Abstract

Dans une sécheuse repasseuse à cylindre tournant (10) on utilise une rampe (18) de chauffage au gaz qui comprend un réseau dense de micro-perforations. Des micro-flammes se forment principalement dans les micros-perforations et assurent un chauffage principalement dans le domaine infrarouge. On peut ainsi orienter les micro-flammes vers la partie du cylindre (10) en contact avec le linge. En plaçant la rampe (18) dans le bas du cylindre et une rampe (20) de récupération des produits de combustion dans le haut, on assure un balayage (F2) de cette partie du cylindre par les produits de combustion. Description

  • L'invention concerne une sécheuse-repasseuse à cylindre tournant, dans laquelle le chauffage du cylindre s'effectue au moyen d'une rampe de chauffage au gaz placée à l'intérieur de ce dernier.
  • La sécheuse-repasseuse selon l'invention peut être utilisée dans tous les domaines d'utilisation traditionnelle d'une telle machine, c'est-à-dire notamment dans les collectivités impliquant le repassage de quantité importante de linge (hôpitaux, internats, hôtels, restaurants, etc.).
  • Comme l'illustre notamment le document FR-A-2 479 789, une sécheuse-repasseuse à cylindre tournant est une machine dans laquelle le linge à repasser est introduit par le haut, à l'avant de la machine, entre le cylindre en rotation et un tapis ou un ensemble de bandes sans fin. Une source de chauffage au gaz, à la vapeur ou électrique est placée à l'intérieur du cylindre pour contribuer au séchage et au repassage du linge. Une fois séché et repassé, ce dernier sort par le bas, vers l'avant de la machine, pour être recueilli en vrac dans un bac frontal de réception ou plié par un dispositif approprié.
  • Dans le cas particulier où le chauffage est assuré par une rampe de chauffage au gaz, celle-ci est habituellement constituée par un tube, de section circulaire, dans lequel on injecte le mélange air-gaz par une extrémité. Ce mélange sort de la rampe par une rangée de trous calibrés formés selon une génératrice du tube, pour être enflammé par un système d'allumage placé à l'extérieur du tube.
  • Les rampes de chauffage au gaz utilisées traditionnellement forment des flammes (habituellement bleues) à l'extérieur de la rampe.
  • Les sécheuses-repasseuses à cylindre tournant utilisant des rampes de chauffage au gaz présentent un certain nombre d'inconvénients, qui découlent notamment de la formation de flammes à l'extérieur de la rampe.
  • En premier lieu, les flammes produites par les rampes de chauffage au gaz existantes ont tendance à décoller, ce qui nécessite l'adjonction sur ce dernier d'une rampe annexe pourvue d'une seconde rangée de perforations calibrées débouchant à angle droit en face de la première rangée de perforations.
  • Par ailleurs, les flammes formées à l'extérieur de la rampe ne peuvent pratiquement pas être inclinées par rapport à la verticale. De ce fait, un balayage efficace de la surface intérieure du cylindre tournant ne peut pas être assuré. Le rendement thermique des sécheuses-repasseuses dont le cylindre est chauffé par de telles rampes est donc médiocre.
  • En outre, la répartition du gaz à l'intérieur d'une rampe de chauffage au gaz de conception traditionnelle s'effectue de façon irrégulière, ce qui contribue à la création d'un gradient thermique le long du cylindre. Cela peut conduire à une surchauffe du linge dans certaines zones de la sécheuse-repasseuse. Pour remédier à cette difficulté, on est souvent amené à placer à l'intérieur d'un même cylindre tournant deux rampes de chauffage au gaz en parallèle, en obturant les trous de l'une d'entre-elles dans les zones de surchauffe.
  • Les différents aménagements habituellement proposés afin de pallier les inconvénients des rampes de chauffage au gaz existantes conduisent à rendre cette technique relativement coûteuse.
  • Par ailleurs, la conception des rampes de chauffage au gaz utilisées traditionnellement dans les sécheuses-repasseuses à cylindre tournant ne permet pas de les utiliser avec tous les types de gaz existants.
  • L'invention a précisément pour objet une sécheuse-repasseuse à cylindre tournant équipée d'une rampe de chauffage au gaz perfectionnée, dont la conception originale supprime les inconvénients des rampes existantes en faisant disparaître les flammes à l'extérieur de la rampe, ce qui permet notamment de les incliner et d'en éviter le décollement sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'adjoindre une deuxième rampe ou des accessoires supplémentaires.
