Definitions
- the present invention relates to an oven muffle, consisting of individual, overlapping interconnected wall parts and a front opening. From a manufacturing point of view, it is advisable not to deep-draw such oven muffles from a sheet metal part, but to form them from individual stamped sheet metal parts with less deformation and, if necessary, to form them into jacket-shaped parts of the oven muffle by kinking them. The individual parts are then finally welded together to form the oven muffle and then enamelled. Cut-outs and openings formed in advance serve to accommodate and carry out functional units from the outside into the interior of the oven muffle. These include, for example, the upper heating elements that generate the upper heat and / or grill heat, as well as lighting and sensors, in particular for temperature detection. This also includes feedthroughs for ventilation, e.g. for vapor removal.
- the present invention is based on the object, the original items of the oven muffle to design and prepare that on the one hand there are favorable conditions for the production and on the other hand for the expediency of use.
- An oven muffle that meets these requirements is characterized in accordance with the invention in that the bottom and / or top wall parts of the oven muffle on the edges facing the side wall parts and the rear wall part face said walls, have raised portions like the edge of a tub, and that the bottom and / or or edge sections of the side wall parts and of the rear wall part facing ceiling wall parts are essentially flat.
- the trough-like configuration of the bottom wall part on the one hand and of the ceiling wall part on the other hand is the trough-like configuration of the bottom wall part on the one hand and of the ceiling wall part on the other hand.
- the design of the bottom wall part ensures that the weld seams towards the side wall parts and the rear wall part are raised substantially in relation to the floor level. Liquid which has accumulated on the floor of the oven muffle or which has been brought in consciously thus does not reach the connecting joints of the wall parts welded to one another, so that there is no longer a major cause of corrosion.
- the trough-like configuration of the ceiling wall part in turn opens up the possibility, according to a further development of the invention, of guiding or supplying all functional parts through the ceiling wall part into the furnace muffle.
- the rear, angled section of the ceiling wall part lends itself to the provision of the leadthroughs for the overhead heating element and the thermal sensor in this area. Due to the curvature, this area is also rather stiffened and the back wall part does not require appropriate treatments.
- a particular advantage of the design of the oven muffle according to the invention can also be seen in the fact that the wall parts, which are more complex to produce, namely the ceiling wall part and the bottom wall part, can be manufactured uniformly for different versions of oven muffle and only the side wall parts and the rear wall part, which are essentially plate-like, can be produced in different heights have to be manufactured and stored.
- the oven muffle according to the invention is characterized in that the side wall parts have wall sections angled into the plane of the rear wall at the edges facing the rear wall, and in that the rear wall part is designed with essentially flat edge sections. Furthermore, it is expedient that the floor, ceiling and side wall parts have edge sections which face away from the front facing opening and that these edge sections are connected to an opening frame element which is essentially planar in this area. A particular advantage of these measures is that the rear wall part can be formed from the opening frame element, so that punching waste is largely avoided.
- the oven muffle according to the invention can also preferably be further developed in such a way that a bead is embossed in the ceiling wall, running parallel to the front edge thereof and directed into the interior of the muffle. Behind this bead is then the upper radiator in particular within the muffle, so that a certain protection against contact and damage is given and the vapors collecting in the upper area of the oven muffle are kept away from the door area and are rather directed to the vapors outlet opening.
- the bottom wall part 1 and the top wall part 2 are of essentially the same design, ie the edges 5 and 6 or 7 and 8 facing the side wall parts 3 and 4 and the edges 10 and 11 of the bottom wall part 1 and the top wall part 2 facing the back wall part 9 further wall parts angled so that a kind of tub is formed with an open side towards the door front.
- a bead 12 running along the front opening, which projects into the oven muffle from above and - as can be seen from FIG. 3 - an inserted one covers the upper radiator towards the front.
- openings 13 and 14 are made in the ceiling wall part 2 on the one hand for the implementation of the radiator 15 introduced into the muffle at the top and on the other hand for lighting 16.
- the two side wall parts 3 and 4 are of the same design and angled only on their front and rear sides, namely on the rear with sections 17 and 18, which are directed inwards in the plane of the rear wall 9 and on the front with sections 19 and 20, which of the Muffle opening are directed away.
- the floor and ceiling wall parts 1 and 2 are also equipped with similarly aligned lugs 24, 25.
- An opening frame element 21, which is essentially flat in this area, is attached and welded flat thereon.
- Figure 2 shows that this assembly area may be covered with an oven door seal 22.
- FIG. 1 A variant of FIG. 1 can also be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3.
- the rear wall is continuous like a plate and finally closes off the furnace muffle.
- this rear wall 9 ' is provided as an intermediate wall, behind which a hot air box 23 is added.
- the rear wall must be provided with perforations or slots for the passage of air to and from the hot air blower.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an oven muffle, consisting of individual, overlapping interconnected wall parts and a front opening.
The present invention is based on the object, the original items of the oven muffle to design and prepare that on the one hand there are favorable conditions for the production and on the other hand for the expediency of use.
An oven muffle that meets these requirements is characterized in accordance with the invention in that the bottom and / or top wall parts of the oven muffle on the edges facing the side wall parts and the rear wall part face said walls, have raised portions like the edge of a tub, and that the bottom and / or or edge sections of the side wall parts and of the rear wall part facing ceiling wall parts are essentially flat.
Significant in the case of an oven muffle designed according to the invention is the trough-like configuration of the bottom wall part on the one hand and of the ceiling wall part on the other hand. The design of the bottom wall part ensures that the weld seams towards the side wall parts and the rear wall part are raised substantially in relation to the floor level. Liquid which has accumulated on the floor of the oven muffle or which has been brought in consciously thus does not reach the connecting joints of the wall parts welded to one another, so that there is no longer a major cause of corrosion. The trough-like configuration of the ceiling wall part in turn opens up the possibility, according to a further development of the invention, of guiding or supplying all functional parts through the ceiling wall part into the furnace muffle. In particular, the rear, angled section of the ceiling wall part lends itself to the provision of the leadthroughs for the overhead heating element and the thermal sensor in this area. Due to the curvature, this area is also rather stiffened and the back wall part does not require appropriate treatments. A particular advantage of the design of the oven muffle according to the invention can also be seen in the fact that the wall parts, which are more complex to produce, namely the ceiling wall part and the bottom wall part, can be manufactured uniformly for different versions of oven muffle and only the side wall parts and the rear wall part, which are essentially plate-like, can be produced in different heights have to be manufactured and stored.
According to an expedient development, the oven muffle according to the invention is characterized in that the side wall parts have wall sections angled into the plane of the rear wall at the edges facing the rear wall, and in that the rear wall part is designed with essentially flat edge sections.
The oven muffle according to the invention can also preferably be further developed in such a way that a bead is embossed in the ceiling wall, running parallel to the front edge thereof and directed into the interior of the muffle. Behind this bead is then the upper radiator in particular within the muffle, so that a certain protection against contact and damage is given and the vapors collecting in the upper area of the oven muffle are kept away from the door area and are rather directed to the vapors outlet opening.

This makes their basic design clearly visible. The bottom wall part 1 and the top wall part 2 are of essentially the same design, ie the
The floor and ceiling wall parts 1 and 2 are also equipped with similarly aligned
A variant of FIG. 1 can also be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3. According to Figure 1, the rear wall is continuous like a plate and finally closes off the furnace muffle. According to Figure 2, this rear wall 9 'is provided as an intermediate wall, behind which a
