Definitions
- Gratings or mats of this type are already part of the prior art due to EP-A-21 12 573 and DE-A1-38 21 722.
- Running mats and / or wipers with these generic features are already known, for example, from EP-A1-0 125 618, DE-U1-90 03 103 and DE-A1-41 496.
- gratings or mats of the type mentioned first can be used advantageously for walkable covering of channels, basins or pits, because their profile bars are traversed by inherently designed web or strip-like holding elements and therefore have a relatively large overall height require
- the running mats and / or doormats of the other type can be created with a relatively low overall height, because they are designed for large-area and thus dimensionally stable support during use.
- the relatively flat-construction running mats and / or foot wipers have the further advantage that they allow simple assembly of all individual parts - to a certain extent according to the push-button system.
- the running mats and / or wipers available with an extra flat design can be laid directly on a flat floor surface, especially outside of buildings.
- running mats and / or wipers or grates or mats placed directly on flat floor surfaces should have the lowest possible construction height, for example of 16 mm, it is clear that the production and maintenance of the correspondingly different heights dimensioned running mats and / or wipers or grids or mats a considerable effort must be driven.
- the invention now aims to minimize the effort for the production and preparation of running mats and / or wipers as well as rust or mats of the generic type, that is to say to ensure their usability with only a little additional effort, if they are to be laid in shallow recesses with different frame heights. It is therefore a matter of designing generic running mats and / or wipers or grates or mats which - even subsequently - ensures that their height is adapted to different frame heights of the shallow depressions provided for their reception. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a running mat and / or a wiper or a grate or a mat which has a basic design which can be easily adapted to different installation cases.
- An advantage of this configuration is that, in addition to the individual parts (profile bars and holding elements) required to create the running mats and / or foot wipers or grids or mats, only supporting feet with different heights of their foot plate need to be kept available, which can then be used as required.
- Anchor in the profiles of the underside longitudinal groove of the profile bars leave in order to match the respective installation case.
- each profile bar suitable for the construction of running mats and / or foot wipers or grids or mats contains only a longitudinally arranged, undercut longitudinal groove and the support feet adhere to the coupling areas of the holding elements with their coupling attachment Insert it into the undercut profile of the longitudinal groove of the profile bars and lock and / or anchor it by rotating it at an angle.
- This equipment option is particularly suitable for gratings or mats of the type in which the profile bars are traversed by the holding elements in the form of strips or webs.
- each profile bar contains a plurality of longitudinal grooves arranged parallel to one another and each having an undercut profile, one of which is then provided as a locking and / or anchoring engagement for the coupling approaches of support feet.
- Profile bars according to the invention can preferably be used, each of which has three parallel longitudinal grooves on the underside, one of which runs longitudinally and is provided at least as a locking and / or anchoring engagement for the coupling approaches of support feet.
- holding elements are preferably used which can be inserted into an adapted undercut shaped longitudinal groove on the underside of the profiled bars with a head part which is molded from the top side and has an undercut profiled profile.
- the downward-facing support feet can be inserted from below into the groove profile with an undercut cross-sectional shape, which is open on the underside on the longitudinal center of the test specimen, because the thickness of the coupling shoulder is adapted to the opening width of the groove profile is. Since the coupling approach in the normal direction to the thickness has an undercut profile shape matched to the groove profile, each support leg can be locked and / or anchored with its coupling approach in the groove profile with a form-fitting clamp fit.
- the invention further provides that the underside groove profile of the profile bars and also the coupling shoulder of the support feet have an approximately T-shaped or dovetail undercut cross-sectional shape, in which the optimal clamping tension comes into effect directly on the underside of the profile bars on the support feet.
- the shaft or neck of the coupling lugs on the support feet has a square cross-section and the distance between its parallel pairs of surfaces is adapted to the opening width of the groove profile of the profile bars.
- each support foot either a polygonal shape, For example, to give a square or hexagonal, or also a circularly limited base area and to provide the size of this base area in accordance with the respective needs or purposes for the running mat and / or the wiper. It is also important that support feet with different support heights, e.g. of 6, 9 and 11 mm, are available so that a running mat and / or a foot scraper with the low overall height of 16 mm can be used directly in angled frames of 22 mm, 25 mm and 27 mm can be upgraded.
