In Figur 1 sind die wendbaren Dekorplatten 1 und 2 zwischen dem Rand 3 der
Dunstabzugshaube und der Esse 4 oberhalb der Dunstabzugshaube angeordnet. Im
Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei wendbare Dekorplatten 1 und eine wendbare Dekorplatte 2
angeordnet. In weiteren Ausführungsformen sind jedoch auch eine wendbare Dekorplatte
oder eine beliebige Anzahl von Dekorplatten einsetzbar. Aus optischen Gründen sind die
wendbaren Dekorplatten 1, 2 und der Rand 3 in einer Höhe angeordnet. In Ausführungsformen
können die wendbaren Dekorplatten 1, 2 jedoch auch unterhalb der Oberkante
des Randes 3 angeordnet werden oder aber die Anordnung kann so gewählt werden,
dass die wendbaren Dekorplatten 1, 2 die Oberkante des Randes 3 überragen. In Figur 2
wird eine wendbare Dekorplatte mit dem Blick auf die Dekorschicht 5 dargestellt. Die
Dekorschicht 5 wird zweckmäßiger Weise auf das Aussehen der Dunstabzugshaube
abgestimmt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel soll die Dunstabzugshaube für Kochstellen aus
Aluminium hergestellt werden oder mit einem Aluminiumdekor versehen werden. Die Dekorschicht
5 der wendbaren Dekorplatten 1, 2 wird in diesem Fall mit einer aluminiumfarbigen
Dekorschicht 5 versehen, die zum Beispiel als Lack oder als Beschichtung aufgebracht
werden kann. In Figur 3 dem Schnitt A-A durch Figur 2 wird eine wendbare Dekorplatte
1, 2 mit der aluminiumfarbigen Dekorschicht 5 und einer durchscheinenden Platte 6
dargestellt. Die durchscheinende Platte 6 im Ausführungsbeispiel wird aus Glas hergestellt.
In weiteren Ausführungen sind jedoch auch andere durchscheinende Materialien