  • Conformément à l'invention, ce résultat est obtenu au moyen d'une sécheuse-repasseuse à cylindre tournant et à chauffage au gaz comprenant, à l'intérieur du cylindre, une rampe de chauffage au gaz, des moyens d'alimentation de cette rampe en mélange air-gaz, raccordés à une extrémité de la rampe, des trous calibrés formés dans la rampe, pour permettre le passage du mélange air-gaz, et des moyens d'allumage du gaz sortant des trous calibrés, caractérisée par le fait que les trous calibrés sont constitués par un réseau dense de micro-perforations assurant une combustion du gaz principalement à l'intérieur des micro-perforations et un chauffage principalement dans l'infrarouge.
  • La combustion du gaz s'effectuant à l'intérieur des micro-perforations, tout problème de décollement des flammes est évité et il devient possible d'incliner ces perforations afin d'accroître le rendement thermique de la machine.
  • De plus, la production d'infrarouges à l'intérieur du cylindre tournant assure un chauffage efficace et plus uniforme de ce dernier, par convection, quelle que soit la nature du gaz utilisé et sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'utiliser un gaz sous pression.
  • La localisation des flammes à l'intérieur des micro-perforations et la production d'infrarouges sont assurés à la fois par l'augmentation considérable du nombre de trous calibrés par unité de surface et par la diminution sensible de leur section, par rapport aux rampes de chauffage au gaz utilisées habituellement dans les sécheuses-repasseuses. Ainsi, et uniquement à titre d'exemple, la densité des micro-perforations selon l'invention peut être d'environ 400 par cm², pour une section de 1180 cm² et une longueur de.1600 mm.
  • L'utilisation d'une rampe de chauffage au gaz conforme à l'invention permet donc à la fois d'accroître les performances de la machine et d'en réduire le coût de fabrication.
  • La rampe de chauffage au gaz est placée avantageusement dans une région inférieure du cylindre tournant, et les axes des micro-perforations sont inclinés par rapport à la verticale, de façon à être orientés extérieurement vers une partie du cylindre proche d'une zone de sortie du linge, et à contre sens par rapport au sens de rotation du cylindre.
  • Dans ce cas, une rampe de récupération de produit de combustion est placée avantageusement dans une région supérieure du cylindre tournant, à proximité d'une zone d'introduction du linge, de façon à faire balayer par les produits de combustion une partie utile du cylindre située entre les zones d'introduction et de sortie du linge.
  • Afin d'améliorer la régularité du chauffage le long de la rampe, celle-ci est avantageusement équipée d'au moins une plaque de répartition perforée découpant intérieurement la rampe, dans le sens de la longueur, en au moins deux zones.
  • Dans une première forme de réalisation de l'invention, les moyens d'alimentation débouchent alors en totalité dans une première desdites zones, adjacente à l'extrémité de la rampe, à laquelle sont raccordés ces moyens d'alimentation. La ou les plaques de répartition assurant une répartition sensiblement uniforme du mélange air-gaz le long de la rampe.
  • Dans une deuxième forme de réalisation de l'invention, les moyens d'alimentation débouchent dans chacune des zones et comportent des moyens de distribution assurant une alimentation contrôlée de chaque zone en mélange air-gaz. Cette caractéristique permet, selon la largeur du linge repassé, de régler la répartition du chauffage le long de la rampe et, par conséquent, du cylindre tournant.
  • Dans cette deuxième forme de réalisation de l'invention, la précision du réglage peut encore être améliorée en prévoyant des moyens permettant de déplacer chaque plaque de répartition selon l'axe de la rampe.
  • Dans la pratique, les micro-perforations peuvent notamment être formées dans des plaquettes en matériau céramique.
  • Dans ce cas, la rampe comprend avantageusement une pièce métallique tubulaire présentant une face sensiblement plane, parallèlement à son axe, dans laquelle sont formées des fenêtres juxtaposées, les plaquettes en matériau céramique étant montées dans ces fenêtres par des moyens de fixation étanches.
  • Ces moyens de fixation étanches peuvent notamment comprendre des languettes formées dans la pièce métallique tubulaire et rabattues sur les plaquettes en matériau céramique, et des coussinets d'étanchéité souples, interposés entre ces plaquettes et les cadres des fenêtres.