- the surface areas of the support feet adjacent to the coupling attachment with the profiled bars e.g. Ribs, corrugations, cords or the like are provided to support the rotation of the support feet in their locking and / or anchoring position on the profile bars.
- the profile bars and the support feet for the running mats and / or wipers according to the invention can be made of the same or similar materials, for example of metal or plastic. However, it is particularly recommended if the profile bars are made of a metallic material, for example aluminum, and the support feet are made of a non-metallic material, for example plastic.
- the use of aluminum for the profile bars has the advantage that it can be recycled again and again without any loss of quality, i.e. it is the ideal material for an ecological effect on the circulation.
- the support feet are made of a halogen-free, thermoplastic elastomer manufactured, then not only its problem-free recyclability is guaranteed, but there are also excellent application properties for indoor and outdoor use.
- FIG. 1 of the drawing shows a section of a running mat and / or a foot scraper 1 which has a plurality of profile bars 2 running parallel to one another with their longitudinal axes. These profile bars 2 extend essentially transversely to the running direction and are connected to one another at a distance by holding elements 3, which can extend continuously over the entire length of the profile bars 2.
- the holding elements 3 have a position which is offset downwards relative to the upper edge of the profiled bars 2, in order to form a channel 4 delimited on three sides between two adjacent profiled bars 2, which has a closed bottom 5 and a height 6 and a Has width 7. It is important that the width 7 of the channel 4 is dimensioned at least equal to its height 6. However, the smallest width 7 of each channel 4 should preferably be dimensioned larger than its height 6. On the other hand, however, it is provided that the width 7 of each channel 4 is made smaller than the width 8 of the individual profiled bars 2. In practice, it has proven itself to carry out the width 7 of the grooves 4 to the width 8 of the profiled bars 2 in a ratio which is equal to or greater than 0.4 but less than 1.
- Each profile bar 2 forms the support for an insert strip 9, which can preferably consist of resilient material, such as felt, brush bodies, rubber or textile covering, and — preferably replaceably — is fixed to the profile bars.
- an insert strip 9 can preferably consist of resilient material, such as felt, brush bodies, rubber or textile covering, and — preferably replaceably — is fixed to the profile bars.
- the total height 10 of the profile bars 2 with their insert strips 9 can be chosen so that it falls below the width 8 of the profile bars 2 and is in a ratio that is between 0.5 and 0.9.
- the insert strips 9 are connected to the profile bars 2 so that their free height 11 to the total height 10 of the profile bars 2 with insert strips 9 is in a ratio that is between 0.2 and 0.5.
- the grooves 4 between adjacent profile bars 2 of the running mat and / or the scraper 1 form relatively large-volume collecting areas for dirt and moisture, which are stripped from the soles of the shoes by means of the insert strips 9. Because of the relatively large width and the essentially rectangular profile shape of the grooves 4, these can be easily cleaned from above in a simple manner, for example with the slot nozzle of an electric vacuum cleaner.
- the slot nozzle can namely be inserted into each channel 4 from above and then shifted in the longitudinal direction thereof.
- the profile bars 2 and the holding elements 3 are produced as independent components.
- the profile bars 2 can be produced, for example, by extrusion from aluminum and the holding elements 3 by extrusion from a plastic material.
- the aluminum of the profile bars 2 can be recycled in any case without loss of quality, while that applies to plastic material only under certain conditions. It is therefore important to use a recyclable plastic, for example a halogen-free, thermoplastic elastomer, for the production of the holding elements 3.
- the holding elements 3 carry edge webs 12 projecting from their base 5, each of which has an undercut designed head part 13 at its upper end.
- Undercut grooves 14 are formed in the underside of the profiled bars 2 along their longitudinal edges, in such a way that they each assume an elevated position relative to a central foot part 15.
- the arrangement of the undercut grooves 14 is such that, in addition to the head parts 13, they can also accommodate the protruding edge webs 12 of the holding elements 3.
- This configuration namely ensures that the holding elements 3 located between the adjacent profile bars 2 can then form an additional floor support for the running mat and / or the scraper 1 if they are to be laid directly on a flat floor surface, such as that Fig. 1 shows the drawing.
- the holding elements 3 are provided with roughening on the underside, for example longitudinal corrugations, waffle patterns or the like, by means of which an increased slip resistance of the running mat and / or doormat is achieved.
