Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Überlastsicherung eines Turmdrehkrans, bei dem die Last (8) und die Stellung der Laufkatze (5) gemessen und aus dem Produkt der Last (8) und der sich aus der Laufkatzenstellung ergebenden Ausladung (4) das Lastmoment errechnet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zusätzlich unmittelbar das Lastmoment gemessen und mit dem errechneten Produkt verglichen und bei Überschreiten des zulässigen Lastmoments oder bei Abweichung des gemessenen Lastmoments von dem Produkt um einen vorgegebenen Wert ein Signal gegeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Messung des Lastmoments die Verformung mindestens eines Eckstiels der Auslegerspitze (11) und/oder die Spannung des Auslegerabspannseils oder des Auslegerabspanngestänges gemessen werden.
- Überlastsicherung eines Turmdrehkrans (1) mit Einrichtungen (3,9) zur Messung der Last (8) und der Stellung der Laufkatze (5), und eine Recheneinheit (15), die aus der gemessenen Last (8) und der gemessenen Ausladung (4) das dem Lastmoment entsprechende Produkt errechnet
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Messung des Lastmoments des Auslegers (6) eine die Verformung eines Eckstiels der Turmspitze (11) oder die Spannung des Auslegerabspannseils oder -gestänges erfassende Einrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist, und daß die Recheneinheit das errechnete Produkt mit dem unmittelbar gemessenen Lastmoment vergleicht und bei Überschreiten des zulässigen Lastmoments oder einer Abweichung des errechneten Lastmoments von dem unmittelbar gemessenen Lastmoment um einen vorgegebenen Wert ein Signal abgibt. - Überlastsicherung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Monitor oder eine Anzeigeeinrichtung (17) zur Darstellung der gemessenen und/oder errechneten Werte vorgesehen ist.
- Überlastsicherung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Warneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die ein Signal bei Annäherung an das höchstzulässige Lastmoment abgibt.
