Claims (4)
- Hydrostatisches Getriebe mit einem geschlossenen Hydraulikkreislauf (1), das einen von einer äußeren Druckquelle (11) beidseitig verspannten, über Arbeitsleitungen (3, 4) an eine reversierbare Hydropumpe (7) angeschlossenen Verbraucher (2) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Hydraulikkreislauf (1) in einen an die äußere Druckmittelquelle (11) angeschlossenen ersten, diskontinuierlichen Spülkreislauf (I) und einen von dem Verbraucher (2) getrennten zweiten, ausschließlich an die Hydropumpe (7) gekoppelten, von der Menge des Leckstroms der Hydropumpe (7) abhängig gespeisten, kontinuierlichen Spül- und Speisekreislauf (II) unterteilt ist. - Getriebe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spül- und Speisekreislauf (II) über eine an die Druckquelle (11) angeschlossene Zuführleitung (12) mit einer sich zu den beiden Arbeitsleitungen (3, 4), verzweigenden, in jedem Leitungszweig (13, 14) eine Düse (15, 16) aufweisendenVerteilerleitung (17) verbunden ist. - Getriebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Hydropumpe (7) eine verstellbare Axialkolbenpumpe eingesetzt ist. - Getriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spülkreislauf (I) in seiner Speiseleitung (20) ein Mehrwegeventil (21) und in einer an beide Druckräume (5, 6) des Verbrauchers (2) angeschlossenen Verbindungsleitung (22) ein Bypass-Ventil (23) aufweist.