- connection between the profile bars 2 and the holding elements 3 can be achieved in an advantageous manner in that the undercut grooves 14 and the undercut head parts 13th are compressed transversely to their longitudinal direction in the manner of a snap-lock connection.
- the last-mentioned assembly method requires a work space whose length is greater than twice the length of the profile bars 2 and holding elements 3 to be assembled.
- a plurality of profile bars 2 and a plurality of holding elements 3 as a one-piece molded part, for example by extrusion from a suitable plastic material.
- the one longitudinal edge of the molded part is formed by a profile bar 2, which contains an undercut groove 14 on the underside along its boundary edge.
- the other longitudinal edge of the molded part is delimited by a holding element 3, which carries an undercut head part 13 on the upstanding edge web 12. Adjacent molded parts of this type are each coupled to one another in that the head part 13 of the holding element 3 engages on one molded part in the undercut groove 14 on the underside of the other molded part.
- Such molded parts can also have roughening on their underside, e.g. Corrugations, waffle patterns or the like, in order to increase the slip resistance of the mats and / or wipers 1 assembled therefrom when these are placed directly on a flat floor surface.
- mats and / or wipers 1 of the types explained above have a relatively low profile, for example an extra flat design, because they can be manufactured with a total height 10 of about 16 mm.
- the running mats and / or wipers 1 are used in shallow floor depressions in such a way that their top side is essentially at the same level comes to rest with the floor surfaces adjacent to the depression.
- the floor recess is delimited by frame frames, which consist of angle profiles and can have different profile heights of, for example, 22 mm, 25 mm and 27 mm.
- the frame frames of different heights delimiting the floor recesses must of course also be assigned running mats and / or wipers 1 corresponding to different heights, so that the highly undesirable formation of tripping edges is avoided.
- Fig. 1 of the drawing shows that all profile bars 2 of the running mat and / or the scraper 1 are provided on the underside on their longitudinal center with an open groove profile 16.
- this groove profile 16 is located in the central foot part 15 of the profile bars 2 and is formed between the two undercut grooves 14 arranged on the edge.
- the groove profile 16 has an approximately T-shaped undercut cross-sectional shape, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 5 of the drawing. Different from the exemplary embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the groove profile 16 can, if appropriate, also be provided with undercuts in the manner of a dovetail.
- FIG. 1 of the drawing While the basic design of a running mat and / or a wiper 1 with its total height 10 of 16 mm, for example, shown in FIG. 1 of the drawing has an extra flat overall height for direct laying on flat floor surfaces, it is suitable for laying such running mats and / or doormat 1 in shallow floor depressions desired or even condition to use them with increased heights 17, 18, 19, as indicated in Fig. 2.
- Each of these increased heights 17, 18, 19 must be adapted as precisely as possible to the respective profile height of so-called frame frames, which limit the floor recess in question compared to the normal level of the adjacent floor surface.
- frame frames There are, for example, frame frames that have a clear profile height of 22 mm.
- the increased overall height 17 of a running mat and / or a wiper 1 is matched to this.
- frame frames with a clear profile height of 25 mm to which the increased overall height 18 of a running mat and / or a scraper 1 is adapted.
- frame frames with a clear profile height of 27 mm are also used, which corresponds to the increased overall height 19 of the running mat and / or the foot scraper 1.
- running mats and / or wipers 1 For the purpose of creating running mats and / or wipers 1 with increased heights 17, 18, 19, running mats and / or wipers 1 according to FIG. 1 are retrofitted with the usual total height 10.
- downward support feet 20 can be engaged at least with a snug fit, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 5.
- Each support leg 20 can be manufactured as a one-piece molded part, for example made of plastic, which has a base plate 21, from the top of which a coupling projection 22 protrudes.
- this coupling projection 22 has a thickness 23 which is adapted to the opening width 24 of the open groove profile 16 in the profile bars 2 (cf. FIG. 5).
- the coupling projection 22 has, in the normal direction to its thickness 23, an undercut profile shape which is matched to the open groove profile 16 and which is limited, for example, in a T-shape or also in a dovetail shape (cf. FIG. 4).
- the coupling projection 22 has a shaft 25 projecting from the base plate 21 and two hook projections 26 projecting from it on opposite sides, which give the coupling projection 22 its approximately T-shaped undercut profile.
