Claims (9)

  1. Plaque d'isolation thermique pour façades, caractérisée en ce que la plaque d'isolation (1) est constituée de déchets de substances alvéolaires à base de polystyrène, broyés, liés par une colle de ciment, la taille de grain des déchets de substances alvéolaires constitués de polystyrène étant comprise dans la plage allant de 2 mm à 15 mm et la masse volumique brute de la plaque d'isolation thermique étant comprise dans la plage allant de 0,2 à 0,35 kg/litre.
  2. Plaque d'isolation thermique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des particules traitées à la chaleur, ou frittées, sont insérées dans les déchets de substances alvéolaires à base de polystyrène.
  3. Plaque d'isolation thermique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces de la plaque (1) recouverte sont portées à fusion.
  4. Plaque d'isolation thermique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les déchets de substances alvéolaires à base de polystyrène sont liés à l'aide d'un ciment ou d'une colle blanche au ciment.
  5. Plaque d'isolation thermique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les plaques d'isolation thermique (1) présentent sur les parois latérales (4) des rainures (16) destinées à recevoir des ressorts (17).
  6. Plaque d'isolation thermique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les bords des plaques sont profilees.
  7. Procédé d'isolation d'une façade avec des plaques d'isolation thermique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (1) sont fixées sur la façade (6) par collage puis à l'aide de chevilles (14).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'isolation thermique (1) sont pourvues après fixation d'une enduction de peinture.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que des tôles (8) avec une cannelure (9) en creux sont enfoncées dans les faces latérales (4) des plaques d'isolation thermique (1) et servent au guidage d'une perceuse, pour réaliser les perçages destinés aux chevilles.
