Claims (8)
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag für Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen, mit einer am Flügelrahmen (1) angebrachten, in drei verschiedenen Einstellpositionen, nämlich zum Verschließen, Dreh- und Kippöffnen des Flügels, bringbare Schubstangeneinrichtung, mit wenigstens einem öffnungsseitig angeordneten, mit der Schubstange verbundenen Riegelelement und wenigstens einem öffnungsseitig angeordneten Kipplager (6), bestehend aus einem mit der Schubstange (14) am unteren Querholm des Flügelrahmens (1) verbundenen Andrückexzenter (15), der einen Pilzkopf (22) aufweist und einem am unteren Querholm des Blendrahmens (4) angeordneten Schließstück (7), das einteilig ausgebildet ist und einen mittigen Durchtritt (8) aufweist, an den sich beidseitig in Verschieberichtung Riegeltaschen (9, 10) anschließen, die beide mit seitlichen Rücksprüngen (11, 12, 13) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Andrückexzenter (15) als Zylinder ausgebildet ist, daß ebenfalls am öffnungsseitigen unteren Querholm des Flügelrahmens (1) in Verschieberichtung der Schubstange dicht neben dem Andrückexzenter (15) ein als Riegelhaken (16) ausgeführtes Riegelelement angeordnet und mit der Schubstange (14) verbunden ist und daß der mittige Durchtritt (8) des Schließstückes (7) eine Breite aufweist, die den Durchtritt von nebeneinanderliegendem Riegelhaken (16) und Andrückexzenter (15) ermöglicht, daß der durch die Innenseiten (23) begrenzte Führungsschlitz der Riegeltaschen (9, 10) breiter ist als der zylindrische Durchmesser des Schaftes (21) des Andrückexzenters (15) und daß der Andrückexzenter (15) in Verschlußstellung (V) mit seinem Schaft (21) an der den Führungsschlitz bildenden Innenseite (23) des Rücksprungs (12) im Bereich der zugehörigen Riegeltasche (9) anliegt.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Andrückexzenter (15) bei Verschlußstellung (V) des Beschlages in eine Riegeltasche (9) und der Riegelhaken (16) bei Kippstellung (K) in die andere Riegeltasche (10) des Schließstückes (7) eingreift.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließstück (7) in Verschieberichtung der Schubstange (14) symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittige Durchtritt (8) nur flügelseitig angeordnet ist.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegelhaken (16) einen L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Längssteg (26) bei Kippstellung (K) und größtem Kippwinkel des Flügels an der Öffnungskante eines Rücksprunges (13) der zugehörigen Riegeltasche (10) anliegt, wobei der Quersteg (27) den gegenüberliegenden Rücksprung (11) untergreift.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegelhaken (16) einen symmetrischen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Flügelrahmen (1) ein Auflaufteil (17) angeordnet ist, das vorzugsweise in Kippstellung des Flügels auf der Oberfläche des Schließstücks (7) aufliegt.
- Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflaufteil (17) aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
