Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Wäschegestell mit den im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen.
  • Wäschegestelle dieser Art sind beispielsweise bekannt durch die DE-A-32 49 358, EP-A-0 113 788, EP-A-0 113 789 und EP-A-0 134 826. Das Auseinanderspreizen der Tragarme erfolgt dabei mittels eines Zugseiles, das flaschenzugartig zwischen dem oberen Ende des Mastes und einer verschiebbaren Traghülse hin- und hergeführt ist, so dass durch Ziehen an diesem Zugseil die Traghülse nach oben verschoben wird; als Folge davon werden die Tragarme des Wäschegestells, die das Wäscheseil tragen, radial nach aussen gespreizt.
  • In der AT-A-31 25 48 ist ein gattungsgemässes Wäschegestell beschrieben, bei welchem die Auseinanderspreizung der Tragarme dadurch erleichtert werden soll, dass am oberen Ende des Mastes und der verschiebbaren Traghülse und gegebenenfalls an einem Tragarm je eine Seilrolle gelagert ist, und dass das Seil zuerst über die Rolle an der verschiebbaren Traghülse, sodann über eine Rolle am Kopfende des Mastes und gegebenenfalls über eine Rolle am Tragarm nach unten geführt ist. Hier wird wiederum eine Flaschenzug-Wirkung angestrebt, d.h. eine Kraftübersetzung auf Kosten des Seilzug-Weges.
  • In der zusammengelegten Ruhe- oder Ausgangsposition des Wäschegestells bilden die Tragarme, üblicherweise vier an der Zahl, zusammen mit der ihnen jeweils zugeordneten, daran angelenkten Strebe aber je ein gestrecktes Spreizschenkelpaar, an dessen Enden die Kraft des Zugseiles parallel zum Mast wirkt, wenn die Tragarme aufgespreizt werden sollen. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass zu Beginn des Aufspreizvorganges der Arme infolge deren zum Mast nahezu paralleler Ausrichtung eine unverhältnismässig hohe Zugkraft am Zugseil erforderlich ist, um über den nahezu gestreckten bzw. sehr spitzen Winkel zwischen dem Tragarm und der Strebe (je nach Betrachtungsweise) hinwegzukommen und damit über den sehr spitzen Winkel zwischen Tragarm und der zum Mast parallelen Zugrichtung des Zugseiles eine zum Aufspreizen der Arme ausreichende, radiale Kraftkomponente zu erzeugen. Zwar kann mit den bekannten Anordnungen die aufzuwendende Kraft verringert, nicht jedoch eine radial wirkende Kraftkomponente erzeugt werden, die das anfängliche Auseinanderspreizen der Tragarme ganz wesentlich erleichtert und in den meisten Fällen die Flaschenzugwirkung überflüssig macht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Wäschegestell der gattungsgemässen Art derart weiterzubilden und zu verbessern, dass die vorerwähnten Nachteile nicht mehr auftreten. Insbesondere ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Führung des Zugseiles so zu gestalten, dass sich das Wäschegestell durch eine verhältnismässig geringe Zugkraft am Zugseil in Gebrauchsstellung, d.h. mit aufgespreizten Tragarmen, bringen lässt, indem zumindest ein Tragarm bei der anfänglichen Betätigung des Wäscheseils durch Einwirkung der besagten radialen Kraftkomponente aus seiner ungünstigen Totpunktlage heraus in eine günstigere kinematische Position gebracht wird.
  • Die Lösung dieser Erfindungsaufgabe erfolgt bei einem gattungsgemässen Wäschegestell aufgrund der kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1. Besondere Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes und Weiterbildungen desselben sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 5 definiert.
  • Im folgenden wird der Erfindungsgegenstand anhand eines in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die Zeichnung zeigt eine schematische Darstellung eines Teils des Wäschegestells im Bereich des oberen Mastteiles. Es ist dabei nur ein Teil eines einzigen Tragarmes, die ihm zugeordnete Strebe und der obere Teil des Mastes zu sehen.
  • Die allgemeine Ausführung eines solchen schirmartigen oder spinnennetzartigen Wäschegestells ist hinreichend durch zahlreiche in Haushaltungen vorhandene Exemplare sowie durch die eingangs genannten Veröffentlichungen bekannt, so dass sich ein näheres Eingehen auf deren Konstruktion sowie weitere zeichnerische Darstellungen erübrigen.
