Description

'Verpackung zur Aufnahme und Präsentation von Behältern oder derσl."
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur Aufnahme und Präsentation von Behältern oder dergl. mit einer Karte aus Karton, die im Inneren zur fixierenden Halterung des Behäl¬ ters wenigstens eine über Falt- und/oder Stanzlinien be¬ grenzte, an die Kontur des Behälters angepaßte, bereiche- weise ausgestanzte und/oder ausfaltbare Aufnahme für den Behälter aufweist, wobei wenigstens eine über eine Faltli¬ nie angelenkte, in die Aufnahme ausfaltbare Lasche vorge¬ sehen ist, die beim Einsetzen des Behälters einschwenkt, und mit einem an der Karte angebrachten abschwenkbaren Standfuß.
Eine solche Verpackung ist aus der OS-A-2 845 758 bekannt. Diese bekannte Verpackung besteht aus einer Karte aus Kar¬ ton, die eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmen für zylindrische Be¬ hälter, insbesondere kleine zylindrische Sicherungen, auf¬ weist. Diese Karte ist mit einem an der Karte angebrachten abschwenkbaren laschenartigen Standfuß versehen, welcher über Falt- und Stanzlinien aus dem mittleren Bereich der Karte um eine vertikale Faltlinie nach hinten ausschwenkbar ist und in 90° Schwenkposition einen Standfuß bildet, wel¬ cher linienförmig in Berührung mit der Untergrundfläche ist. Es hat sich herausgestellt, daß bei dieser bekannten Ver¬ packung der Standfuß den Anforderungen nicht genügt, da er zum einen nur eine wenig stabile Auflagefläche bietet und zum anderen auch leicht wieder einschwenkt, so daß die Ver¬ packung insgesamt leicht umfällt, insbesondere, wenn etwas schwerere Behältnisse aufgenommen werden sollen.
Schwerere Behältnisse, insbesondere körbchenförmige Behält¬ nisse für beispielsweise WC-Desodorantien, werden deshalb derzeit vorzugsweise in sogenannten Blister-Verpackungen angeboten. Diese Blister-Verpackungen bieten neben der Pro¬ duktpräsentation auch den Vorteil des Aromaschutzes für das Füllgut. Von Nachteil bei diesen bekannten Blister-Ver¬ packungen ist jedoch, daß diese aus wenigstens zwei unter¬ schiedlichen Bestandteilen bestehen, nämlich einem Grund¬ körper aus Pappe oder dergl. und einer transparenten Kunst¬ stoffabdeckung. Dies bedingt zum einen einen entsprechenden Verpackungsaufwand, da die Verpackung aus mehreren Bestand¬ teilen zusammengesetzt werden muß. Zum anderen fällt ein entsprechender Verpackungsmüll an, der entsorgt werden muß, wobei aus U weltgesichtspunkten eine sortenreine Trennung wünschenswert ist, was aber für den Anwender lästig ist, da er die Verpackungsbestandteile voneinander trennen und ge¬ trennt entsorgen muß.
ERSATZBLATT Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine Verpackung zu schaffen, die einen möglichst geringen Packstoffaufwand er¬ fordert und einfach entsorgt werden kann, wobei gleichzei¬ tig eine akzeptable Präsentation des Produktes möglich sein soll.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Verpackung der eingangs be¬ zeichneten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der ab¬ schwenkbare Standfuß von einem unteren, nach hinten umfalt¬ baren Bereich der Karte gebildet ist, welcher wenigstens einen randseitigen Fixierungsausschnitt aufweist, in wel¬ chen die wenigstens eine in die Aufnahme ausgefaltete Lasche eingerastet ist.