- the shaft or neck 25 of the coupling attachment 22 has a square cross section and that the distance between its parallel pairs of surfaces corresponds to the thickness 24 of the coupling attachment 22 or the profile bar 2 is adapted to the opening width 24 of the open groove profile 16. This inevitably means that the diagonal or corner dimension of the shaft 25 exceeds the opening width 24 of the open groove profile 16.
- Fig. 6 can also be seen that the hook lugs 26 of the coupling lug 22 each have corner roundings 27 which are designed so that the distance between two diagonally opposite corner roundings 27 is at least slightly smaller than the inside width of the open groove profile 16 of the profile bars 2 in their undercut area.
- the hook lugs 26 of the coupling lug 22 of the support feet 20 can therefore not hinder or complicate rotation of the coupling lug 22 within the undercut region of the open groove profile 16.
- the support feet 20 in the position shown in FIG. 5 are simply inserted with their coupling attachment 22 into the open groove profile 16, and the shaft or neck 25 of the coupling attachment 22 comes in the region of the opening gap to lie of the open groove profile 16, while at the same time its hook projections 26 are in the undercut region of the open groove profile 16.
- the support leg 21 is now displaced relative to the profile bar 2 by an angular rotation about its longitudinal axis, then it reaches the functional position according to FIG. 4 after a 90 ° rotation. To this end, however, it is a condition that the larger than the opening width 24 of the open groove profile 16 Corner dimension of the shaft or neck 25 with a square cross section on the coupling projection 22 is overcome by elastic deformation.
- Figure 6 of the drawing shows that the foot plate 21 of the support foot 20 can have a square plan, the side length of the foot plate 21 being dimensioned at least so large that each profile bar 2 of the running mat and / or the foot scraper 1 is supported thereby over that profile area , which lies between its two longitudinal undercut grooves 14.
- the surface areas adjacent to the coupling attachment 22 of the support feet 20 each have roughenings 29, for example in the form of ribs, corrugations, cords or the like.
- these roughenings 29 lying on segment-shaped surface areas on the upper side of the foot plate 21 then lie below the edge webs 12 of the holding elements 3.
- the segment-shaped surface regions 29 of the foot plate provided with the roughenings 29 come into contact with the holding elements 3 below the edge webs 12 and additionally support them with simultaneous increase in friction in order to engage the head parts 13 in the optimally support undercut groove 14 of profile rail 2.
- the foot plate 21 of each support foot 20 not only engages under the foot part 15 of the profile rail 2, but also the edge webs 12 of both holding elements 3, which are inserted on both sides next to this in the undercut grooves 14.
- support feet 20 shown on the one hand in FIGS. 7 to 9 and on the other hand in FIGS. 10 to 12 differ practically only from one another in that their support feet 21 have different thicknesses. They are therefore used when a running mat and / or a wiper 1 of the basic design shown in FIG. 1 are to be prepared for laying in flat floor depressions with different frame heights.
- FIGS. 1 to 12 of the drawing have been explained as application examples of the invention, running mats and / or wipers 1 which, in practical use, require large-area and dimensionally stable support either directly on a flat floor surface or in a flat floor recess, are now to be described 13 to 15 embodiments of grids or mats 1 are explained, the training of which is mainly suitable for covering walkways, basins, pits or the like, but which can also be used as a wiper, which is usually large-scale on a flat floor or in supported by a shallow floor recess become.
- This grate or mat 1 in turn has a larger number of profile bars which are spaced apart from one another and in the longitudinal direction parallel to one another and are connected to one another by holding elements 32 directed transversely to them and at the same time are held at a distance from one another.
- Hollow profiles serve as profile bars 31, which are provided on the top and bottom with undercut grooves 34 and 35 running in their longitudinal direction.
- the holding elements 32 have molded-on head parts 36 which, transversely to their longitudinal direction, have a profile shape which is at least approximately matched to the cross section of the undercut groove 34. Therefore, the profile bars 31 can be connected to the holding elements 2 in a simple manner via the head parts 36 and the undercut groove 34.
- each insert strip 37 is received, which can be designed in different ways. E.g. can be designed as a brush strip. However, they can also be easily made from felt, textile material, rubber, etc.
