zusammen mit den zu wechselnden Werkzeugen seitlich aus der Presse heraus- und in diese einfahrbaren Wechselwagen besteht. - Presse nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei Wechselwagen (11, 12) abwechselnd einsetzbar sind. - Presse nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der jeweilig benötigte Werkzeugwechselwagen (11,12) während des Arbeitsverfahrens in der Presse verbleibt. - Presse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tisch (7) oder das Kalibrierwerkzeug (14) als Wechselwagen ausgebildet ist