Mit der Erfindung wird eine überraschend einfache Ver¬ packung zur Verfügung gestellt, die nur einen geringen Packstoffaufwand benötigt und sortenrein ist, so daß eine einfache Entsorgung möglich ist. Gleichzeitig ist eine an¬ sprechende Präsentation des in die Verpackung einzusetzen¬ den Produktes gewährleistet. Beim Einsetzen des körbchen- förmigen Produktes in die Aufnahme der Karte wird dieses in den Randbereichen fixierend gehalten, wobei gleichzeitig über die Faltlinie die Lasche ausgefaltet wird und randsei- tig in den Fixierungsausschnitt des unten umfaltbaren Be¬ reiches der Karte einrastet. Dadurch steht ein stabiler, aus der ausgef lteten Lasche und dem umfaltbaren Bereich gebildeter Standfuß zur Verfügung, so daß auch für schwere¬ re Behälter, beispielsweise mit C-Desodorantien gefüllte Körbchen, sicher gewährleistet ist, daß die Verpackung zu Präsentationszwecken stehen bleibt und nicht leicht umfal¬ len kann. Somit ist eine akzeptable Präsentation der Ver¬ packung in einem Verkaufsregal oder dergl. möglich.
Dm eine besonders stabile Aufstellung der Verpackung in einen) Regal oder dergl. zu ermöglichen, sieht die Erfindung vorteilhaft vor, daß an beiden Seiten der Aufnahme jeweils eine ausfaltbare Lasche vorgesehen ist, welche in jeweils einen Fixierausschnitt des umfaltbaren Bereiches einrastbar ist.
In weiterer vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Aufnahme mit ArretiervorSprüngen für den Behälter versehen ist. Dadurch ist zuverlässig gewähr¬ leistet, daß der Behälter nicht ungewünscht aus der Ver¬ packung herausfallen kann.
Dabei ist vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß die Arretiervorsprün¬ ge für einen Bügel des körbchenförmigen Behälters wenig¬ stens teilweise über Faltlinien angelenkt sind, wodurch die Einführung bzw. Entnahme des körbchenförmigen Behälters aus der Verpackung vereinfacht wird.
ERSATZBLATT Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Karte oberhalb der Arretiervorsprünge für den Bügel eine Anschlagkante für eine Anschlagnase am Bügel des körbchenförmigen Behälters aufweist. Dadurch wird die Fixierung bzw. Ealterung des körbchenförmigen Behälters in der Verpackung noch verbes¬ sert.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Faltlinien der Laschen um einen Winkel zur Vertikalen geneigt angeordnet sind. In Abhängigkeit vom Winkel und der Fußhöhe der Laschen läßt sich dann der Neigungswinkel der stehenden Verpackung entsprechend einstellen, d.h. die Verpackung kann beispielsweise schrägstehend angeordnet werden.
Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Faltlinien der ausfaltbaren Laschen jeweils von einer in die Aufnahme hineinragenden Ausstanzung unterbrochen sind.
Es kann auch zweckmäßig sein, daß die Karte wenigstens zwei Behälteraufnahmen mit jeweils zwei ausfaltbaren Laschen aufweist, welche jeweils in einen Fixierausschnitt des um¬ faltbaren Bereiches einrastbar sind. Die Karte eignet sich dann zur Aufnahme von wenigstens zwei Behältern, selbstver¬ ständlich könnten auch noch mehrere Aufnahmen vorgesehen sein, wenn dies im Einzelfall gewünscht ist. Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung bei¬ spielsweise näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in:

Eine erfindungsgemäße Verpackung besteht aus einer vorzugs¬ weise rechteckigen Karte 1 aus Karton, die im Inneren eine Aufnahme 2 für einen körbchenförmigen Behälter 3 aufweist, wobei diese Aufnahme 2 an die Kontur des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 angepaßt ist und über Faltlinien 4,5,6 und 7 sowie Stanzlinien 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17 und 18 be¬ grenzt ist.