  • On décrira à présent, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, deux formes de réalisation préférentielles de l'invention, en se référant aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale illustrant de façon très schématique le principe de fonctionnement d'une sécheuse-repasseuse à cylindre tournant et à chauffage au gaz conforme à l'invention ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue de côté représentant plus en détail la rampe de chauffage au gaz équipant la sécheuse-repasseuse de la figure 1, selon une première forme de réalisation de l'invention ;
    • la figure 3 est une vue à plus grande échelle représentant, en coupe longitudinale partielle, l'extrémité de la rampe de la figure 2 par laquelle s'effectue l'alimentation en mélange air-gaz ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 3, et
    • la figure 5 est une vue comparable à la figure 2 illustrant une deuxième forme de réalisation de l'invention.
  • Comme l'illustre très schématiquement la figure 1, l'invention concerne une sécheuse-repasseuse comportant un cylindre tournant 10, d'axe horizontal, apte à être entraîné en rotation autour de cet axe, dans le sens des flèches F1, par des moyens d'entraînement conventionnels (non représentés) qui ne font pas partie de l'invention.
  • La sécheuse-repasseuse illustrée très schématiquement sur la figure 1 comprend de plus un tapis ou des bandes sans fin 12 qui cheminent sur des rouleaux 14 dont les axes sont parallèles à l'axe horizontal du cylindre 10. Ces rouleaux 14 sont agencés de telle sorte que le tapis ou les bandes sans fin 12 soient en contact avec le cylindre tournant 10 sensiblement sur la moitié de sa circonférence. Plus précisément, le tapis ou les bandes sans fin 12 sont en contact avec la partie de la circonférence du cylindre 10 qui se déplace dans le sens descendant lorsque le cylindre tourne dans le sens des flèches F1 sur la figure 1.
  • Dans une sécheuse-repasseuse de ce type, le linge à repasser est introduit dans une zone d'introduction du linge située dans la région supérieure du cylindre tournant 10. Pour faciliter son entrée entre le cylindre tournant 10 et le tapis ou les bandes sans fin 12, le linge est placé sur un système d'introduction tel qu'une tablette horizontale 16 située à proximité du cylindre 10, dans la zone d'introduction du linge. Le linge introduit entre le cylindre 10 et le tapis ou les bandes sans fin 12 est entraîné par ces derniers, de façon à être séché et repassé, notamment sous l'effet du chauffage du cylindre tournant 10. Le linge séché et repassé sort de la machine dans une zone de sortie du linge située dans la région inférieure du cylindre tournant 10. Il peut notamment être recueilli dans cette zone par un bac (non représenté) prévu à cet effet en-dessous du cylindre 10.
  • Le cylindre tournant 10 est un cylindre creux dans lequel est reçue une rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz réalisée conformément à l'invention. Cette rampe 18 est fixe et s'étend parallèlement à l'axe horizontal du cylindre tournant 10 et sur la majeure partie de sa longueur. Elle est placée dans une région inférieure du cylindre, c'est-à-dire à proximité de la zone de sortie du linge.
  • Une rampe 20 de récupération des produits de combustion est également placée à l'intérieur du cylindre tournant 10. Cette rampe 20 est fixe et s'étend elle aussi parallèlement à l'axe horizontal du cylindre tournant 10 sur la majeure partie de la longueur de ce dernier. Elle est placée dans une région supérieure du cylindre tournant 10, au-dessus de la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz, c'est-à-dire à proximité de la zone d'introduction du linge.
  • On décrira à présent en détail, en se référant aux figures 2 à 4, une première forme de réalisation de la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz.
  • La rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz comprend une pièce métallique tubulaire 22 qui présente une section uniforme sur toute sa longueur. Cette section, qui est triangulaire dans l'exemple représenté, peut prendre de nombreuses autres formes sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
  • L'extrémité de gauche de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22, en considérant la figure 1, est fermée alors que l'extrémité opposée communique avec des moyens d'alimentation 24 de la rampe 18 en mélange air-gaz.
  • Les moyens d'alimentation 24, de la rampe 18 en mélange air-gaz, comprennent une conduite 26 d'arrivée de gaz, apte à être raccordée à une source de gaz (non représentée) par tout moyen approprié. La conduite 26 d'arrivée de gaz est équipée d'une vanne 28, par exemple du type tout ou rien. La vanne 28 peut être remplacée par un robinet permettant de moduler le débit de gaz admis dans la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz ou dans certaines zones de cette rampe, comme on le verra ultérieurement.