  • Das Waschegestell 1 besitzt mehrere, z.B. vier in gleichmässigem Abstand voneinander um einen vertikal stehenden Mast 2 angeordnete Tragarme 3, die gemeinsam als Träger für ein (nicht dargestelltes) Wäscheseil dienen, dessen Abschnitte sich von Tragarm zu Tragarm erstrecken, wenn die Arme 3 in ihrer auseinandergespreizten Stellung (Gebrauchsstellung des Wäschegestells 1) sind. Die Verbindung der Tragarme 3 mit dem Mast 2 erfolgt einerseits über eine Traghülse 4, die entlang des Mastes 2 verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Die Traghülse 4 besitzt radial abstehende Stege 5, an welchen das jeweils untere Ende der Tragarme 3 um einen Bolzen 6 schwenkbar befestigt ist. Andererseits ist je eine jedem Tragarm 3 zugeordnete Strebe 8 vorgesehen, die einerends, im Abstand zum unteren Ende der Tragarme 3, an diesen durch einen Gelenkbolzen 9' befestigt ist. Das andere Ende, d.h. das dem Tragarm 3 abgekehrte Ende der Streben 8, ist an einem Kopfteil 10 des Mastes 2, ebenfalls um einen Bolzen 11 schwenkbar, gelagert. Die Anordnung ist dabei so getroffen, dass die Länge des Teiles 12, des Hebelarmteiles des Tragarms 3, zwischen dem unteren Armende und der Angriffstelle der Strebe 8 beispielsweise angenähert dieselbe Länge besitzt wie die Strebe 8.
  • Bei Nichtgebrauch des Wäschegestells 1 sind die Tragarme 3 gegen den Mast 2 geschwenkt, und folglich auch die Streben 8. Das durch den Armteil 12 und die Strebe 8 jeweils gebildete Spreizschenkelpaar 12, 8 ist daher voll oder nahezu voll gestreckt und die Traghülse 4 befindet sich in ihrer untersten Position.
  • Zum Spreizen der Tragarme 3, d.h. zur Inbetriebnahme des Wäschegestells 1, ist ein Zugseil 14 vorgesehen, das mit dem einen Ende 15 am Kopfteil 10 des Mastes 2 befestigt ist und das im Beispielsfall über die Bolzen 6' und 9' eines der vier Tragarme 3 verläuft. Zweckmässigerweise nehmen die Bolzen 6' und 9' drehbar gelagerte Rollen 16 und 17 auf, über die das Zugseil 14 geführt ist und die die Reibung vermindern.
  • Das (nicht dargestellte) freie Ende des Zugseiles 14 befindet sich jenseits der Rolle 17 und hängt mit einem kleinen Stück nach aussen, um von der Hand der Bedienungsperson ergriffen zu werden. Die Lage dieses Seilendes ist dabei auf einer bequemen Lage von ca. 0.80 bis 1.20 m Höhe, so dass das Ergreifen und die Betätigung des Zuseiles 14 ohne Mühe und ohne Bücken bequem und ergonomisch erfolgen kann.
  • Durch Ziehen an diesem sich an das Strangstück 18 anschliessenden Zugseilende vom Mast 2 weg nach aussen in Richtung des Pfeiles 19 wird die auf dem Mast 2 verschiebbar gelagerte Traghülse 4 nach oben gezogen, so dass der Armteil 12 und die Strebe 8 bzw. das durch diese Elemente gebildete Spreizschenkelpaar scherenartig gegeneinander gezogen werden; dadurch erstreckt sich der Tragarm 3 entsprechend nach aussen, bis eine Position erreicht ist, in der die Tragarme 3 so weit nach aussen gespreizt sind, dass die zwischen ihnen umlaufenden Wäscheseil-Abschnitte ausreichend gespannt sind, um Wäschestücke an ihnen aufhängen zu können.
  • Dadurch, dass das Zugseil 14 über den am Tragarm 3 vorgesehenen Bolzen 9' bzw. über die darauf drehbar gelagerte Rolle 17 geführt ist, ergibt sich durch die Zugkraft des Zugseiles 14 am Tragarm ein ausgeprägtes Drehmoment, so dass sich das Wäschegestell 1 bzw. seine Tragarme 3 mit entsprechend geringem Kraftaufwand aufspreizen lassen. Dieses Drehmoment ergibt sich aufgrund eines der Länge des Armteiles 12 entsprechenden Hebelarms und einer in Richtung des Pfeiles 21 wirkenden Komponente der Zugseilkraft, deren Richtung den zwischen den Seilstrangstücken 18 und 20 eingeschlossenen Winkel halbiert. Auch zu Beginn des Aufspreizens ergibt sich folglich eine wesentliche, das Ausschwenken der Tragarme 3 erleichternde Kraftkomponente in Form eines Drehmomentes auf die Tragarme 3 um den Bolzen 6'. Zusätzlich wird das Aufspreizen der Tragarme 3 durch eine am Bolzen 6' wirkende Kraftkomponente der Zugseilkraft in Richtung parallel zum Mast 2 unterstützt, die bestrebt ist, die Traghülse 4 nach oben zu verschieben.
