Claims (9)
- Tête porte-lames, notamment tête porte-lames à profiler,a) comportant un corps de base (1), qui est pourvu d'au moins deux réceptacles (3) répartis uniformément sur son pourtour,b) dans cette tête, des lames (5) peuvent être fixées de façon amovible, chacune au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage, qui comporte au moins un élément de serrage (8) et au moins une vis de serrage (10) agissant en coopération avec l'élément de serrage et le corps de base (1),c) chacun des éléments de serrage (8) est appuyé sur le corps de base (1), dans la zone de sa partie extrême intérieure, de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe de rotation du corps de base (1) et il est monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter et être serré contre une surface d'application (4) du réceptacle (3) à l'aide d'au moins une, respective, des vis de serrage (10) et sous l'action d'une force de traction produite par cette dernière,d) chacun des éléments de serrage (8) comporte une zone de pression dirigée vers la lame (5), transmettant la force de serrage et comprimant la lame (5) contre la surface d'application (4) du réceptacle (3),caractérisée en ce que :e) la zone de pression de chaque élément de serrage (8) est agencée comme une surface plane de pression (9), qui est en contact sur toute son aire avec la lame (5) depuis une zone proche de son arête de coupe située radialement à l'extérieur jusqu'à proximité de son bord situé à l'intérieur,f) chaque élément de serrage (8) est profilé en correspondance avec la lame associée (5).
- Tête porte-lames selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de pivotement de l'élément de serrage (8) est décalé par rapport à la surface de pression (9) en direction de la surface d'application (4).
- Tête porte-lames selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de serrage (8) comporte comme moyen d'appui une partie de forme demi-cylindrique (8'), faisant saillie au-dessus de la surface de pression (9), s'étendant dans la direction axiale du corps de base (1) et s'engageant dans une rainure (7), de section demi-circulaire, du réceptacle (3).
- Tête porte-lames selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que chacune des vis de serrage (10) est fixée dans l'élément de serrage (8) dans une zone située entre la partie d'appui de l'élément de serrage (8) et sa surface de pression (9) servant à l'application de la lame (5).
- Tête porte-lames selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (1) est pourvu, pour chaque vis de serrage (10), d'un trou (6) qui comporte un épaulement (6'), orienté en éloignement de l'élément de serrage (8) et servant à l'application de la tête de la vis de serrage (10), et il est aligné avec un trou fileté (17) prévu dans l'élément de serrage (8) pour l'engagement de la vis de serrage (10).
- Tête porte-lames selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une liaison opérant par conjugaison de formes dans une direction radiale entre chaque élément de serrage (8) et la lame associée (5), cette liaison étant créée par une rainure (11) s'étendant dans une direction axiale sur toute la dimension axiale de la lame (5) ainsi que par une partie (12) s'étendant sur toute la dimension axiale de l'élément de serrage (10) et pénétrant dans ladite rainure .
- Tête porte-lames selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par un positionnement de chacune des lames (5) dans une direction axiale au moyen d'une broche s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction axiale du corps de base (1), cette broche pénétrant dans le réceptacle (3) à partir de la surface (4) prévue sur le corps de base (1) pour l'application de la lame (5) et s'engageant dans un évidement correspondant (14) de la lame (5).
- Tête porte-lames selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (1) est profilé en correspondance avec les lames (5) et les lames (5) font seulement peu saillie par rapport au corps de base (1).
- Tête porte-lames selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (1) se compose d'un métal léger.
