Claims (13)

  1. Spender zur Abgabe eines Erzeugnisses in Form einer Flüssigkeit, eines Sprays oder eines Schaums, mit:
    - einem Vorratsbehälter (3) für das Erzeugnis, der eine Symmetrieachse (X) aufweist und mit einem Abgabeventil (2) ausgestattet ist, wobei dieses Ventil (2) eine Steuerstange (11) aufweist;
    - einem Druckknopf (4, 104), der einen Klotz (5) aufweist, der dazu eingerichtet ist, auf die Stange (11) einzuwirken, sowie eine Leitung (6, 106), die den Klotz durchsetzt und das eine Ende der Stange (11) mit einer Düse (8, 108) verbindet, die mit einer Achse (Y) versehen ist und im genannten Druckknopf (4, 104) vorgesehen ist; und
    - einem Haltering (23, 123), der dazu eingerichtet ist, auf dem Vorratsbehälter (3) befestigt zu werden und für die Halterung des Druckknopfes vorgesehen ist,
    wobei der Druckknopf (4, 104) und der Haltering (23, 123) einstückig sind und miteinander durch mindestens eine Lasche (40, 140) verbunden sind, die längs der Achse (X) des Vorratsbehälters translationsbeweglich ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckknopf (4, 104) und der Haltering (23, 123) außerdem aufeinander durch ein Gelenk (30, 130) gelenkig gelagert sind, das den Druckknopf (4, 104) mit dem Ring (23, 123) in einem Bereich verbindet, der in einer Ebene (P) gebildet ist, die durch die Symmetrieachse (X) des Vorratsbehälters und die Achse (Y) der Düse definiert ist, wobei dieses Gelenk dazu eingerichtet ist, um eine Achse (Z) zu schwenken, die senkrecht zur Achse (X) des Vorratsbehälters steht.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (2) ein Eindrückventil ist.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (2) ein Ventil mit seitlicher Verformung ist.
  4. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk (30, 130) die Form eines Diabolokörpers aufweist, dessen Bereich mit dem kleinsten Querschnitt eine festgelegte Drehung sowie eine Schwenkbewegung des Druckknopfes (4, 104) derart gestattet, daß ein Eindrücken es Druckknopfens (4, 104) in Bezug auf den Ring (23, 123) in einem Bereich (4b, 104b) senkrecht zur Abgabedüse (8, 108) nicht erfolgen kann.
  5. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er 2, 4, 6 oder 8 Laschen (40, 140) aufweist, die symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Ebene (P) zwischen dem Ring (23, 123) und dem Druckknopf (4, 123) angeordnet sind.
  6. Spender nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (40, 140) zwischen ihren beiden Enden einen nicht-konstanten Querschnitt aufweist.
  7. Spender nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (40, 140) ein erstes und ein zweites Ende aufweist, die sich in einer unterschiedlichen Höhe des Ringes (23, 123) bzw. des Druckknopfes (4, 104) befinden.
  8. Spender nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich ein erstes Ende (42) der Lasche (40) in einer Ebene (R) senkrecht zur Achse (X) der Vorratsbehälters befindet, die die Schwenkachse (Z) des Gelenkes enthält.
  9. Spender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das zweite Ende (41) der Lasche (40) in einer in Bezug auf die Ebene (R) niedrigeren Höhe befindet.
  10. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ende (42, 142) der Lasche (40, 140) fest mit dem Druckknopf (4, 104) verbunden ist, und daß das zweite Ende (41, 141) fest mit dem Ring (23, 123) verbunden ist.
  11. Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (140) und ihre Enden (141, 142) in der Ruhelage in einem ringförmigen Raum angeordnet sind, der zwischen dem Druckknopf (104) und dem Ring (123) gebildet ist.
  12. Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (140) und ihre Enden (141, 142) in einer Ebene R angeordnet sind, die zur Achse (X) des Vorratsbehälters senkrecht steht und die Schwenkachse (Z) des Gelenkes enthält.
  13. Druckknopf (4, 104), der zur Ausstattung eines Spenders bestimmt ist sowie mit einem Abgabeventil (2) und mit einem Haltering (23, 123) versehen ist, wobei der Druckknopf zusammen mit seinem Ring ein einziges Teil bildet und mit dem Ring durch mindestens eine Lasche (40, 140) verbunden ist, die Auslenkungen des Druckknopfes gestattet, die ausreichend sind, um das Öffnen des Ventils (2) zu veranlassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckknopf außerdem mit dem Ring durch ein Gelenk (30, 130) verbunden ist.