Unterhalb der Aufnahme 2 für den körbchenförmigen Behälter 3 ist über eine quer verlaufende Faltlinie 30 ein umfaltba¬ rer Bereich 29 der Karte 1 angelenkt. Dieser umfaltbare Be¬ reich 29 ist außenrandseitig mit zwei Fixierungsausschnit¬ ten 31,32 versehen, deren Funktion nachfolgend noch näher erläutert wird.
ERSATZBLATT Im Bereich der Aufnahme 2 für den Hauptkörper 19 des körb¬ chenförmigen Behälters 3, der bekannterweise gitterförmig ausgebildet sein kann und in den beispielsweise ein WC-De¬ sodorant eingesetzt ist, sind über die Faltlinien 6 und 7 und Stanzlinien 12 bis 18 zwei Laschen 20,21 ausgebildet, die beim Einführen des Körbchens 3 nach hinten ausge¬ schwenkt werden, so wie dies in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist.
Diese Laschen 20,21 sind unten endseitig jeweils mit Rast¬ vorsprüngen 33 bzw. 34 versehen, derart, daß diese Rastvor¬ sprünge 33,34 nach dem Ausschwenken der Laschen 20,21 in die Fixierausschnitte 31,32 des nach hinten umgefalteten Bereiches 29 der Karte einrasten, so daß der umfaltbare Be¬ reich der Karte 29 und die eingerasteten Laschen 20,21 zu¬ sammen einen stabilen Standfuß zum Aufstellen der Ver¬ packung bilden, so wie dies in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist.
Um den Neigungswinkel der Karte 1 im aufgestellten Zustand zu beeinflussen, ist dabei vorgesehen, daß die Faltlinien 6,7 um einen Winkel α geneigt gegenüber der Vertikalen an¬ geordnet sind, so daß über diesen Winkel α sowie die Fu߬ höhe 22 die Neigung der aufgestellten Verpackung einge¬ stellt werden kann.
Zur Arretierung des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 innerhalb der Verpackung sind eine Mehrzahl von Arretiervorsprüngen

ERSATZBLATT vorgesehen, so z.B. durch die Stanzlinien 15 und 16 in den Laschen 20 und 21 gebildete Vorsprünge 23 und 24. Darüber hinaus sind weitere Vorsprünge im Aufnahmebereich für den Hauptkörper 19 des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 vorgesehen, die jeweils mit 25 bezeichnet sind.
Im Bereich der Aufnahme 2 für den Einhängebügel 26 des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 sind über dem ausgestanzten Bereich 27 am oberen Ende zwei um die Faltlinien 4 und 5 schwenkbar angelenkte Arretiervorsprünge 28 vorgesehen.
Die Karte 1 weist oberhalb der Arretiervorsprünge 28 für den Einhängebügel 26 des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 eine Anschlagkante 35 auf, die mit einer Anschlagnase 36 am Ein¬ hängebügel 26 des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 zusammen¬ wirkt, so wie dies aus Fig. 3 hervorgeht. Durch diese zu¬ sätzliche Anschlagnase 36 am Einhängebügel 26 wird die Fixierung des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3 an der Karte 1 noch verbessert.
Zur Konfektionierung wird die Karte 1 vorteilhaft in einen nicht dargestellten Rahmen überführt, dessen innere freien Stellen der Projektionskontur des körbchenförmigen Behäl¬ ters 3 entsprechen. Der körbchenförmige Behälter 3 wird dann über der Karte 1 positioniert, wobei der Bereich 27 der Aufnahme 2 als Führungshilfe dient, nämlich durch Ein-

ERSATZBLATT führung des Bügels 26 des körbchenförmigen Behälters 3. Der körbchenförmige Behälter 3 wird dann senkrecht zur Karten¬ ebene bis gegen einen entsprechenden Anschlag im Rahmen ge¬ prägt (z.B. bis zur Hälfte der Körbchendicke). Anschließend ist dann noch ein Einrasten der Rastvorsprünge 33,34 der Laschen 20,21 in die Fixierausschnitte 31,32 des Bereiches 29 der Karte erforderlich.