  • Les moyens d'alimentation 24 de la rampe 18 en mélange air-gaz comprennent de plus une chambre de compression 30 dans laquelle débouche la canalisation 26. Cette chambre de compression 30 est équipée d'un ou plusieurs injecteurs 32 sur une face plane tournée vers l'extrémité adjacente de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 de la rampe 18. Les dimensions de ces injecteurs 32, qui dépendent du gaz utilisé, sont suffisamment faibles pour qu'il existe toujours une pression dans la chambre de compression de gaz 30 lorsque la vanne 28 est ouverte. Dans la forme de réalisation illustrée sur les figures 2 à 4, la chambre de compression 30 est équipée de trois injecteurs 32 disposés au sommet d'un triangle équilatéral ayant un côté inférieur horizontal.
  • La chambre de compression 30 est placée à l'intérieur d'une chambre 34 de mélange air-gaz, dans laquelle débouchent les injecteurs 32. La paroi de la chambre 34 de mélange air-gaz tournée vers la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 supporte autant de tubes de venturi 36 qu'il existe d'injecteurs 32. Chacun des tubes de venturi 36 est aligné avec l'un des injecteurs 32 et débouche à l'intérieur de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 de la rampe 18, comme l'illustre notamment la figure 3.
  • Plus précisément, l'extrémité d'entrée de chacun des tubes de venturi 36 est fixée de façon étanche sur la paroi précitée de la chambre de mélange air-gaz 34 et chacun des tubes de venturi 36 traverse de façon étanche une paroi 37 fermant l'extrémité adjacente de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22.
  • La paroi de la chambre de mélange air-gaz 34 opposée à celle qui supporte les tubes de venturi 36 comporte des perforations 38 par lesquelles l'air environnant est admis dans la chambre 34. Un filtre à air 40 est placé dans cette chambre, derrière les perforations 38, afin de retenir les particules éventuellement présentes dans l'air. Après avoir traversé ce filtre 40, l'air admis dans la chambre de mélange 34 est mélangé au gaz sortant des injecteurs 32 dans l'espace séparant ces injecteurs de l'extrémité d'entrée des tubes de venturi 36.
  • Dans la forme de réalisation illustrée sur les figures 2 et 3, les tubes de venturi 36 débouchent tous au même niveau dans la pièce métallique tubulaire 22, en un emplacement relativement proche de la paroi 37.
  • Une plaque de répartition perforée 42 est placée transversalement à l'intérieur de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22, légèrement au-delà des extrémités de sortie des tubes de venturi 36. Cette plaque de répartition 42, éventuellement en association avec une ou plusieurs autres plaques de répartition perforées telles que la plaque 43 sur la figure 2, découpe intérieurement la rampe 18 en un certain nombre de zones A, B et C. Les plaques de répartition 42, 43 établissent des pertes de charge prédéterminées entre ces zones A, B et C, permettant d'assurer une répartition relativement uniforme du mélange air-gaz sur toute la longueur de la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz.
  • Comme l'illustre plus précisément la figure 4, la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 présente une face 44 sensiblement plane, orientée parallèlement à son axe longitudinal, avec une inclinaison d'environ 60° par rapport à la verticale. Cette face 44 comporte, sur la majeure partie de sa longueur, des fenêtres 46, rectangulaires ou de toutes autres formes, juxtaposées. Sur chacune de ces fenêtres 46 est fixée de façon étanche une plaquette rectangulaire 48 en matériau céramique dont les dimensions sont légèrement supérieures à celles des fenêtres 46, de façon à recouvrir ces dernières en totalité.
  • Chacune des plaquettes 48 en matériau céramique est traversée dans le sens de son épaisseur par un réseau dense de micro-perforations 49, par lesquelles sort le mélange air-gaz admis dans la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz par les moyens d'alimentation 24.
  • La fixation des plaquettes 48 en matériau céramique sur la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 est assurée par des moyens de fixation étanches. Dans la forme de réalisation illustrée sur la figure 4, ces moyens de fixation étanches comprennent des languettes 50, formées par exemple par emboutissage dans la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 et rabattues sur les plaquettes 48, de façon à les maintenir plaquées contre la surface plane 44. L'étanchéité de la fixation est assurée par des coussinets d'étanchéité souples 52, qui sont interposés entre le bord périphérique de chacune des plaquettes 48 et le cadre 54 de la fenêtre 46 correspondante. Ces coussinets d'étanchéité 52 permettent notamment de préserver l'étanchéité entre chacune des plaquettes 48 et son cadre 54 en dépit des dilatations différentielles qui se produisent entre la plaquette et la pièce métallique tubulaire 22.
