- la Figure 3 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne 3-3 de la Figure 1;
- la Figure 4 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un manchon bi-matière utilisé pour la fabrication du manche de tournevis de la Figure 1; et
- la Figure 5 est une vue partielle, partiellement en coupe, d'une pince coupante dont chaque branche est équipée d'un manchon bi-matière conforme à l'invention.
Claims (7)
- Manche d'outil, du type constitué d'au moins deux matières plastiques et comprenant, sur au moins une partie de sa longueur, un fourreau extérieur (24) en une matière plastique relativement souple, surmoulé sur un manchon-support, caractérisé en ce que le fourreau extérieur (24) est constitué essentiellement d'un élastomère de polyester de grade souple, et est surmoulé sur le manchon-support (22) constitué d'un matériau à base d'un élastomère de polyester de grade dur.
- Manche d'outil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon-support (22) est constitué essentiellement d'un élastomère de polyester de grade dur.
- Manche d'outil suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le fourreau extérieur (24) est constitué dudit élastomère de polyester pratiquement pur.
- Manche d'outil suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le manchon-support (22) est constitué dudit élastomère de polyester pratiquement pur.
- Manche d'outil suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, notamment pour une pince, caractérisé en ce que le manchon-support (22) est directement au contact de la partie métallique sous-jacente de l'outil, dont il est solidarisé par frottement et/ou par épousement de formes conjuguées.
- Manche d'outil suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, notamment pour un tournevis, caractérisé en ce que le manchon-support (22) entoure un élément essentiellement tubulaire de liaison (20) constitué d'une troisième matière plastique plus dure que celle du manchon-support et relié à la partie métallique sous-jacente (14) de l'outil par frottement et/ou par épousement de formes conjuguées.
- Manche d'outil suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (20) est surmoulé dans le manchon-support (22).