Erkennbar wird beim Einführen des körbchenförmigen Behäl¬ ters 3 in die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung das Körbchen auf¬ grund der Arretierelemente automatisch arretiert und gleichzeitig werden die Laschen 20, 21 automatisch ausge¬ schwenkt.
Da der körbchenförmige WC-Behälter 3 in der Verpackung 1 nicht luftdicht abgeschlossen ist, ist vorteilhaft vorge¬ sehen, daß die im körbchenförmigen Behälter 3 enthaltenen Werkstoffkörper mit einer aromadichten, wasserlöslichen Folie umhüllt sind.
Natürlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf das dargestellte Aus¬ führungsbeispiel beschränkt. Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind möglich, ohne den Grundgedanken zu verlas¬ sen. So ist selbstverständlich die Kontur der Aufnahme 2 anders zu wählen, wenn der körbchenförmige Behälter 3 in anderer Weise ausgestaltet ist und dergl. mehr.
ERSATZ Darüber hinaus eignet sich eine erfindungsgemäße Verpackung auch zur Auf¬ nahme mehrerer körbchenför iger Behälter 3, wenn entsprechend mehrere Auf¬ nahmen 2 mit jeweiligen Laschen und Fixierausschnitten am umfaltbaren Be¬ reich 29 vorgesehen werden.
Auch ist es möglich mehrere Anschlagnasen 36 auf dem Einhängebügel 26 vorzusehen.

Verpackung zur Aufnahme und Präsentation von Behältern oder dergl. mit einer Karte aus Karton, die im Inneren zur fixierenden Halterung des Behälters wenigstens eine über Falt- und/oder Stanzlinien begrenzte, an die Kontur des Be¬ hälters angepaßte, bereichsweise ausgestanzte und/oder aus¬ faltbare Aufnahme für den Behälter aufweist, wobei wenig¬ stens eine über eine Faltlinie angelenkte, in die Aufnahme ausfaltbare Lasche vorgesehen ist, die beim Einsetzen des Behälters ausschwenkt, und mit einem an der Karte ange¬ brachten abschwenkbaren Standfuß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abschwenkbare Standfuß von einem unteren, nach hin¬ ten umfaltbaren Bereich (29) der Karte (1) gebildet ist, welcher wenigstens einen randseitigen Fixierungsausschnitt (31,32) aufweist, in welchen die wenigstens eine in die Aufnahme (2) ausgefaltete Lasche (20,21) einrastbar ist.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Seiten der Aufnahme (2) jeweils eine ausfalt¬ bare Lasche (20,21) vorgesehen ist, welche in jeweils einen Fixierausschnitt (31,32) des umfaltbaren Bereiches (29) einrastbar ist.
3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (2) mit ArretiervorSprüngen (23,24,25,28) für den Behälter (3) versehen ist.
4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ArretiervorSprünge (28) für einen Bügel (26) des körbchenförmigen Behälters (3) wenigstens teilweise über Faltlinien (4,5) angelenkt sind.
5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Karte (1) oberhalb der Arretiervorsprünge (28) für den Bügel (26) des Behälters (3) eine Anschlagkante (35) für eine Anschlagnase (36) am Bügel (26) des körbchenförmi¬ gen Behälters (3) aufweist.
6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltlinien (6,7) der Laschen (20,21) um einen Win¬ kel (α) zur Vertikalen geneigt angeordnet sind. 7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltlinien (6,
7) der aus altbaren Laschen (20,21) jeweils von einer in die Aufnahme (2) hineinragenden Aus¬ stanzung (15,16) unterbrochen sind.
8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Karte (1) wenigstens zwei Behälteraufnahmen (2) mit jeweils zwei ausfaltbaren Laschen (20,21) aufweist, welche jeweils in einen Fixierausschnitt (31,32) des umfaltbaren Bereiches (29) einrastbar sind.
