- Each film layer 13 has edges 14 which are formed from the films themselves and which are bendable and which represent fastening and / or connecting elements, which protrude beyond the outer dimensions of the oven muffle 1 and after the form-fitting application of the respective film layer 13 to the outside of the oven muffle 1 in the direction of the arrow the adjacent film layer folded will.
- the mutual overlap of the film layers 13 results in a complete thermal insulation of the furnace walls in question.
- FIG. 1 In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG.
- FIG. 4 the front view of an oven muffle 1 with the charging flange 6 shown broken off is again shown schematically, a one-piece film layer web 15 serving to isolate the aforementioned furnace walls, the four film layers 13b separated by compressed edge sections 16 and cantilevered edges 14 at both ends owns.
- This film layer web 15 is wound around the aforementioned furnace walls, the compressed edge sections 16 in the corner regions of the oven muffle 1 being curved connecting elements.
- FIG. 5 shows an enlarged representation of part of a film layer 13 with an associated edge 14 or edge section 16 when embodied as a film layer web.

- the inner foils b and c have, for example, a meandering shape and are arranged crosswise to one another, that is to say the meandering and elongated embossing points 17 are located perpendicular to each other and touch each other point by point. These embossing points 17 represent spacing elements which hold the multilayer films a, b, c and d in the example by a predetermined amount at a mutual distance.
- the films are placed directly on top of one another and at least approximately airtightly sealed by compression.
- This compression can take place by multiple, partial deep-drawing of the film composite in the area of deep-drawing points 18 according to FIGS. 6 and 7, not all of the films being drawn.
- Subsequent squeezing of the deep-drawing points 18 creates a flat edge 14, the film edges of which are permanently attached to one another, as shown in FIG. 7.
- the deep-drawing and squeezing points can have approximately a Z-shaped, mutually overlapping profile according to the top view in FIG. 8.
- FIGS. 10 and 11 show somewhat more in detail the oven muffle 1 in horizontal section, which has the loading flange 6 on the front. It can be seen here that there are film layers 13b on the outer sides of the side furnace walls 2 and 4, which film layers can be part of a one-piece film layer web, for example.

