Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de laminage par choc de pièces (1), cylindriques pleines ou creuses, recevant une avance suivant son axe longitudinal (1'),
    au moins un galet de frappe (4, 5) monté en rotation dans
    au moins une tête de laminage (2, 3) rotative, effectue des opérations de laminage séparées, par impact, suivant une succession définie par l'avance de la pièce sur des zones prédéterminées de la pièce (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    les opérations séparées de laminage sont effectuées dans la direction transversale (S1, S2) de la pièce (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les zones dans lesquelles on effectue les opérations de laminage séparées se chevauchent partiellement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs opérations de laminage sont effectuées simultanément à la périphérie de la pièce (1), les endroits des opérations de laminage sur la pièce (1) étant choisis pour réaliser l'équilibre des forces de laminage.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on effectue chaque fois simultanément au moins deux opérations de laminage en des endroits diamétralement opposés de la pièce (1).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    toutes les têtes de laminage (2, 3) tournent dans le même sens de rotation de façon que les vecteurs d'impact (S1, S2) des galets à la surface de la pièce à usiner présentent le même sens de rotation par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (1) de la pièce.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la vitesse de rotation de laminage est accordée d'une certaine manière sur l'avance de la pièce.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pendant l'opération de laminage, la pièce (1) tourne autour de son axe longitudinal (1'), de préférence suivant un rapport déterminé en fonction de la vitesse de rotation des têtes de laminage.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, appliqué à une pièce creuse (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le côté intérieur de la pièce (1), il est prévu une matrice (6) et par les opérations de laminage, on réalise, sur la face intérieure de la pièce (1), la forme de la matrice de préférence une denture par déformation à froid.
  9. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il comporte au moins une tête de laminage (2, 3) avec des galets de frappe (4, 5) répartis sur une trajectoire périphérique et dont les axes de rotation (2', 3') sont principalement parallèles à l'axe longitudinal (1') de la pièce.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé par
    deux ou plusieurs têtes de laminage (2, 3) dont la disposition réalise un équilibre des forces par rapport aux forces de laminage (S1, S2) exercées sur la pièce (1).