- Each insert strip 37 has a cross-sectional part 37a penetrating into the undercut groove 35 of the profiled strip 31 and a cross-sectional part 37b projecting beyond the upper edges 38 thereof.
- the insert strip 37 is positively fixed in the undercut region 40 of the profile groove 35 via the cross-sectional part 37a, in a manner known (not described here). It is only important that the cross-sectional part 37a of the insert strip 37 has a height which corresponds to the clear height 41 of the undercut area 40 of the profile groove 35.
- the holding elements 32 pass under the profile bars 31 of the grate or mat in the manner of a web or a strip and the protruding molded from their top undercut head parts 36 engage positively in the undercut groove 34 of each profile bar 31.
- the holding elements 32 expediently consist of a relatively rigid material, so that the fully assembled grate or mat is relatively dimensionally stable, even if there is a relatively large distance between two holding elements 32 running parallel to one another.
- the web-like or strip-like holding elements 32 are used with a cross-sectional height that is sufficient to give the completely assembled grate or mat the desired stiffness for the respective application.
- this cross-sectional height of the holding elements 32 is not sufficient to bring the top of the grate or the mat to a prescribed height level.
- each support foot 43 can then be inserted into the groove profile 34 from below with the thickness of the coupling projection 44 adapted to the opening width of the undercut groove profile 34. Since the coupling projection 44 has an undercut profile shape which is matched to the groove profile 34 in the normal direction to the thickness, each support leg 42 can be locked and / or anchored in the groove profile 34 simply by rotating the coupling projection 44 to produce a positive clamping fit, as in FIG. 14 you can see.
- the base plate 43 has a height that corresponds to the profile height of the holding element 32, then it is possible to additionally support the profile bars 31 with the aid of the support feet 42 at any desired location. If the height of the foot plates 43 on the support feet 42 is chosen to be greater than the profile height of the holding elements 32, then the top of the grate or mat can be aligned to a different height level regardless of the effective profile height of the holding elements 32. This height level can be varied as required, simply by holding support feet 42 with base plates 43 of different heights ready for use.
- adjacent profile bars 2 can be coupled directly to one another by holding elements 3 in the same way as is the case with the running mat and / or the foot scraper 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
- the undercut profiled head parts 13 of the edge webs 12 protruding from the bottom 5 of the holding elements 3 interact with the grooves 14 formed in the underside of the profile bars 2 along their longitudinal edges.
- the undercut groove profile 16 is still lying on the longitudinal center thereof, which in this case is comparable to the groove profile 34 of the profile bars 31 according to FIGS. 13 and 14.
- the undercut profiled head parts 36 of the web or strip-like holding elements 32 of the type shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 can be brought into holding connection.
- the undercut groove profile 16 - in the same way as in the undercut groove profile 34 of the profile bars 31 according to FIGS. 13 and 14 - can also lock and anchor the additional support feet 42, as in the right half 15 is shown hinted at.
- the retrofittable support feet 42 can then also be used in order to be able to vary the height level of the top of the grate or the mat according to the different needs.

Roste oder Matten dieser Art gehören bereits durch EP-A-21 12 573 und die DE-A1-38 21 722 zum Stand der Technik. Auch Laufmatten und/oder Fußabstreifer mit diesen Gattungsmerkmalen sind bspw. durch EP-A1-0 125 618, DE-U1-90 03 103 und DE-A1-41 496 bereits bekannt.Gratings or mats of this type are already part of the prior art due to EP-
While gratings or mats of the type mentioned first can be used advantageously for walkable covering of channels, basins or pits, because their profile bars are traversed by inherently designed web or strip-like holding elements and therefore have a relatively large overall height require, the running mats and / or doormats of the other type can be created with a relatively low overall height, because they are designed for large-area and thus dimensionally stable support during use. Compared to the grids or mats with the retaining elements traversing the profile bars, the relatively flat-construction running mats and / or foot wipers have the further advantage that they allow simple assembly of all individual parts - to a certain extent according to the push-button system. In addition, simple and inexpensive manufacture is possible in practically any surface size that occurs with such running mats and / or wipers. All of the individual elements of these running mats and / or wipers to be coupled with one another can be connected to one another on a simple assembly table, in that they are placed one on top of the other in a specific order and are locked together by pressure from above. Therefore, this assembly unit is particularly suitable for the construction of running mats and / or wipers in workshops for the disabled, because it allows a meaningful occupation of the people working there.