  • Afin de réaliser l'allumage du gaz sortant de la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz par les micro-perforations 49 formées dans les plaquettes 48, la surface 44 de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 supporte également, à proximité de l'extrémité de cette pièce attenante aux moyens d'alimentation 24, des moyens 56 d'allumage du gaz traversant les micro-perforations. Ces moyens d'allumage 56 comprennent par exemple, de façon connue, un système d'allumage par train d'étincelles ainsi qu'un système de contrôle de flamme par ionisation.
  • Il est à noter que la répartition sensiblement uniforme du mélange air-gaz sur toute la longueur de la rampe 18 assuré par les plaques de répartition 42 et 43 autorise un allumage du gaz à une seule extrémité de la rampe. Cela permet de placer la totalité des conduites et des conducteurs électriques à une même extrémité de la rampe 18, ce qui facilite son montage et son démontage.
  • La densité des micro-perforations 49 formées dans les plaquettes 48 ainsi que leur section très réduite permettent, après allumage du gaz par les moyens d'allumage 56, de former des micro-flammes à l'intérieur même des micro-perforations 49 formées dans les plaquettes. On réalise ainsi un chauffage dans le domaine infrarouge.
  • Cette caractéristique permet notamment d'orienter les micro-flammes vers la surface intérieure du cylindre tournant 10, à proximité de la zone de sortie du linge, comme l'illustre la figure 1. De façon plus précise, l'inclinaison des micro-perforations 49 sensiblement à 60° par rapport à la verticale combinée avec le montage de la rampe 18 dans la région inférieure du cylindre tournant et, avec l'orientation de la face 44 vers la partie du cylindre qui se déplace vers le bas lors de sa rotation (figure 1), permet d'établir une circulation des produits de combustion le long de la surface intérieure du cylindre 10, à contre sens par rapport à la rotation de ce dernier, comme l'illustrent les flèches F2 sur la figure 1. Ces produits de combustion sont repris par la rampe 20 de récupération de produits de combustion, après qu'ils aient balayé intérieurement la majeure partie du cylindre autour de laquelle circule le linge à repasser. Un rendement thermique optimal de la machine est ainsi assuré.
  • Par ailleurs, il est à noter que la structure de la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz selon l'invention peut être obtenue à moindre coût. Cela constitue également un avantage appréciable par rapport aux machines de l'art antérieur.
  • Dans une deuxième forme de réalisation de l'invention illustrée par la figure 5, la rampe 18 de chauffage au gaz présente des caractéristiques légèrement différentes de celles qui ont été décrites en se référant aux figures 2 à 4, afin de permettre un réglage de la répartition du chauffage le long de la rampe en fonction du type de linge que l'on désire sécher et repasser.
  • Dans ce cas, la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 est partagée dans le sens de la longueur en n zones distinctes (par exemple 3) par des plaques de répartition perforées 42, 43, comme dans la première forme de réalisation décrite. Ainsi, on trouve par exemple à l'intérieur de la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 une zone d'entrée A, une zone centrale B et une zone terminale C. Cependant, au lieu de déboucher tous dans la zone d'entrée A, chacun des tubes de venturi débouche dans une zone différente. Ainsi, on a repéré par 36a le tube de venturi débouchant dans la zone d'entrée A, par 36b le tube de venturi débouchant dans la zone centrale B et par 36c le tube de venturi débouchant dans la zone terminale C.
  • L'extrémité d'entrée de chacun des tubes de venturi 36a, 36b et 36c se trouve alors en face d'un injecteur 32a, 32b et 32c communiquant avec une chambre de compression distincte 30a, 30b et 30c respectivement. Ces trois chambres de compression sont placées dans une chambre de mélange air-gaz 34 unique.
  • Dans ce cas, l'alimentation en gaz de chacune des chambre de compression 30a, 30b et 30c est assurée par une conduite séparée équipée d'un robinet doseur. Seule la conduite 26b alimentant en gaz la chambre de compression 30b, et le robinet 28b placé dans cette conduite sont représentés sur la figure 5. Il est ainsi possible d'alimenter à volonté en gaz, selon un débit contrôlé, chacune des zones A, B et C, pour tenir compte des dimensions du linge à repasser.
