Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Waescheschirm gemaeß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei dieser Art Waescheschirm, wie sie zum Beispiel durch die EP-A-0514561 bekannt wurden, haengt die Waescheleine im zusammengefalteten Zustand nicht zwischen den Tragarmen am Mast herunter, sondern sie wird in die Tragarme eingezogen. Dabei werden die Waescheleinen auch nicht wie bei Standardwaescheschirmen ueblich, an den Tragarmen gehalten, sondern ueber Gleitschieber befestigt. Nach der bekannten Ausfuehrung ist dabei ein Tragarm mit einem Gleitkanal fuer die Schieber, einem Waescheleinenschacht und einem Schacht fuer Segmentabdeckungen aufgeteilt. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß nur stranggepresste Profile zum Einsatz kommen koennen. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist darin zu sehen, daß die Montage ueber die jeweiligen Kanaele nur von einer Seite nacheinander erfolgen kann. Ein Auswechseln eines Leinenkranzes in der Mitte ist nur moeglich, nachdem zuvor alle davorliegenden Leinenkraenze entfernt wurden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Waescheschirm zu schaffen, bei dem fuer die Tragarme einfache Profile, auch rollierte bzw. gefalzte, verwendet werden koennen und der einfach zu montieren und auch zu demontieren ist. Insbesondere sollen auch gezielt einzelne leinenkraenze ohne Demontage der benachbarten Leinenkraenze austauschbar sein.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 geloest. Dabei uebernehmen die Segmentabdeckungen gleichzeitig die Sicherung der Schieber in den Tragarmen. Die Tragarme sind aus einfachen Kastenprofilen mit einer angeformten Halteleiste am Rand gefertigt. Dadurch ist auch eine einfache Fertigung aus Blech moeglich.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteranspruechen zu entnehmen. Eine besonders einfache Montage wird dadurch erreicht, daß an den Segmentabdeckungen beidseitig Griffleisten angeformt sind. Zudem bilden die Griffleisten einen optischen Abschluß zwischen den Tragarmen.
  • Durch die Aufteilung der Segmentabdeckungen entsprechend der Anzahl der Leinenkraenze kann ganz gezielt jeder einzelne Leinenkranz ohne zusaetzliche Demontage weiterer Teile ausgetauscht werden.
  • Ein Ausfuehrungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnung naeher erlaeutert. Es zeigen:

