Definitions
- the invention relates to a device with at least two installation registers, one of which is arranged in a building room on a building floor above a breakthrough and the other in an underlying building room below said breakthrough at a distance from this, both registers in the same arrangement guide means for vertically extending , have pre-assembled pipe sections of a sanitary building installation.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which enables an even easier and faster assembly.
- the object is achieved in a generic device in that it has a permanently installed mounting plate and means for fixing the mounting plate on the underside of the opening and holes are incorporated in the mounting plate, the hole pattern of which corresponds to that of the routing of the installation register.
- the mounting plate forms the casing for pouring out the opening, so that the time-consuming preparation, assembly and removal of formwork boards is no longer necessary.
- the breakthrough is sealed particularly well when the mounting plate has a mat, in particular stone wool mat, which extends over the plate and also has the hole pattern mentioned. The mat then forms a sealant that seals the opening at its edge and on the circumference of the lines. This is very effective and yet simply prevents concrete from flowing downwards when pouring.
- a particularly simple attachment of the mounting plate is obtained according to a further development of the invention if these means have strips or wires which are each attached to the mounting plate at an upper end at the upper register and at the lower end.
- the mounting plate is thus attached to the upper register through the opening.
- the attachment is particularly easy and safe to manufacture if the tapes are slotted strips, which can be attached to the register or to the mounting plate with clips.
- the clips can easily be attached at suitable intervals. Overall, this results in assembly that is largely possible without tools.
- the mounting plate can be realized very inexpensively essentially from a sheet metal plate and a mat.
- FIG. 1 shows a building 24 with sanitary rooms A and B lying one above the other, through which vertical lines 3 for domestic installation are drawn.
- the lines 3 consist of line sections 3a and 3b, which are preinstalled in a known manner in the registers 1 and 2 with guide means, not shown here, and which are connected to one another in a conventional manner by means of sleeves 22.
- the registers 1 and 2 essentially consist of vertically extending struts 1a and horizontally extending struts 1b and each form a box-shaped frame which is placed on the building floor 5 and 6, respectively.
- the line sections 3a and 3b each protrude on the underside of the register 1 or 2 through a concrete opening 7 in the building floor 5 or 6 and through a mounting plate 9 which is respectively fixed on the underside of the opening 7.
- a fire sleeve 19 known per se can be fastened to the underside of the mounting plates 9 in order to partition off a combustible line 3.
- the same number of mounting plates 9 are then permanently installed on the underside of the building floors 5, 6.
- the mounting plate 9 has a sheet metal plate 10 with edges 12 angled upwards and an edge 13 bent downwards. Holes 11 are machined into the sheet metal plate 10, the hole pattern of which corresponds to the line routing. The holes 11 thus correspond in their relative arrangement and size to the line sections 3a and 3b.
- a mat 16 of rock wool is inserted into the sheet metal plate 10 from above. This mat 16 also has holes 17 with the same hole pattern.
- a compensating element 14 is inserted along the edge 13 between the sheet metal plate 10 and the mat 16. The width of the mounting plate 9 can be changed by moving the compensating element 14.
- the compensating element 14 is a sheet metal strip with an edge 15 bent downwards.
- the sheet metal plate 10 can also have slots, not shown here, for fastening at least one fire sleeve 19.
- a protruding strip 18a can be separated from it along a dividing line 18.
- the mounting plate 9 is fastened to the underside of the building floor 5 or 6 with slotted band iron 20, which according to FIG. 4 by means of clips 21 in each case at the upper end on a horizontally running angle iron 23 of register 1 or 2 and at the lower end on the mounting plate 9 be attached.
- the clips 21 can be attached very easily and quickly at suitable intervals through slots 20a on the slotted strip iron 20. As can be seen, the slotted strips protrude through the respective building opening 7.
- the slotted band iron 20 other bands or wires can also be used.
- the clips 21 can also be replaced by other fastening means. It is essential, however, that the fastening means 20 and 21 can absorb the required high tensile force for concreting the openings 7.
- FIGS. 5 to 8 The assembly of the device is explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.
- a register 1 with the preinstalled line sections 3a is fastened in a manner known per se in building room A.
- the line sections 3a protrude through an opening 7 in the building floor 5.
- a mounting plate 9 with slotted iron 20 and clips 21 is now attached to the underside of the building floor 5 according to FIG.
- the compensating element 14 is shifted accordingly.
- the mat 16 seals the opening 7 on its edge and on the circumference of the line sections 3a.
- the opening 7 is poured with concrete 8 (Fig. 7).
- a second register 2 with pre-installed line sections 3b is now arranged and fastened in the same way.
- the line sections 3b are connected, for example, to the line sections 3a using the sleeve 22 shown in FIG.
- the space between the mounting plate 9 and the register 2 according to Figure 1 can be covered with a plate 25. If further rooms are to be renovated below building room B, additional mounting plates 9 and registers are installed in the same assembly steps.
- registers are covered with panels and the intended sanitary items, such as washstands and toilet facilities, are attached to the registers.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device with at least two installation registers, one of which is arranged in a building room on a building floor above a breakthrough and the other in an underlying building room below said breakthrough at a distance from this, both registers in the same arrangement guide means for vertically extending , have pre-assembled pipe sections of a sanitary building installation.
Devices of this type are known in the prior art and are used in particular to renovate bathrooms and kitchens that are typified and one above the other in apartment buildings. For this purpose, the registers with the pre-installed cables installed. A suitable breakthrough must be made in the intermediate floor of the building to connect the line sections of superimposed installation registers. This is concreted after the pipes have been pulled through. So far, a formwork was attached to the underside of the opening with boards to pour the opening with concrete. After concreting the floor opening, these formwork boards were then removed again.
The invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which enables an even easier and faster assembly.
The object is achieved in a generic device in that it has a permanently installed mounting plate and means for fixing the mounting plate on the underside of the opening and holes are incorporated in the mounting plate, the hole pattern of which corresponds to that of the routing of the installation register. 6 abgestellt ist.FIG. 1 shows a
The
As FIGS. 1 and 2 show, the
The
Die Matte 16 dichtet den Durchbruch 7 an seinem Rand und am Umfang der Leitungsabschnitte 3a ab.The assembly of the device is explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8. In the assembly, which preferably takes place from top to bottom, a
After fixing the mounting
In the lower building room B, a
Finally, the registers are covered with panels and the intended sanitary items, such as washstands and toilet facilities, are attached to the registers.