  • Selon un perfectionnement à la forme de réalisation illustrée sur la figure 5, les plaques de répartition perforées 42 et 43 sont montées dans la pièce métallique tubulaire 22 de façon à pouvoir se déplacer parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de celle-ci. Les moyens prévus à cet effet peuvent être constitués par tout mécanisme permettant d'effectuer un réglage définitif lors de la livraison de la machine, ou un réglage accessible à l'utilisateur soit depuis l'extérieur de la machine, soit en démontant la rampe de chauffage au gaz.
  • Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux formes de réalisation qui viennent d'être décrites à titre d'exemple, mais en couvre toutes les variantes. En particulier, le réseau dense de micro-perforations assurant la combustion du gaz dans l'infrarouge conformément à l'invention peut être obtenu soit en utilisant des plaquettes de natures différentes que les plaquettes en matériau céramique utilisées dans les deux formes de réalisation décrites, soit en formant les micro-perforations directement dans le matériau constituant la pièce tubulaire formant la rampe. Par ailleurs, dans le cas où l'injection du mélange air-gaz se fait en totalité dans la zone d'entrée de la rampe, un seul ensemble injecteur-tube de venturi peut être utilisé.
  • Dans tout le texte, on entend par plaquette tout objet solide muni de perforation ou tout objet obtenu par tissage ou compression ou tout autre moyen d'assemblage de fibres ou particules ayant une porosité permettant le passage optimum du mélange air-gaz.

Claims (10)

  1. Sécheuse-repasseuse à cylindre tournant (10) et à chauffage au gaz comprenant, à l'intérieur du cylindre, une rampe (18) de chauffage au gaz, des moyens d'alimentation (24) de cette rampe en mélange air-gaz, raccordés à une extrémité de la rampe, des trous calibrés formés dans la rampe, pour permettre le passage du mélange air-gaz, et des moyens d'allumage (56) du gaz sortant des trous calibrés, caractérisée par le fait que les trous calibrés sont constitués par un réseau dense de micro-perforations (49) assurant une combustion du gaz principalement à l'intérieur des micro-perforations et un chauffage principalement dans l'infrarouge.
  2. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les micro-perforations (49) sont formées dans des plaquettes (48) en matériau céramique.
  3. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la rampe (18) comprend une pièce métallique tubulaire (22) présentant une face (44) sensiblement plane, parallèlement à son axe, dans laquelle sont formées des fenêtres (46) juxtaposées, les plaquettes (48) en matériau céramique étant montées dans ces fenêtres par des moyens (50, 52) de fixation étanche.
  4. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de fixation étanche comprennent des languettes (50) formées dans la pièce métallique tubulaire (22) et rabattues sur les plaquettes (48) en matériau céramique, et des coussinets d'étanchéité (52) souples, interposés entre ces plaquettes et des cadres (54) desdites fenêtres (46).
  5. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la rampe (18) de chauffage au gaz est placée dans une région inférieure du cylindre tournant (10), les axes des micro-perforations (49) étant inclinés par rapport à la verticale, de façon à être orientés extérieurement vers une partie du cylindre proche d'une zone de sortie du linge, et à contre sens par rapport au sens de rotation du cylindre.
  6. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend de plus une rampe (20) de récupération de produits de combustion, placée dans une région supérieure du cylindre tournant (10), à proximité d'une zone d'introduction du linge, de façon à faire balayer par les produits de combustion une partie utile du cylindre située entre les zones d'introduction et de sortie du linge.
  7. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la rampe (18) de chauffage au gaz est équipée d'au moins une plaque de répartition perforée (42, 43) découpant intérieurement la rampe, dans le sens de la longueur, en au moins deux zones (A, B, C).
  8. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'alimentation (24) débouchent en totalité dans une première desdites zones, adjacente à ladite extrémité de la rampe, la plaque de répartition (42, 43) assurant une répartition sensiblement uniforme du mélange air-gaz le long de la rampe (18).
  9. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'alimentation (24) débouchent dans chacune des zones (A, B, C) et comportent des moyens de distribution (28b) assurant une alimentation contrôlée de chaque zone en mélange air-gaz.
  10. Sécheuse-repasseuse selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que des moyens sont prévus pour déplacer chaque plaque de répartition (42, 43) selon l'axe de la rampe (18).
