Claims (14)
- Flachhubelement, insbesondere für Möbel, mit einer äußeren und einer inneren Hohlprofilschiene (11, 12) mit geschlossenen Querschnitten und jeweils größerer Breite als Dicke und mit einem elektromotorischen Stelltrieb (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das linear bewegliche Abtriebsglied (15) des Stelltriebes (13) mit der äußeren oder inneren Hohlprofilschiene (11, 12) direkt gekoppelt ist, daß die innere und die äußere Hohlprofilschiene (11, 12) im wesentlichen glattflächig und querschnittsähnlich sind, und daß die äußere Hohlprofilschiene (11) die innere Hohlprofilschiene (12) im wesentlichen vollflächig umgreift.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander gegenüberliegenden äußeren Längsseitenbereiche der beiden Hohlprofilschienen (11, 12) in einem Bogen, vorzugsweise einem Halbkreis, verlaufen.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsseitenbereiche durch Rohre mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt gebildet sind, die durch Flachstücke miteinander verbunden sind.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander zugewandten Flächen der äußeren und inneren Hohlprofilschiene (11, 12) mit ineinandergreifenden in Bewegungsrichtung der ausfahrbaren Hohlprofilschiene (11) bzw. (12) sich erstreckenden Profilierungen versehen sind, die aus zumindest an einer Breitseite der inneren Hohlprofilschiene (12) vorgesehenen, nutartigen Einziehungen (19) und in die Einziehungen (19) eingreifende, an der zugewandt liegenden Innenseite der äußeren Hohlprofilschiene (11) angesetzten Stegen (20) gebildet sind.
- Flachhubelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnitte der äußeren und inneren Hohlprofilschienen (11, 12) rechteckförmig ausgebildet sind, daß die Dicken der Schmalseiten größer sind als die der Breitseiten, daß in jeder Schmalseite wenigstens eine einseitig offene, im Querschnitt kreisförmige Einschraubnut (21) liegt.
- Flachhubelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breiten zu den Dicken der beiden Hohlprofilschienen (11, 12) in einem Verhältnis von ca. 5:1 stehen.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innenseifig in die äußere Hohlprofilschiene (11) in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nuten vorgesehen sind, in die Führungsstäbe (17) fest eingesetzt sind, deren die Außenfläche der inneren Hohlprofilschiene (12) kontaktierende Flächen gegenüber der Innenfläche der äußeren Hohlprofilschiene (11) vorstehen.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außenseitig in der inneren Hohlprofilschiene (12) in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nuten vorgesehen sind, in die Führungsstäbe (17) fest eingesetzt sind, deren die Innenfläche der äußeren Hohlprofilschiene (11) kontaktierende Flächen gegenüber der Außenfläche der inneren Hohlprofilschiene (12) vorstehen.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstäbe (17) in den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden äußeren Längsseitenbereichen vorgesehen sind.
- Flachhubelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die innere Hohlprofilschiene (12) mit dem Abtriebsglied (15) des elektromotorischen Antriebes (13) gekoppelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in wenigstens einer Wandung der äußeren Hohlprofilschiene (11) mindestens ein sich in Bewegungsrichtung der inneren Hohlprofilschiene (12) erstreckendes Langloch (25) vorgesehen ist.
- Flachhubelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Hohlprofilschiene (11) und die innere Hohlprofilschiene (12) aus einem Leichtmetall, vorzugsweise aus Aluminium, und die Führungsstäbe (17) aus einem Kunststoff bestehen.
- Flachhubelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektromotorische Stelltrieb (13) eine rotierend antreibbare Gewindespindel (14) beinhaltet, und daß das Abtriebsglied einer an der äußeren oder inneren Hohlprofilschiene (11, 12) festgelegte Mutter (15) ist.
- Flachhubelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der inneren Hohlprofilschiene (12) und die Innenfläche der äußeren Hohlprofilschiene (11) jeweils ganz oder teilweise mit einem die Reibung vermindernden Belag versehen sind.
- Flachhubelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (14) des elektromotorischen Antriebes (13) mit dem Getriebemotor (16) oder dem Antriebsmotor über ein flexibles Antriebsmittel, vorzugsweise über eine biegsame Welle, antriebstechnisch gekoppelt ist.