The practical use of such running mats and / or floor wipers has advantages over grates or mats of the first type in that they can be laid over a large area with an extra flat design and can thereby be made effective as a landfill for dirt and moisture. This particular advantage results from the use of holding elements used to connect the profiled bars, which not only have a position offset downwards from the upper edges of the profiled bars, but can also extend over the entire length of the profiled bars and are thus coupled to them, that a channel with three sides is formed between two adjacent profile bars. The dirt and wet landfill limited by these channels can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner, namely simply cleaned with a combined wet / dry electric vacuum cleaner.
In the simplest case, the running mats and / or wipers available with an extra flat design can be laid directly on a flat floor surface, especially outside of buildings.
More often, mainly within building areas, it is desirable or even a requirement to lay running mats and / or wipers in shallow floor depressions. In the case of grids or mats for the walkable covering of channels, basins, pits or the like, on the other hand, there is a requirement to include them in appropriately recessed edge-limiting paragraphs. The edges of the running mats and / or doormats or grids or mats are then encompassed by angular frames which delimit these depressions or shoulders.
Since the flat floor depressions or shoulder heels are designed in practice to accommodate different heights of the angular frames, e.g. of 22 mm, 25 mm or also 27 mm, this results in the inadequacy that also running mats and / or doormats or grids or mats are included such different installation heights must be manufactured and kept ready.
On the other hand, because there is a requirement that running mats and / or wipers or grates or mats placed directly on flat floor surfaces should have the lowest possible construction height, for example of 16 mm, it is clear that the production and maintenance of the correspondingly different heights dimensioned running mats and / or wipers or grids or mats a considerable effort must be driven.
The invention now aims to minimize the effort for the production and preparation of running mats and / or wipers as well as rust or mats of the generic type, that is to say to ensure their usability with only a little additional effort, if they are to be laid in shallow recesses with different frame heights.
- that regardless of and / or in addition to the holding elements usable, downward-facing support feet with a fixed from their top of their base plate coupling approach and with this from below on the head parts of the holding elements different or vacant positions in the profile of the longitudinal groove of Profile bars are indentable,
- that the thickness of the coupling attachment is adapted to the opening width of the profile of the longitudinal groove,
- that the coupling approach in the normal direction to the thickness has an undercut profile shape which is matched to the profile of the longitudinal groove,
- and that each support leg can be locked and / or anchored by angular rotation with its coupling shoulder in the profile of the longitudinal groove with a positive clamping fit.
An advantage of this configuration is that, in addition to the individual parts (profile bars and holding elements) required to create the running mats and / or foot wipers or grids or mats, only supporting feet with different heights of their foot plate need to be kept available, which can then be used as required. Anchor in the profiles of the underside longitudinal groove of the profile bars leave in order to match the respective installation case.
The principle of the solution according to the invention is already readily applicable if each profile bar suitable for the construction of running mats and / or foot wipers or grids or mats contains only a longitudinally arranged, undercut longitudinal groove and the support feet adhere to the coupling areas of the holding elements with their coupling attachment Insert it into the undercut profile of the longitudinal groove of the profile bars and lock and / or anchor it by rotating it at an angle. This equipment option is particularly suitable for gratings or mats of the type in which the profile bars are traversed by the holding elements in the form of strips or webs.
According to the invention, however, the possibility is also open that each profile bar contains a plurality of longitudinal grooves arranged parallel to one another and each having an undercut profile, one of which is then provided as a locking and / or anchoring engagement for the coupling approaches of support feet.
Profile bars according to the invention can preferably be used, each of which has three parallel longitudinal grooves on the underside, one of which runs longitudinally and is provided at least as a locking and / or anchoring engagement for the coupling approaches of support feet. In the case of running mats and / or floor wipers which can be created using such profiled bars, holding elements are preferably used which can be inserted into an adapted undercut shaped longitudinal groove on the underside of the profiled bars with a head part which is molded from the top side and has an undercut profiled profile.
