Abstract

Es handelt sich um eine Palette (1) aus Stahl oder Kunststoff, mit einem Unterrahmem (2), Eck- (7) und Mittelfüßen (15, 16), einer auf den Füßen (7, 15, 16) ruhenden Bodenwanne (8) aus Blech mit einem Ablaufboden (9), der eine Ablaufrinne (10) aufweist. Die Bodenwanne (8) nimmt einen Innenbehälter (11) aus Kunststoff mit einem Außenmantel (12) aus Blech oder Gitterwerk und einem Ablaufboden (13) formschlüssig auf oder bildet Teil eines Blechbehälters. Unter der Bodenwanne (8) ist ein quer zur Ablaufrinne (10) derselben befestigtes Versteifungsblech (14) nach Art eines Unterzuges angeordnet. Um die Palette (1) im Hinblick auf eine höhere Transportsicherheit und eine Vereinfachung der Konstruktion weiterzuentwickeln, sind an die beiden Enden (14a, 14b) des brückenartig ausgebildeten Versteifungsbleches (14) zwei Mittelfüße (15, 16) einteilig angeformt. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Palette aus Stahl oder Kunststoff mit einem Unterrahmen, Eck- und Mittelfüßen, einer auf den Füßen ruhenden Bodenwanne aus Blech mit einem Ablaufboden, der eine Ablaufrinne aufweist, wobei die Bodenwanne einen Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit einem Außenmantel aus Blech oder Gitterwerk und einem Ablaufboden formschlüssig aufnimmt oder Teil eines Blechbehälters bildet, sowie mit einem unter der Bodenwanne quer zur Ablaufrinne derselben befestigten Versteifungsblech nach Art eines Unterzuges.
  • Bei einer aus der DE 42 06 945 C1 bekannten Palette dieser Art ist das mittig zwischen den beiden Querrahmen des Fußrahmens unter der Bodenwanne befestigte Versteifungsblech mit zwei Mittelfüßen verschweißt oder verschraubt, die wiederum mit den beiden Längsrahmen der Palette verschweißt sind.
  • Außer der konstruktiv bedingten, verhältnismäßig aufwendigen Fertigung weist diese Palette den weiteren Nachteil auf, daß aufgrund von Biegeschwellbeanspruchungen, die durch beim Transport von Flüssigkeiten im Behälter ausgehende Schwallschwingungen und durch vom Transportfahrzeug auf die Palette übertragene Fahrschwingungen bewirkt werden, die Bodenwanne im Bereich der Verbindungsstellen zwischen den beiden Mittelfüßen und dem Versteifungsblech aufgrund einer verhältnismäßig schnellen Ermüdung des Blechmaterials Risse bekommt, so daß die Transportsicherheit der Palette nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die gattungsgemäße Palette im Hinblick auf eine höhere Transportsicherheit und eine Vereinfachung der Konstruktion mit dem Ziel einer wirtschaftlicheren Fertigung weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine Palette mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Die Unteransprüche beinhalten zweckmäßige und vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
  • Die einteilige, brückenartige Ausbildung des Versteifungsbleches für die Bodenwanne der Palette zusammen mit zwei Mittelfüßen ermöglicht eine günstige Einleitung der auftretenden Biegekräfte vom Boden der Bodenwanne über das brückenartige Versteifungsblech in die Mittelfüße, so daß Rißbildungen in der Bodenwanne vermieden werden und dadurch die Transportsicherheit der Palette gewährleistet ist. Durch die Herstellung des Versteifungsbleches zusammen mit den beiden Mittelfüßen als Preßziehteil wird die Festigkeit dieses Teils aufgrund der Kaltverformung nochmals erhöht, und die Fertigung der Palette wird einfacher und damit billiger.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Die Palette 1 weist einen aus Stahlrohr hergestellten, rechteckigen Unterrahmen 2 mit zwei Längsrahmen 3, 4 und zwei Querrahmen 5, 6 auf. Auf den Unterrahmen 2 sind vier Eckfüße 7 aufgeschweißt. Aus den beiden Querrahmen 5, 6 sind jeweils zwei Stützbügel 5a, 5b und 6a, 6b ausgeformt.
  • Auf den vier Eckfüßen 7 und den vier Stützbügeln 5a, 5b und 6a, 6b der Querrahmen 5, 6 des Unterrahmens 2 ist eine Bodenwanne 8 aus Blech festgeschraubt.
  • Der Boden 9 der Bodenwanne 8 fällt von den beiden seitlichen Wannenrändern 8a, 8b leicht zur Bodenmitte hin ab und hat außerdem ein leichtes Gefälle vom hinteren 8c zum vorderen Wannenrand 8d. Auf diese Weise bildet der Boden 9 der Wanne 8 eine flache, vom hinteren 8c zum vorderen Wannenrand 8d mit einem leichten Gefälle verlaufende Ablaufrinne 10.
  • Die Bodenwanne 8 der Palette 1 nimmt einen Innenbehälter 11 aus Kunststoff mit einem Außenmantel 12 aus Blech und einem Ablaufboden 13 formschlüssig auf.
  • Unter dem Boden 9 der Bodenwanne 8 ist mittig zwischen den Querrahmen 5, 6 ein quer zur Ablaufrinne 10 der Wanne verlaufendes, brückenartig ausgebildetes Versteifungsblech 14 nach Art eines Unterzuges festgeschraubt, an dessen beiden Enden 14a, 14b zwei Mittelfüße 15, 16 einteilig angeformt sind, die mit den Längsrahmen 3, 4 des Unterrahmens 2 verschweißt sind.
  • Der unter der Bodenwanne 8 befestigte Abschnitt 14c des Versteifungsbleches 14 geht über schräg nach außen gerichtete Schenkel 17, 18 in die Mittelfüße 15, 16 über.
  • Das Versteifungsblech 14 mit den Mittelfüßen 15, 16 ist als Profilteil ausgebildet und als Preßziehteil hergestellt.

Claims (4)

  1. Palette aus Stahl oder Kunststoff, mit einem Unterrahmen, Eck- und Mittelfüßen, einer auf den Füßen ruhenden Bodenwanne aus Blech mit einem Ablaufboden, der eine Ablaufrinne aufweist, wobei die Bodenwanne einen Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit einem Außenmantel aus Blech oder Gitterwerk und einem Ablaufboden formschlüssig aufnimmt oder Teil eines Blechbehälters bildet, sowie mit einem unter der Bodenwanne quer zur Ablaufrinne derselben befestigten Versteifungsblech nach Art eines Unterzuges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die beiden Enden (14a, 14b) des brückenartig ausgebildeten Versteifungsbleches (14) zwei Mittelfüße (15, 16) einteilig angeformt sind.
  2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unter der Bodenwanne (8) befestigte Abschnitt (14c) des Versteifungsbleches (14) über schräg nach außen gerichtete Schenkel (17, 18) in die Füße (15, 16) übergeht.
  3. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungsblech (14) mit den Mittelfüßen (15, 16) als Profilteil ausgebildet ist.
  4. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungsblech (14) als Preßziehteil hergestellt ist.
