Claims (3)
- Bördelwerkzeug, insbesondere zum Verbinden eines Metallblechs mit einem mehrschichtigen Folienpaket durch Bördeln der Außenkante des Metallblechs auf das Folienpaket, miteiner Kopfplatte (1)einem von dieser bewegungsübertragend beaufschlagten Werkzeugoberteil (2) mit einem Niederhalter (3) für das zu bearbeitende Material (13) undeinem das Material (13) auf seiner Oberseite lagernden Werkzeugunterteil (5) mit Matrize und einer Grundplatte (6), und einer an der Unterseite des Werkzeugoberteils (2) sich nach unten erstreckende Bördelbacke (4), wobei das Werkzeugunterteil (5) derart geteilt ausgebildet ist, daß ein das Material (13) lagernder erster Teil (5a) nach dem Auftreffen des Niederhalters (3) auf dem Material (13) eine Relativbewegung zum den Randbereich des Materials (13) abstützenden zweiten Teil (5b) in Richtung der Grundplatte (6) bis zum Auftreffen an einem Anschlag (8) ausführt
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Bördelbacke (4) bei einer Relativbewegung zwischen Werkzeugoberteil (2) und Werkzeugunterteil (5) auf dem das Hochstellen der Außenkante des Metallblechs bewirkenden Bereich der Matrize aufsetzt; daß
anschließend an das Auftreffen des Niederhalters (3) am Anschlag (8) der zweite Teil (5b) nach dem Auftreffen der Bördelbacke (4) eine Relativbewegung zum ersten Teil (5a) in Richtung der Grundplatte (6) ausführt, und daßdie Bördelbacke (4) so geformt ist, daß sie bei der Relativbewegung des zweiten Teils (5b) die hochgestellte Außenkante (13a) des Metallblechs zuerst andrückt und dann zudrückt. - Bördelwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter (3) am Werkzeugoberteil (2) über mindestens einen Führungsbolzen (9) und mindestens eine Druckfeder (10) derart festgelegt ist, daß er zusammen mit dem Werkzeugoberteil (2) in Richtung auf die Grundplatte (6) bewegbar ist, bis er auf dem Material (13) aufsetzt und der erste Teil (5a) des Werkzeugunterteils (5) am Anschlag (8) aufgetroffen ist, und das Werkzeugoberteil (2) relativ zum Niederhalter (3) in Richtung auf die Grundplatte (6) bewegbar ist, nachdem der erste Teil (5a) am Anschlag (8) aufgetroffen ist.
- Bördelwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und das zweite Teil (5a, 5b) über mindestens einen Führungsbolzen (11) und mindestens eine Druckfeder (12) am Werkzeugunterteil (5) derart festgelegt sind, daß zuerst das erste Teil (5a) relativ zum zweiten Teil (5b) und danach das zweite Teil (5b) relativ zum ersten Teil (5a) in Richtung der Grundplatte (6) bewegbar ist.
