Description
L'entraínement des câbles tracteurs 25,26,27 peut être réalisé par un tambour d'entraínement disposé en un point quelconque de la voie, notamment dans une station d'arrêt sans changement de câble ou par tout autre moyen opérant. L'invention est applicable à des installations n'ayant que deux boucles de câbles tracteurs ou un nombre supérieur de boucles et la disposition de ces boucles peut être différente, les deux brins d'une même boucle étant par exemple disposés côte à côte. Dans une installation ayant des voies aller et retour disposées côte à côte les brins tracteurs peuvent s'étendre le long de la voie aller et les brins retour le long de la voie retour et réciproquement.
Claims (9)
- Installation de transport ayant au moins un véhicule passif (10) accouplé à un câble tracteur (25, 26, 27) par une pince débrayable (35) pour être tracté et pour rouler sur une voie large (11), qui relie deux stations et qui est constituée de deux câbles porteurs (12, 13) s'étendant parallèlement à un même niveau avec un écartement sensiblement égal ou légèrement inférieur à la largeur du véhicule (10), lequel véhicule comprend des galets (18) de roulement sur les câbles porteurs (12, 13), qui sont disposés au-dessus du toit (21) du véhicule de façon que ce toit est situé au-dessous du plan contenant les deux câbles porteurs (12, 13), caractérisée en ce que l'intervalle (i) de séparation dudit toit (21) et dudit plan contenant les câbles porteurs (12, 13) est de hauteur (h) sensiblement constante et réduite et que les sabots (23) de support des câbles porteurs (12, 13) et une pluralité de câbles tracteurs (25, 26, 27) sont logés dans cet intervalle (i), en étant intercalés entre les deux câbles porteurs (12, 13),plusieurs câbles tracteurs ou boucles de câbles (25, 26, 27) équipant une même voie, les brins tracteurs (25a, 26a, 27a) des différentes boucles (25, 26, 27) étant groupés en une première nappe horizontale (28), tandis que les brins de retour (25b, 26b, 27b) sont groupés en une deuxième nappe (29) disposée symétriquement par rapport à l'axe de la voie (11),les deux parois latérales (14, 15) du véhicule 10) parallèles à la voie (11) étant prolongées vers le haut par des ailes (16, 17) portant chacune des galets (18) roulant sur des câbles porteurs (12, 13).
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les galets (18) de roulement sont reliés au véhicule (10) par des liaisons ou suspentes (14, 15) de faible longueur encadrant extérieurement les deux câbles porteurs (12, 13), lesquels câbles sont supportés par des sabots fixes (23) maintenus par l'intérieur.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les câbles tracteurs (25, 26, 27) passent dans les stations sur des poulies de renvoi (32, 33) pour constituer des boucles fermées d'entraínement de véhicules (10) d'une station vers l'autre et d'arrêt des véhicules dans ces stations.
- installation selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que une station comprend un mécanisme d'entraínement (34) et/ou de renvoi (32, 33) des câbles tracteurs (25, 26, 27), logé essentiellement dans l'espace défini par ledit intervalle (i) entre les deux sabots (23) de support des câbles porteurs (12, 13).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que une section de voie comprend au moins deux boucles indépendantes de câbles tracteurs (25, 26, 27), susceptibles de tracter deux véhicules (10) à des vitesses différentes sur ladite section.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dont la voie (11) est subdivisée en plusieurs sections, caractérisée en ce que une station d'arrêt et de changement de câble tracteur (25, 26, 27) est intercalée entre deux sections, laquelle station est équipée de poulies de renvoi (32, 33) des câbles tracteurs de la première section et de la deuxième section, de façon que les extrémités des câbles tracteurs se chevauchent pour permettre un changement de câble à l'arrêt du véhicule.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les câbles tracteurs (25, 26, 27) sont entraínés par une poulie de renvoi (32) agencée en poulie motrice.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les câbles tracteurs (25, 26, 27) sont entraínés par un tambour d'entraínement disposé le long de la voie (11), notamment dans une station d'arrêt sans changement de câble.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ayant une voie aller et une voie retour disposées côte à côte, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une boucle de câble ayant un brin tracteur disposé le long de l'une des voies et un brin retour diposé le long de l'autre voie.