By using the profile bars, each containing three parallel longitudinal grooves on the underside, it is possible to create running mats and / or foot wipers, in which a channel with three sides is formed between two adjacent profile bars, which can then be made effective as a landfill for dirt and moisture . In this case, the downward-facing support feet can be inserted from below into the groove profile with an undercut cross-sectional shape, which is open on the underside on the longitudinal center of the test specimen, because the thickness of the coupling shoulder is adapted to the opening width of the groove profile is. Since the coupling approach in the normal direction to the thickness has an undercut profile shape matched to the groove profile, each support leg can be locked and / or anchored with its coupling approach in the groove profile with a form-fitting clamp fit.
The invention further provides that the underside groove profile of the profile bars and also the coupling shoulder of the support feet have an approximately T-shaped or dovetail undercut cross-sectional shape, in which the optimal clamping tension comes into effect directly on the underside of the profile bars on the support feet.
A particularly favorable, namely especially for the disabled to be accomplished assembly work is possible in that the shaft or neck of the coupling lugs on the support feet has a square cross-section and the distance between its parallel pairs of surfaces is adapted to the opening width of the groove profile of the profile bars. After the angular rotation causing the coupling process has been carried out, the square cross-sectional shape of the shaft of the coupling attachments automatically brings about the correct position fixing of the support feet on the profile bars.
It has also proven useful to give each support foot either a polygonal shape, For example, to give a square or hexagonal, or also a circularly limited base area and to provide the size of this base area in accordance with the respective needs or purposes for the running mat and / or the wiper. It is also important that support feet with different support heights, e.g. of 6, 9 and 11 mm, are available so that a running mat and / or a foot scraper with the low overall height of 16 mm can be used directly in angled frames of 22 mm, 25 mm and 27 mm can be upgraded.
This upgrade work on the running mats and / or wipers of minimal height can be considerably facilitated according to the invention if the support feet underneath a tool engagement, e.g. contain a diametrical slot, a cross slot, a polygonal recess or the like, which allows the insertion of a suitable tool for performing the angular rotation.
In some cases, it can also prove to be advantageous if the surface areas of the support feet adjacent to the coupling attachment with the profiled bars, e.g. Ribs, corrugations, cords or the like are provided to support the rotation of the support feet in their locking and / or anchoring position on the profile bars.
The profile bars and the support feet for the running mats and / or wipers according to the invention can be made of the same or similar materials, for example of metal or plastic. However, it is particularly recommended if the profile bars are made of a metallic material, for example aluminum, and the support feet are made of a non-metallic material, for example plastic. The use of aluminum for the profile bars has the advantage that it can be recycled again and again without any loss of quality, i.e. it is the ideal material for an ecological effect on the circulation. The support feet are made of a halogen-free, thermoplastic elastomer manufactured, then not only its problem-free recyclability is guaranteed, but there are also excellent application properties for indoor and outdoor use.

The holding
Each
The
The
In the exemplary embodiments of a running mat and / or a
The holding
The connection between the profile bars 2 and the holding
It should be mentioned at this point that there is also the possibility of producing a plurality of
From Fig. 1 of the drawing it follows that mats and / or
Often, and in particular inside buildings, it is customary in the art to use the running mats and / or
Already Fig. 1 of the drawing shows that all
While the basic design of a running mat and / or a
For the purpose of creating running mats and / or
Fig. 5). Fig. 4). Each
For the purpose of connecting the
Figure 6 of the drawing shows that the
In this case, it is particularly advantageous if the surface areas adjacent to the
Finally, it should be mentioned here that the embodiments of
While above, FIGS. 1 to 12 of the drawing have been explained as application examples of the invention, running mats and / or
Hollow profiles serve as profile bars 31, which are provided on the top and bottom with
The holding
From the undercut
In Fig. 13 it can be seen that the holding
Usually, the web-like or strip-
If the
From Fig. 15 of the drawing it can be seen that there is also the possibility of building grates or mats on which training features of the running mat and / or the scraper according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and the grate or mat according to the 13 and 14 are realized.
It can be seen there that
Auch in diesem Ausbildungsfall sind dann zusätzlich die nachträglich montierbaren Stützfüße 42 benutzbar, um das Höhenniveau der Oberseite des Rostes bzw. der Matte entsprechend den unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen variieren zu können.15 is particularly suitable for those applications where not only a high level of structural strength is required in practical use, but also the provision of a landfill for dirt and moisture between adjacent profile bars 2 is desired.
