Description
The present invention relates to an oven muffle, consisting of individual, overlapping connected Wall parts and a front opening (see, e.g., FR-A-2 561 357). From a manufacturing point of view, it makes sense to use such oven muffle not to deep-draw from a sheet metal part, but from individual stamped sheet metal parts with less deformation to form and, if necessary, to form sheath-shaped bends Form parts of the oven muffle. The items will be then finally welded together to form the oven muffle and then enamelled. Pre-trained Cutouts and breakthroughs are used for recording and implementation of functional units from the outside to the inside of the Oven muffle. These include, for example, the upper heating elements, that generate the upper heat and / or grill heat, as well as lighting and sensors, in particular for temperature detection. This also includes bushings for ventilation, i.a. for vapor removal.
The present invention is based on the object the original individual parts of the oven muffle like this to design and prefabricate that on the one hand cheap Requirements for the production and for the other Expediency of use are given.
An oven muffle that meets these requirements is characterized according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
The design of the bottom wall part provides sure that the welds towards the side wall parts and the rear wall part in relation to the floor level is raised. Accumulating on the bottom of the oven muffle or deliberately introduced liquid thus arrives safely not in the joints of the welded together Wall parts, so that a major cause of corrosion is no longer given. The tub-like design of the Ceiling wall part in turn opens the possibility according to a further development of the invention all functional parts through the ceiling wall part into the oven muffle or to supply. In particular, the back, angled section of the ceiling wall part assumes that the bushings for the overhead Radiators and the thermal sensor are provided. Due to the curvature, this area is also rather stiffened and the back wall part requires appropriate treatments Not. A particular advantage of the configuration according to the invention The oven muffle can also be seen in the fact that the rather more complex wall parts to create, namely that Ceiling wall part and the bottom wall part for different high variants of oven muffle manufactured uniformly can be and only the essentially board-like trained side wall parts and the rear wall part manufactured and stocked in different heights Need to become.
After an expedient development, the invention is Oven muffle characterized in that the side wall parts on the edges facing the rear wall into the Level of the rear wall angled wall sections have and that the back wall part with essentially flat edge sections is designed. Farther it is appropriate that the floor, ceiling and side wall parts at the opening facing the front Have edges directed away from this, edge sections and that these edge sections with a in this area in essential plane opening frame member are connected. A particular advantage of these measures is that the rear wall part is formed from the opening frame element can be avoided so that punching waste as far as possible are.
The oven muffle according to the invention can also preferably do so be trained that parallel in the ceiling wall running to the front edge and into the interior of the muffle directed a bead is embossed. Behind this The upper radiator is then especially in the bead the muffle, so that a certain protection against contact and damage is given and also in the upper area the oven muffle fumes accumulating from the door area held and rather directed to the vapor outlet opening becomes.
