Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine dosenförmige Verpackung für insbesondere rieselfähige Produkte mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
  • Verpackungen der vorgenannten Art sind in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsformen bekannt. Die Hülse besteht -je nach Verpackungsgut- entweder nur aus Karton oder aus einem mehrschichtigen Verbund mit einem hohen Anteil an Karton, ggf. einer inneren und/oder äußeren Kunststoffbeschichtung und bei besonderen Anforderungen aus einer Aluminiumfolie als Gas- und Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht. Solche Verpackungen sind an ihrer Deckelseite in der Regel durch eine angesiegelte Membran verschlossen und werden nach dem Abfüllen durch ihre offene Bodenseite an dieser durch einen Boden, z.B. aus Weißblech, Aluminium, Kunststoff, Karton oder Kartonverbund, verschlossen. Der Verbraucher reißt die Membran auf, um das Verpackungsgut entnehmen zu können. Um den Behälter nach dem Öffnen der Membran wieder verschließen zu können, gehört zu einer solchen Verpackung ein gesonderter Deckel, der in der Regel als Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  • Eine solche Verpackung ist nicht sortenrein, so daß ihre Entsorgung Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Es müssen insbesondere die Hülse, ggf. auch der Boden der Verpackung und insbesondere der Kunststoffdeckel gesondert entsorgt werden. Die Entsorgungskosten wiederum hängen von der Art des Verpackungsmaterials ab. So verursachen Karton- oder Kartonverbundmaterialien mit hohem Kartonanteil wesentlich geringere Entsorgungskosten als Kunststoffe.
  • Eine einfache und vor allem kostengünstigere Entsorgung ist bei einer bekannten Verpackung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 (CH-A-679 034) dadurch gegeben, daß der Deckel aus einem dessen Boden und Seitenwand umfassenden Tiefziehteil aus Karton oder Kartonverbund und einem gesondert hergestellten, mit dem Tiefziehteil verbundenen Ringteil besteht, das wiederum als napfförmiges tiefgezogenes Formteil gleichfalls aus Karton oder Kartonverbund mit einem Boden und einer Seitenwand hergestellt ist, dessen Boden zur Bildung eines Griffrandes teilweise ausgestanzt ist und das umgekehrt auf das andere Tiefziehteil aufgesetzt und mit dessen Seitenwand durch Kleben oder Heißsiegeln verbunden ist.
  • Bei dieser bekannten Verpackung besteht der gesamte zweiteilig hergestellte Deckel aus Karton oder einem Kartonverbund, so daß die gesamte Verpackung als sortenrein bezeichnet werden kann und sich folglich kostengünstig entsorgen läßt. Indes hat diese Verpackung einige gebrauchstechnische Nachteile. Das in die Hülse eingesetzte Tiefziehteil weist einen nach außen abgebogenen Randflansch auf, mit dem der Deckel auf der Stirnseite der Hülse abgestützt ist. Aufgrund der geringen Wandstärke des Randflansches und dessen 90°-Abbiegung sowie aufgrund des durch die geringe Wandstärke der Hülse vorgegebenen schmalen Übergriffs des Randflansches ist der Deckel von oben nicht belastbar bzw. drückt sich bei Druck von oben leicht in die Hülse hinein. Ferner liegt die Schnittkante am Randflansch frei, so daß Feuchtigkeit in den Karton des Deckels eintreten kann und dieser delaminiert oder aufquillt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die gebrauchstechnischen Eigenschaften des Deckels an einer sortenreinen Verpackung aus Karton oder Kartonverbund zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das napfförmige Formteil an seiner im wesentlichen zylindrischen Wandung nach innen zur Doppellage umgeformt ist wobei es mit der doppellagigen Wandung die Seitenwand des anderen Tiefziehteils außenseitig übergreift, in diesem Bereich mit jener verbunden ist und auf der Stirnseite der Hülse aufliegt.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung ergibt sich ein Eindrückdeckel mit seinen bekannten Vorteilen. Die beiden umgekehrt ineinander eingreifenden Teile ergeben ein formstabiles Gebilde, das den beim Gebrauch auftretenden Kräften problemlos Stand hält. Ferner wird vermieden, daß an der Stirnseite der Wandung des das Ringteil bildenden Formteils eine Schnittkante freiliegt, die abgedeckt werden müßte, vielmehr ist bei dieser Ausführung die Stirnkante von dem Umbug der Wandung gebildet. Die Schnittkante selbst liegt an der Innenseite und kann ggf. von dem Boden des napffömigen Formteils abgedeckt sein.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der Boden des Ringteils an dem Rand der den Griffrand bildenden Ausstanzung nach innen umgebogen ist. Diese Maßnahme dient insbesondere der Versteifung des Bodens im Bereich der Ausstanzung und es wird ferner die an dieser Stelle vorhandene Schnittkante nach innen verlagert.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Boden des Ringteils an dem Rand der den Griffrand bildenden Ausstanzung bis zur Doppellage nach innen umgebogen ist.
  • Bei dieser Ausgestaltung weist der am stärksten beanspruchte Griffrand durch die Doppellage eine hohe Steifigkeit auf, so daß selbst bei geringer Wandstärke des Ausgangsmaterials eine hinreichende Festigkeit gegeben ist.
