Claims (22)
- Verfahren zur Ausstattung von Wertpapieren mit Echtheitsmerkmalen, bei dem mindestens ein Merkmalsstoff (9) im Zuge der Papierherstellung auf eine sich bewegende, noch nasse Papierbahn (3) aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein homogenes Gemisch aus einem in Pulverform vorliegenden Merkmalsstoff (9) und einem Gas in definierter Konzentration hergestellt wird und daß dieses Gemisch aus wenigstens einer, in einem vorgegebenen Abstand zur Papierbahn (3) angeordneten Düse (7) in einem gerichteten Partikelstrom mit einer Geschwindigkeit auf die laufende Papierbahn auftrifft, die ausreicht um die Partikel fest in der Papiermasse zu verankern.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Düse (7) zur Papierbahn (3) mindestens so groß gewählt wird, daß die laufende Papierbahn die Düse nicht berührt, jedoch höchstens so groß ist, daß der Merkmalsstoff in einem gerichteten Partikelstrom mit ausreichend hoher Geschwindigkeit auf die laufende Papierbahn auftrifft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung eines Merkmalsstoffes (9) mit Partikeln eines mittleren Durchmessers von 0,1 bis 20 µm und einer Austrittsgeschwindigkeit des Gas-/Merkmalsgemisches aus der Düse (7) zwischen 100 und 300 m/s der Abstand zwischen 0,5 und 5 cm liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Gas Stickstoff, Argon oder Luft verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Merkmalsstoff (9) im Gas beim Düsenaustritt in einer Konzentration von 10 mg/m3 bis 10 g/m3, bevorzugt 2 bis 10 g/m3 vorliegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Merkmalsstoff (9) mit Hilfe mehrere Düsen (7) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (7) so angeordnet sind, daß der Merkmalsstoff in Form einer Codierung auf gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gemisch mit Hilfe eines Wirbelbettgenerators (4) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil des Wirbelbettgenerators (4) durch geeignete Maßnahmen in Schwingungen versetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen wenigstens eines Merkmalsstoffes zur Echtheitserkennung auf eine sich bewegende, noch nasse Papierbahn mit mindestens einer Düse (7), die so ausgeführt ist daß ein Gemisch aus Merkmalspartikeln (9) und einem Gas unter Druck in einem gerichteten Partikelstrom austritt und mit einer Einrichtung (4) zur Erzeugung des Druckes und, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieEinrichtung (4) zur Erzeugung eines homogenen Gemisches aus Merkmalspartikeln (9) und einem Gas mit definierter Konzentration des Merkmalsstoffes (9) in dem Gas geeignet ist, unddie mindestens eine Düse (7) so ausgeführt ist, daß das Gemisch mit relativ scharf begrenztem Streukegel austritt, unddie Vorrichtung eine Zuführeinrichtung (8) zum Zuführen des Gemisches zu den Düsen enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Erzeugung des Gemisches ein Wirbelbettgenerator (4) ist, der den Merkmalsstoff (9) sowie Grobgut (19) zum Zerkleinern des Merkmalsstoffes (9) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grobgut (19) im Wirbelbettgenerator (4) aus einem Material besteht das bei der Herstellung der Papierbahn (3) bereits zugegeben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grobgut (19) aus dem gleichen Material besteht wie der Merkmalsstoff (9).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Erzeugung des Gemisches unter Druck betrieben werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung weiterhin eine Einrichtung zum Erzeugen von Schwingungen enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen der Schwingungen ein Vibrator oder ein Intervallklopfer ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung mehrere schwingungserzeugende Einrichtungen enthält die bei verschiedenen Frequenzen betrieben werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung darüber hinaus eine Einrichtung zum örtlichen Begrenzen der Wirkung der Schwingungen enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Begrenzen der Wirkung der Schwingungen ein elastisches Zwischenstück ist.
- Wertpapier mit wenigstens einem lokal definiert eingebrachten Merkmalsstoff (9), der im Kontrast zu seiner Umgebung visuell und/oder maschinell identifizierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wertpapier aus einer Papierbahn (3) hergestellt wird, das mit dem Merkmalsstoff (9) mit dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 ausgestaltet wird.
- Wertpapier nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Merkmalsstoff (9) ein Farbstoff, Fluoreszenzstoff, magnetischer und/oder elektrisch leitfähiger Stoff ist.
- Wertpapier nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Merkmalsstoff (9) in die Papierbahn (3) so eingebracht ist daß Zeichen oder Muster, insbesondere Codierungen gebildet werden.