- the cover foils a'and d ' are similarly provided with a profile, namely with elevations 21 on the one hand and depressions 22 on the other hand, the flat supporting surfaces of the spacer elements 19b engaging and being fixed in the elevations 21.
- the honeycomb-shaped film layer pattern is further expanded by two further films e 'and f', the design and arrangement of which is analogous to the film layer 13c shown in FIG. 11.
- a multiplicity of air chambers 23 are formed between the cover foils a 'and d' by the cup-shaped spacer elements 19a and 19b, which are closed on the edge side in the manner described, for example by the edges 14 or edge sections 16.
- the edge 14 delimiting the film layer 13c on one side is bent through 180 ° and thermally closely and directly coupled to the inside 24 of the loading flange 6 or fastened over a relatively large area. Esp.
- Figure 13 essentially shows the structure according to Figure 11 or 12.
- the contact or support points i.e. the recesses 20 of the profiled film e 'and the flat supporting surfaces of the adjacent, upper film b' intermediate layers 30 made of a material which is poorly heat-conducting, as a result of which the two films mentioned are largely thermally decoupled from one another.
- the foils or intermediate foils are shaped like waves, e.g. 5 such intermediate layers may be provided, which are then e.g. are elongated, strip-shaped, while in FIG. 13 they are in the form of round disks.
- an essentially wave-shaped or meandering-shaped film b is arranged as a spacer element between two cover films a and c, which is provided with mutually overlapping elongated perforations or cutouts 31, whereby the mass of this intermediate film b is reduced by approximately 90%.
- heat conduction between the cover foils a and c is largely prevented and the weight of the foil layer is reduced.
- the possibility of varying the number of foils within a foil layer in accordance with the thermal load which is caused in whole or in part by the heat domestic appliance to be insulated is also possible to use other materials, e.g. also use heat-resistant plastics.
- the use of highly heat-resistant material e.g. Steel, stainless steel or the like for at least the inner cover film is expedient if the corresponding film layer directly heats e.g. covers the outer bottom heat 12 according to FIG. 1.
- the edges or edge areas of the film layers can also e.g. be sealed or compressed airtight by welding.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a domestic heating appliance according to the preamble of
For thermal insulation of ovens, only fiber insulating materials, such as ceramic barrel mats, are currently used in practice, with which the oven muffle is enclosed, including any external heating elements. Fibrous insulating materials of this type are increasingly regarded as hazardous to health. According to a known proposal (DE-PS 25 59 834) instead of fibrous insulating material, an insulating film, for example made of aluminum, is wound in one or more layers around the wall surfaces of the furnace muffle, air chambers between the wall surfaces of the furnace muffle and the insulating film using edge-side spacer strips, or between the individual layers of the insulating film. Here, the spacer strips must in turn be made of a material that can withstand higher temperatures, such as during normal roasting and baking processes or, in extreme cases, when pyrolytic self-cleaning processes are carried out inside the oven muffle reduces also occur on the outside of the oven muffle, withstands. In the aforementioned proposal, it is recommended to use asbestos foam, which is highly heat-resistant, but again not without problems.
The invention has for its object to provide a domestic heating appliance, in particular a cooking appliance, e.g. to design an oven in relation to the thermal insulation so that health problems no longer occur and the insulation, in addition to good workability and small space requirements, also has a maximum of partially variable thermal insulation capability.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the measures listed in the characterizing part of
Tests have shown that with at least largely airtight sealing of the air chambers enclosed in the film layer, a targeted and increased insulation effect can be achieved by partially replacing the heated air located in the air chambers or preventing it from spreading over large areas. The formation of fastening and / or connecting elements through the film edges or edge sections of the films themselves results in a very small material cross-section at these points and excellent handling and adaptability of these, for example, edge-side fastening and / or connecting elements to the respective placement of the film layer or Foil layers in the vicinity of the equipment room, which is delimited, for example, by an oven door or another housing. By designing these fastening and / or connecting elements there is, for example, the possibility of arranging several film layers close to one another and, for example, bending the compressed and bendable edges accordingly, or using closed edge sections of a larger film layer web as corner connectors between film layers arranged at an angle to one another. By appropriate surface profiling of the cover layers of the film layers or the edges or edge sections, the heat conduction from the housing or furnace muffle to the film layer or between the fastening and / or connecting elements can be reduced in a targeted manner, so that, for example, only punctiform contact of the aforementioned parts takes place . Last but not least, the invention has the advantage that the products according to the invention can be 100% pure and recyclable.
According to a preferred embodiment, spacing elements for forming the air chambers are formed by the foils themselves, in that these foils have, for example, cup-shaped embossing points which are mutually supported on one another over a small area. In this case, a certain contact between the foils may also be desired within the outer edges or edge sections, in order to be able to dissipate thermal energy from less highly stressed points, for example the oven muffle, in a targeted manner. It may also be desirable, for example, to use the fastening and / or connecting elements on the edge in order to carry out a so-called heat dissipation, for example from the device area on the front and from the area of the muffle flange on the front. A preferred measure for holding and positioning the individual foils at a distance from one another is provided by profiling the foils, for example on the inside, such that the foil layer is honeycomb-shaped in cross section is formed, it can be provided that the mutually supporting embossing points produce a mutual fixation of the individual foils in the composite, so that, for example, different thermal expansions or mechanical loads are absorbed.

Fig. 1 shows a front view of the housing of a domestic heating appliance in the form of an
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, again an oven muffle with a slightly different cross-section is shown with 1 without showing the
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the front view of an
Figure 9 shows somewhat more in detail the
Figure 13 essentially shows the structure according to Figure 11 or 12. Here are between the contact or support points, i.e. the
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 14, an essentially wave-shaped or meandering-shaped film b is arranged as a spacer element between two cover films a and c, which is provided with mutually overlapping elongated perforations or
Within the scope of the invention, there is the possibility of varying the number of foils within a foil layer in accordance with the thermal load which is caused in whole or in part by the heat domestic appliance to be insulated. It is also possible to use other materials, e.g. also use heat-resistant plastics. The use of highly heat-resistant material e.g. Steel, stainless steel or the like for at least the inner cover film is expedient if the corresponding film layer directly heats e.g. covers the