  • Wie bei den dosenförmigen Verpackungen mit Kunststoffdeckel an sich bekannt ist, kann auch bei der erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Verpackung das Ringteil an seiner Peripherie am Übergang zwischen dem Boden und der Seitenwand eine nach innen eingezogene, umlaufende Stapelstufe aufweisen, die eine aufgesetzt gleichartige Verpackung im Bereich deren Bodens zentriert und fixiert.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung wiedergegebenen Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben, die einen abgebrochenen Längsschnitt einer dosenförmigen Verpackung im Bereich des Deckels zeigt.
  • Die in der Zeichnung gezeigte Verpackung weist eine Hülse 1 auf, die kreiszylindrisch, oval oder in sonstiger Weise von der Kreisform abweichen kann. Sie besteht aus Karton oder einem mehrschichtigen Verbundmaterial auf der Grundlage von Karton. Beispielsweise kann die Hülse 1 innenseitig eine Kunststoffbeschichtung, ggf. auch eine Aluminiumsperrschicht und schließlich auch auf der Außenseite eine Kunststoffbeschichtung aufweisen. Die Verpackung weist ferner einen in der Zeichnung nicht wiedergegebenen Boden und einen Deckel 2 auf, der als Eindrückdeckel ausgebildet ist. Bei Verpackungen dieser Art ist darüber hinaus in der Regel ein Originalitätsverschluß in Form einer nicht gezeigten Verschlußmembran vorgesehen, welche die offene Stirnseite der Hülse 1 dicht verschließt und gleichfalls in die Hülse 1 hinein tiefgezogen ist.
  • Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht der Deckel 2 aus einem Tiefziehteil 3, das aus einer Karton oder Kartonverbund-Platine hergestellt ist, und einem Ringteil 6. Das Tiefziehteil 3 weist einen Boden 4 und eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Seitenwand 5 auf, wobei der Umriß des Tiefziehteils 3 im wesentlichen dem inneren Umriß der Hülse 1 entspricht, so daß es relativ satt in die Hülse eingreifen kann. Ferner weist der Boden 4 des Tiefziehteils 3 im mittleren Bereich eine Vertiefung 14 auf, die vornehmlich der Versteifung des scheibenförmigen Bodens 4 dient.
  • Das Ringteil 6 besteht wie das Tiefziehteil 3 aus einem tiefgezogenen napfförmigen Formteil aus Karton oder Kartonverbund. Dieses napfförmige Formteil wird gebildet von dem Boden 15 und der Wandung 16, die nach innen zur Doppellage umgebogen ist, wobei die innere Lage 17 an der Außenseite der Seitenwand 5 des Tiefziehteils anliegt und dort mit diesem verbunden ist. Die offene Schnittkante 7 der Seitenwand 5 des Tiefziehteils 3 wird von dem das Ringteil 6 bildenden napfförmigen Formteil abgedeckt. Der Boden 15 des tiefgezogenen Ringteils 6 weist eine Ausstanzung 18 auf, durch die ein Griffrand 13 gebildet wird. Beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Boden 15 im Bereich der Schnittkante 19 der Ausstanzung 18 nach innen umgebogen, so daß ein Versteifungsring entsteht und somit ein stabiler Griffrand 13 geschaffen wird.
  • Der Deckel 2 ist an seiner Peripherie zu einer Stapelstufe 20 nach innen gezogen, so daß eine gleichartige Verpackung mit der Hülse 1 aufgesetzt werden kann und an der Stapelstufe zentriert und fixiert wird.

Claims (4)

  1. Dosenförmige Verpackung für insbesondere rieselfähige Produkte, bestehend aus einer bodenseitig geschlossenen Hülse (1) aus Karton oder einem mehrschichtigen Verbund aus Karton und/oder Kunststoff und/oder Metall und einem in die Hülse einsetzbaren auf der Stirnseite der Hülse aufliegenden napfförmigen Deckel (2), bestehend aus einem Tiefziehteil (3) aus Karton oder Kartonverbund mit einem Boden (4) und einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen, an der Innenseite der Hülse anliegenden Seitenwand (5) und aus einem gesondert hergestellten oberen Ringteil (6), das einen nach innen eingezogenen Griffrand (13) aufweist, und als napfförmiges tiefgezogenes Formteil aus Karton oder Kartonverbund mit einem Boden (15) und einer Seitenwand hergestellt ist, dessen Boden (15) zur Bildung des Griffrandes (13) teilweise ausgestanzt ist und das umgekehrt auf das andere Tiefziehteil (3) aufgesetzt und mit dessen Seitenwand (5) durch Kleben oder Heißsiegeln verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das napfförmige Formteil an seiner im wesentlichen zylindrischen Wandung (16) nach innen zur Doppellage umgeformt ist, und daß es mit der doppellagigen Wandung die Seitenwand (5) des anderen Tiefziehteils (3) außenseitig übergreift, in diesem Bereich mit jener verbunden ist und auf der Stirnseite der Hülse (1) aufliegt.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (15) des Ringteils (6) an dem Rand (19) der den Griffrand (13) bildenden Ausstanzung (18) nach innen umgebogen ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (15) des Ringteils (6) an dem Rand (19) der den Griffrand bildenden Ausstanzung (18) bis zur Doppellage nach innen umgebogen ist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ringteil (6) an seiner Peripherie am Übergang vom Boden (15) zur Seitenwand (16) eine nach innen, eingezogene, umlaufende Stapelstufe (20) aufweist, die eine aufgesetzte gleichartige Verpackung im Bereich deren Bodens zentriert und fixiert.
