- the object of the invention is therefore to provide thermal insulation for baking and roasting oven muffles, which no longer represents a harmful source of danger, is easy to assemble and disassemble and can also be easily disposed of by material or recycled.
- the proposed muffle insulation contains no mineral fibers and organic binders and is characterized u. a. with good thermal insulation properties, can be easily recycled or recycled and does not release any dust particles during assembly.
- the drawing shows a heat-insulated baking and roasting oven muffle in section.
- the electrically heated baking and roasting oven muffle 1 which can be part of a stove or a household baking oven, not shown, has as an upper heat an internal heating element 3 arranged near the muffle cover 2 (tubular casing heating element). For the bottom heat, the relevant radiator 4 is pressed onto the muffle base 5 from the outside.
- the baking and roasting oven muffle 1 is provided with a heat-insulating covering 6, which is composed of two different thermal insulation materials which are not connected to one another.
- the one thermal insulation material suitably consists of an aluminum foil, in particular aluminum stamping foil, which is expediently multilayered, approximately 3 to 6 layers, placed or wrapped around the outer wall of the furnace muffle 1 and thus enveloping its outer surface in the form of an aluminum foil package 7.
- the other thermal insulation material is a foam mat 8, which completely covers or encloses the multilayer aluminum foil package 7 towards the outside.
- the foam mat 8 has a high-temperature-resistant plastic as the base material and has a temperature resistance of approximately 300 o C on. Both thermal insulation materials overlap at their joint and are held in their winding position by tensioning straps, not shown, and pressed firmly against the outer muffle wall.
- the foam mat 8 adjacent film layer has a temperature of about 150 to 250 o C a.
- the less temperature-resistant foam mat 8 can therefore be used without hesitation at such a temperature.
- a relatively low temperature level is set in the foam mat 8, at which the foam of the insulating mat, due to its low density, also develops its best thermal insulation properties.
- the proposed combination of the two insulating materials achieves the insulating effect of the mineral fiber products used to date, but without to have their disadvantages with regard to the evaporation of gases harmful to health.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a baking and roasting oven muffle according to the preamble of
Mineral baked mats (glass or rock wool) are usually used for thermal insulation in oven baking and roasting muffles. Since organic binders are necessary for the production of such fiber mats, there is the disadvantage that when the baking and roasting oven muffle is first heated, these binders release gases containing formaldehyde in the fiber mat. If the stove installation room is not adequately ventilated, this can result in a possible health hazard for the people in the installation room.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide thermal insulation for baking and roasting oven muffles, which no longer represents a harmful source of danger, is easy to assemble and disassemble and can also be easily disposed of by material or recycled.
The solution to this problem according to the invention can be found in the characterizing part of
The proposed muffle insulation contains no mineral fibers and organic binders and is characterized u. a. with good thermal insulation properties, can be easily recycled or recycled and does not release any dust particles during assembly.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below with reference to this.
The drawing shows a heat-insulated baking and roasting oven muffle in section.
The electrically heated baking and roasting
Due to the close of the
The proposed combination of the two insulating materials achieves the insulating effect of the mineral fiber products used to date, but without to have their disadvantages with regard to the evaporation of gases harmful to health.
