Description

连续向流体注入添加液的方法和装置
本发明涉及一种方法和装置,这种方法和装置能够向管道中流动着的主流体连续均匀地注入一种或几种添加液。
尤其在石油工业、石油附属工业、工业清洗和建筑业中长期存在的一个公知的严重问题是,向主流体中连续地和准确数量地注入液态或半液态添加液极其困难。
事实上,添加液迫切需要准确地定量,也就是说需要非常准确地控制各种添加液注入时的流速、流量和均匀性。
流体系统运行的数学模型、检测器、运行软件和检测信息能够达到非常高的精确度,这变得越来越重要。而系统的精确程度越来越经常地受制于各种添加液的注入精确度。
日本专利公报昭64-47430公开了一种喷射装置,它具有一个局部地减小主管道内径的节流装置。这种结构导致主物流的扰动,使得几乎不可能在喷射装置的紧后面测量流量。
为克服上述缺陷和满足上述需求,本发明的目的是提供一种连续向流体注入添加液的方法和装置,以便更精确地控制添加液的注入流量、均匀性和精度。
根据本发明,各种添加液在流体主流的一个支流部分中预先稀释之后再注入到主流中。
能够实现这种分流运行和预稀释和所有装置都适合于本发明的实施。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种向一个具有一条管道的连续混合器连续注入添加液的方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:通过所述管道循环一种流体;在所述管道的周边设置至少一个射流喷射器;从所述管道中吸取一部分所述流体进入所述射流喷射器;在所述射流喷射器中将这部分流体与一种添加液混合,而获得一种混合物;和从所述射流喷射器将所述混合物连续地注入所述流体中。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种将添加液混入一种循环流体中的装置,它包括:一个连续混合器,它具有一条管道,所述流体循环通过所述管道;其特征是还包括:至少一个设置在所述管道周边的射流喷射器,它具有都与所述管道连通的一个抽吸口和一个分立的排放口,所述射流喷射器还包括一个位于所述抽吸口区域内的添加液口和一个位于所述抽吸口和排放口之间的混合腔,所述流体通过所述抽吸口被从所述管道吸入所述射流喷射器,以便在所述混合腔中与通过所述添加液口喷射的添加液混合,以形成一混合物,所述混合物通过所述排放口被连续地喷入所述流体中。
图1示出本发明的最佳实施例。
该实施例涉及一组射流结构(2),它们径向地布置在主流体(F)所运行地管道(1)的周围。
每个射流结构都以支流即“旁路方式安装”,并且包括一个用来输入液态或半液态添加液(A)的输入管(3)。
射流原理是公知的。流体(F)的某一部分因抽吸作用离开主流(F)呈分流(f),并且在混合室(4)中与添加进来的添加液(3)混合。这种在流体(F)中混有预稀释添加液(A)所构成的混合液被重新注入(f)到主流中。
可以看出,与传统的结构相比,添加液的注入精确度有了显著的提高。
举例:水泥渣流。
使用图1中本发明的装置来评估向水泥渣流中注入非常粘稠的添加液时的效果。
所进行的实验采用了散布在添加液中的示踪物(CuSO4),并且记录下示踪物的浓度。
同时还以传统的方式进行注入,即采用同轴注入(也就是用一个与管道(1)同轴的管注入添加液),以及采用横向注入(也就是用一个开口在管道(1)上的横向管进行注入)。
在三种情形中,都是在VIP混合器型涡流混合器的吸取流体的那段管路中加入添加液。
这样制备的水泥渣流的特性如下:
---流速:    4bpm
---密度:    15ppg
---水的流速(在VIP混合器的入口处):2.5bpm所呈现的结果:
---同轴注入的结果表示在图2中
---横向注入(与管道成90°地注入)的结果表示在图3中。
---采用本发明装置进行注入的结果表示在图4中。
可以看出,注入质量有了非常显著的提高。
VIP混合器是一种连续运行的涡流式转动混合器。在欧洲专利申请EP91200440.5号中有对它的描述。
本发明同样尤其适用于制备钻井用的泥浆(即钻井液)。
本发明另一特别适宜的应用领域是向石油工业的各种分离流体(即分离流“Spacer”)连续地定量注入多种添加液。本发明第一次实现了能够连续地改变分离流的特性,而不是分阶段地改变其特性。这将使流体系统的运行性能得到非常重要的改善。

Claims (6)

1.一种向一个具有一条管道的连续混合器连续注入添加液的方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
通过所述管道循环一种流体;
在所述管道的周边设置至少一个射流喷射器;
从所述管道中吸取一部分所述流体进入所述射流喷射器;
在所述射流喷射器中将这部分流体与一种添加液混合,而获得一种混合物;和
从所述射流喷射器将所述混合物连续地注入所述流体中。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是,所述设置射流喷射器的步骤包括提供多个围绕所述管道的周边径向安置的射流喷射器。
3.一种将添加液混入一种循环流体中的装置,它包括:
一个连续混合器,它具有一条管道,所述流体循环通过所述管道;
其特征是还包括:
至少一个设置在所述管道周边的射流喷射器,它具有都与所述管道连通的一个抽吸口和一个分立的排放口,所述射流喷射器还包括一个位于所述抽吸口区域内的添加液口和一个位于所述抽吸口和排放口之间的混合腔,所述流体通过所述抽吸口被从所述管道吸入所述射流喷射器,以便在所述混合腔中与通过所述添加液口喷射的添加液混合,以形成一混合物,所述混合物通过所述排放口被连续地喷入所述流体中。
4.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征是,所述至少一个射流喷射器包括两个围绕所述管道的周边径向安置的射流喷射器。
5.一种制备水泥浆和钻井泥浆的方法,其特征是包括下列步骤:
提供一个具有一条管道的连续混合器;
通过所述管道循环一种流体;
在所述管道的周边上设置至少一个射流喷射器;
从所述管道吸取一部分所述流体进入所述射流喷射器;
在所述射流喷射器中将这部分流体与一种添加液相混合,以获得一种混合物;和
将所述混合物从所述射流喷射器连续注入到所述液体中,以形成水泥浆和钻井泥浆之一。
6.根据权利要求5的方法,其特征是,所述设置射流喷射器的步骤包括提供多个围绕所述管道的周边径向安置的射流喷射器。
