Dadurch wird die vorlaufende Plattenkante lagerichtig auf die Kante der Zylindergrube gezogen. Es wird die Druckplatte parallel zur Kanalkante auf dem Formzylinder positioniert, bevor sie um diesen gewickelt wird. Der in Fig. 1 ausschnittsweise dargestellte Formzylinder 1 weist eine in Achsrichtung verlaufende Zylindergrube 2 auf. Eine Grubenwand 3 verläuft spitzwinkelig zur Zylindermantelfläche und bildet mit dieser eine Kante 4, an der der vorlaufende Plattenschenkel 5 der Druckplatte 6 aufgenommen wird. In der Zylindergrube 2 ist eine Spindel 7 angeordnet, die an den Enden der Zylindergrube 2, nicht dargestellt, drehbar gelagert ist. Die Spindel 7 trägt über die Breite der zu spannenden Druckplatte 6 verteilt mehrere um etwa 90° hakenförmige abgewinkelte Blattfedern 8. Diese arbeiten mit dem ebenfalls um etwa 90° hakenförmig abgewinkelten Ende des nachlaufenden Plattenschenkels 9 zusammen. Statt der einzelnen Blattfedern 8 könnte auch eine sich über die Breite der Druckplatte erstreckende durchgehende Blattfeder vorgesehen sein. Die Spindel 7 besitzt weiterhin eine Mitnahmekante 10, die mit einer V-förmigen Kerbe 11 des vorlaufenden Plattenschenkels 5 zusammenarbeitet.The
An einem Ende der Spindel 7 ist ein Hebel 12 befestigt, der gelenkig mit einem einfederbaren Schwenkhebel 13 verbunden ist (Fig. 3). Der Schwenkhebel 13 enthält eine Stange 14, auf die gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder 15 ein Gabelkopf 16 einfederbar ist. Mit einer Walze 17 stützt sich der Schwenkhebel 13 in einem Widerlager 18 schwenkbar ab. Für die Montage der Druckplatte 6 nimmt die Spannspindel 7 zunächst die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Stellung ein. Die entsprechende Stellung der die Spindel 7 betätigenden Hebel 12 und 13 ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Der einfederbare Schwenkhebel 13 drückt dabei den Hebel 12 in eine Anschlagstellung. Im Ausführungsbeispiel schlägt der Hebel 12 am Zapfen 20 des Formzylinders 1 an. Nunmehr wird die Druckplatte 6 mit ihrem vorlaufenden Plattenschenkel 5 an der Kante 4 der Zylindergrube 2 eingehängt. Anschließend wird die Spindel 7 geschwenkt. Hierzu werden der Hebel 12 und der Schwenkhebel 13 in ihre Strecklage, d. h. die Verbindungslinie ihrer Schwenkpunkte, und weiter in dieser Richtung über die Strecklage hinaus bewegt, bis die Mitnahmekante 10 an der Kerbe 11 der Druckplatte 6 anliegt und die dabei aufgebrachte Spannkraft der Druckkraft des Spannhebels 13 das Gleichgewicht hält. Dabei wird die Vorderkante der Druckplatte 6 exakt parallel zur Kante 4 der Zylindergrube 2 ausgerichtet. Anschließend wird die gut ausgerichtete Druckplatte 6 unter Drehung des Formzylinders 1 auf diesen aufgewickelt. Danach wird die Spindel 7 in die in Fig. 1 gezeichnete Stellung zurückgeschwenkt, wobei der Hebel 12 am Zapfen 20 anschlägt. Nachdem der nachlaufende Plattenschenkel 9 in die Zylindergrube 2 eingedrückt wurde, wird die Spindel 7 in die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Stellung geschwenkt. Hierzu werden der Hebel 12 und der Schwenkhebel 13 wieder über ihre Strecklage hinaus ausgelenkt. Dabei spannt die Mitnahmekante 10 wiederum den vorlaufenden Plattenschenkel 5, und die Blattfedern 8 greifen in die hakenförmige Abkantung des nachlaufenden Plattenschenkels 9 und spannen diesen. Somit sind sowohl der vorlaufende als auch der nachlaufende Plattenschenkel 5, 9 unter der Kraft der Druckfeder 15 vorgespannt, d. h. die Spindel 7 dreht sich so weit, bis die Spannkräfte auf die Plattenschenkel 5, 9 der Federkraft des Schwenkhebels 13 das Gleichgewicht halten.For the assembly of the
