Claims (5)
- Dispositif de préparation en continu d'un mélange fluide, comportant un conduit principal (1) pour l'admission d'un fluide principal (F) et au moins un conduit "by-pass" radialement disposé autour du conduit principal (1) et comportant une pompe à jet comprenant une tubulure (3) pour l'admission d'un ou plusieurs additifs liquides ou semi-liquides (A) comme fluide moteur de la pompe à jet (2) de sorte qu'une partie (f) du fluide principal (F) est aspirée hors du conduit principal (1) pour être pré-mélangée avec le ou les additifs (A) avant d'être réintroduite dans le conduit principal (1).
- Procédé de préparation d'un mélange fluide, comprenant l'alimentation d'un fluide principal (F) dans un conduit principal (1), l'aspiration d'une partie (f) du fluide principal (F) dans au moins une pompe à jet (2) intégrée dans un conduit "by-pass" respectif disposé radialement autour du conduit principal (1), l'injection dans la tubulure (3) d'admission du fluide moteur de la pompe à jet respective d'un ou plusieurs additifs (A) liquides ou semi-liquides pour former un pré-mélange (f') avec la partie (f) du fluide principal (F) aspirée par la pompe à jet respective, la réintroduction du pré-mélange (f') dans le courant principal circulant dans le conduit principal (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre une mesure du débit du fluide F dans le conduit principal (1) après le mélange avec les additifs (A)
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 appliqué à la préparation d'un laitier de ciment.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 appliqué à la préparation d'un fluide de séparation ou "spacer".