  • Auf einem Mast 1 ist ein Schiebestern 2 bezueglich eines Haltesternes 3 verschiebar aber arretierbar gelagert. Am Schiebestern 2 sind Tragarme 4, zwischen denen Leinenkraenze 5 gespannt sind, schwenkbar gelagert. Sie sind ueber Spreizarme 6 gegen den Haltestern 3 abgestuetzt. Die einzelnen Leinenkraenze 5 sind im Innern der Tragarme 4 jeweils an einem Schieber 7 angelenkt. Vor dem aeußersten Schieber 8 eines jeden Tragarmes 4 ist ein Gewicht 9 gleitend angeordnet.
  • Zur Oeffnung des Spreizgestelles 10, es besteht aus den Tragarmen 4 und den Spreizarmen 6, ist am Haltestern 3 ein Zugseil 11 befestigt, das vom Haltestern 3 ueber eine Umlenkung 12 im Schiebestern 2, einer weiteren Umlenkung 13 im Haltestern 3 zurueck zum Schiebestern 2 laeuft. Aus diesem ist ein Betaetigungsende 14 herausgefuehrt.
  • Die Tragarme 4 bestehen aus einem einseitig offenen, kastenfoermigen Profil. Die Seitenwaende 16 sind am Ende zu Halteleisten 17 umgeboerdelt. Auf die Halteleisten 17 sind mittels Haltenuten 18 Segmentabdeckungen 19 aufgerastet.
  • Das Kastenprofil 15 dient als Gleitkanal 20 fuer die Schieber 7. Die Schieber 7 sind im Querschnitt etwa H-foermig mit einer Kammer 21 zur Aufnahme der Leinenkranz-Klammer 22 und einer Leinenkammer 23 zur Aufnahme der Waescheleine 24. Die Kammer 21 und die Leinenkammer 23 sind durch einen Quersteg 24 getrennt, wobei im Quersteg 24 ueber Einfuehrschraegen 25 ein Schluesselloch 26 vorgesehen ist. Die Einfuehrschraegen 25 sind dabei bis auf den Grund 27 des Schiebers als Waende 28 heruntergefuehrt. Die Leinenkranz-Klammern 22 koennen somit ueber den Vorraum 29 entlang der Einfuehrschraegen 25 eingefuehrt werden und rasten hinter die Waende 28 und unter den Quersteg 24. Die beiden Leinenteile 30 und 31 sind ueber einen Leinendurchlaß 32 in der Segmentabdeckung 19 herausgefuehrt. Der Leinendurchlaß ist mittig angeordnet und einseitig offen. Dabei sind das Schluesselloch 26 in den Schiebern 7 und der Leinendurchlaß 32 in den Segmentabdeckungen 19 derart zueinander angeordnet, daß die innere Kante 33 des Leinendurchlasses etwa mittig ueber dem Schluesselloch 26 liegt, so daß auf die Leinenkranzklammer 22 immer ein Zug weg von der Einfuehrschraege erfolgt.
  • Die Segmentabdeckung 19 besteht aus einem mittleren bogenfoermigen Bereich 34 mit dem Leinendurchlaß 32, den beiden, diesen Bereich 34 begrenzenden Haltenuten 18 und daran in flachem Winkel angeformten Griffleisten 35. Dabei nimmt die Wandstaerke des bogenfoermigen Bereiches 34 zur Mitte 36 hin ab.
  • Jeweils eine Segmentabdeckung 37 pro Tragarm 4 ist mit einer Rasthalterung 38 zur Aufnahme des Spreizarmes 6 ausgeruestet.
  • Weiter ist am Ende eines jeden Tragarmes 4 eine Endsegmentabdeckung 39 vorgesehen, an der eine das Kastenprofil 15 abdeckende Haube 40 angeformt ist.
  • Durch die Ausbildung der Tragarme 4 als Kastenprofil 15 mit Halteleisten 17 und die Aufteilung der Abdeckung dieses Kastenprofiles in einzelne Segmentabdeckungen 19 kann jeder Leinenkranz 5 nur durch Abnehmen einer Segmentabdeckung pro Tragarm ausgetauscht werden. In den Kastenprofilen der Tragarme sind keinerlei Bohrungen erforderlich, so daß diese sehr kostenguenstig herzustellen sind. Durch die spezielle Geometrie der Segmentabdeckungen wird durch den Zug der Leinenteile 30 und 31 eine Kraftkomponente auf die Haltenuten der Segmentabdeckung in Richtung Halteleisten 17 gerichtet.
  • Natuerlich ist diese Art der Waescheleinenbefestigung nicht nur auf einen Waescheschirm mit automatischem Leineneinzug begrenzt. Vielmehr ist diese Befestigung natuerlich auch bei einem Standardwaescheschirm mit herunterhaengenden Waescheleinen praktikabel.

Claims (9)

  1. Waescheschirm mit Tragarmen (4) aus einem einseitig offenen Kastenprofil (15) zur Halterung einer in einzelne Leinenkraenze (5) aufgeteilten Waescheleine, die ueber Klammern an den Ecken in Schiebern gehalten sind und Segmentabdeckungen (19) mit Leinendurchlaß (32) zum Verschluß der Tragarme (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kastenprofil (15) zur gleitenden Aufnahme der Schieber (7) mit Halteleisten (17) und die Segmentabdeckungen (19, 37, 39) mit Haltenuten (18) zur gegenseitigen loesbaren Verrastung versehen sind.
  2. Waescheschirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmentabdeckung (19, 37, 39) beidseitig mit jeweils einer Griffleiste (35) derart versehen sind, daß ueber sie eine Kraftkomponente auf die Haltenuten (18) bzw. Halteleisten (17) ausuebbar ist.
  3. Waescheschirm nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmentabdeckung (19, 37, 39) bogenfoermig mit in flachem Winkel anschließenden Griffleisten (35) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Waescheschirm nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griffleisten (35) mit den Griffleisten (35) des naechsten Tragarmes (4) eine geschlossene Flaeche bilden.
  5. Waescheschirm nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bogenfoermige Bereich (34) der Segementabdeckungen (19, 37, 39) mit sich zur Mitte (36) verjuengender Wandstaerke ausgefuehrt ist.
  6. Waescheschirm nach einem der Ansprueche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) im Querschnitt etwa H-foermig mit einer Kammer (21) zur Aufnahme der Leinenkranz-Klammer (22) ueber ein Schluesselloch (26) im Quersteg (24) und einer Leinenkammer (23) ausgefuehrt ist.
  7. Waescheschirm nach einem der Ansprueche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Segmentabdeckungen (19) als auch die Schieber (7) entsprechend der Anzahl der Leinenkraenze (5) aufgeteilt sind.
  8. Waescheschirm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmentabdeckung (19, 37) mit einer einseitig offenen Ausnehmung als Leinendurchlaß (32) versehen ist.
  9. Waescheschirm nach einem der Ansprueche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kastenprofil (15) nach innen offen ist.