  • Eine an der Traghülse 4 vorgesehene Sperrklinke 22 gleitet mit ihrem eine Abschrägung 23 aufweisenden Klinkenende 24 über Rastöffnungen, die entlang einer Reihe am Mast 2 angeordnet sind, wenn die Traghülse 4 nach oben gezogen wird. Eine Feder 25 drückt dabei das Klinkenende 24 gegen den Mast 2 bzw. die Reihe von Rastöffnungen, um eine Rastposition in einer der Rastöffnungen zu sichern, so dass eine ungewollte Abwärtsbewegung der Traghülse 4 verhindert ist, wenn die Tragarme 3 ihre ausgespreizte Gebrauchsstellung erreicht haben. Die Freigabe der Verklinkung zum Zusammenklappen des Wäschegestells 1 wird durch einen von Hand mittels eines nicht dargestellten Griffs betätigbaren Nocken 26 ermöglicht, der mit seinem Umfang an der Sperrklinke 22 anliegt.
  • Abweichend von dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel kann die angestrebte Wirkung auch erreicht werden, wenn die am Tragarm 3 für das Zugseil 14 vorgesehene Umlenkstelle an anderer Stelle des Tragarmes 3 vorgesehen ist. Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass zwischen der Umlenkstelle und der Traghülse 4 ein ausreichender Abstand vorgesehen ist, um am Tragarm 3 eine wesentliche Hebelwirkung zu erzielen. Vorzugsweise entspricht dieser Abstand jedoch mindestens dem Abstand zwischen der Traghülse 4 und dem Gelenk 9, das sich zwischen dem Tragarm 3 und der Strebe 8 befindet. Hierdurch ist auch sichergestellt, dass das Zugseilende, in ausgeklappter Stellung des Wäschegestells, nicht bis zum Boden hinunterreicht und somit keiner bzw. nur einer unwesentlichen Verschmutzung ausgesetzt ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Wäschegestell mit von einem Mast (2) nach aussen abspreizbaren Tragarmen (3), zwischen denen einzelne Abschnitte eines Wäscheseiles verlaufen, mit einer den Mast (2) umschliessenden, entlang desselben verschiebbaren Traghülse (4), an welcher die Tragarme (3) einerends gelenkig befestigt sind, und mit jeweils einem Tragarm (3) zugeordneten Streben (8), die einerends über ein Gelenk (9) mit dem zugeordneten Tragarm (3) und andernends mit einem Kopfteil (10) des Mastes (2) schwenkbar verbunden sind, wobei zum Aufspreizen des Wäschegestells (1) ein zwischen dem Kopfteil (10) und der Traghülse (4) verlaufendes Zugseil (14) vorgesehen ist, mittels welchem die Traghülse (4) entlang des Mastes (2) gegen das Kopfteil (10) hin verschiebbar und damit die Tragarme (3) nach aussen abspreizbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugseil (14) vom Kopfteil (10) über ein erstes, an der Traghülse (4) vorgesehenes Umlenkorgan (16) direkt zu einem zweiten, an einem der abspreizbaren Tragarme (3) angeordneten Umlenkorgan (17) geführt ist.
  2. Wäschegestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Umlenkorgan (17) am Tragarm (3) derart im Abstand von der gelenkigen Befestigung des Tragarms (3) an der Traghülse (4) angeordnet ist, dass ein Hebelarm (12) gebildet ist.
  3. Wäschegestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem zweiten Umlenkorgan (17) und der Traghülse (4) mindestens dem Abstand zwischen dem Gelenk (9) und der gelenkigen Befestigung des betreffenden Tragarmes (3) an der Traghülse (4) entspricht.
  4. Wäschegestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Umlenkorgan (17) durch eine Rolle gebildet ist, die drehbar auf einem das Gelenk (9) zwischen Tragarm (3) und Strebe (8) bildenden Bolzen (9') gelagert ist.
  5. Wäschegestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Umlenkorgan (16) durch eine Rolle gebildet ist, die drehbar auf einem das Gelenk (6) zwischen Tragarm (3) und Traghülse (4) bildenden Bolzen (6') gelagert ist.
  6. Wäschegestell nach Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wäscheseil (14) gegensinnig über das erste Umlenkorgan (16) und das zweite Umlenkorgan (17) geführt ist.
