本发明涉及一种连续地向流体中注入各种添加 液的装置。该装置包括一组用来预先稀释添加液的 射流结构。
本发明应用于石油工业、石油附属工业、建筑业 等类似领域。

Description

本发明涉及一种装置,这种装置能够向管道中流动着的主流体连续均匀地注入一种或几种添加液。
尤其在石油工业、石油附属工业、工业清洗和建筑业中长期存在的一个公知的严重问题是,向主流体中连续地和准确数量地注入液态或半液态添加液极其困难。
事实上,添加液迫切需要准确地定量,也就是说需要非常准确地控制各种添加液注入时的流速、流量和均匀性。
流体系统运行的数学模型、检测器、运行软件和检测信息能够达到非常高的精确度,这变得越来越重要。而系统的精确程度越来越经常地受制于各种添加液的注入精确度。
根据本发明,各种添加液在流体主流的一个支流部分中预先稀释之后再注入到主流中。
能够实现这种分流运行和预稀释和所有装置都适合于本发明的实施。
图1示出本发明的最佳实施例。
该实施例涉及一组射流结构(2),它们经向地布置在主流体(F)所运行地管道(1)的周围。
每个射流结构都以支流即“旁路方式安装”,并且包括一个用来输入液态或半液态添加液(A)的输入管(3)。
射流原理是公知的。流体(F)的某一部分因抽吸作用离开主流(F)呈分流(f),并且在混合室(4)中与添加进来的添加液(3)混合。这种在流体(F)中混有预稀释添加液(A)所构成的混合液被重新注入(f)到主流中。
可以看出,与传统的结构相比,添加液的注入精确度有了显著的提高。
举例:水泥渣流。
使用图1中本发明的装置来评估向水泥渣流中注入非常粘稠的添加液时的效果。
所进行的实验采用了散布在添加液中的示踪物(Cuso4),并且记录下示踪物的浓度。
同时还以传统的方式进行注入,即采用同轴注入(也就是用一个与管道(1)同轴的管注入添加液),以及采用横向注入(也就是用一个开口在管道(1)上的横向管进行注入)。
在三种情形中,都是在VIP混合器型涡流混合器的吸取流体的那段管路中加入添加液。
这样制备的水泥渣流的特性如下:
---流速:4bpm
---密度:15ppg
---水的流速(在VIP混合器的入口处):2.5bpm所呈现的结果:
---同轴注入的结果表示在图2中
---横向注入(与管道成90°地注入)的结果表示在图3中。
---采用本发明装置进行注入的结果表示在图4中。
可以看出,注入质量有了非常显著的提高。
VIP混合器是一种连续运行的涡流式转动混合器。在欧洲专利申请EP91200440.5号中有对它的描述。
本发明同样尤其适用于制备钻井用的泥浆(即钻井液)。
本发明另一特别适宜的应用领域是向石油工业的各种分离流体(即分离流“Spacer”)连续地定量注入多种添加液。本发明第一次实现了能够连续地改变分离流的特性,而不是分阶段地改变其特性。这将使流体系统的运行性能得到非常重要的改善。

Claims (5)

1、向管道中流动着的流体连续地混入一种或几种液态或半液态添加液的方法,基特征在于,通过从上述流体中吸取一部分分流体使各种添加液在注入上述流体之前得到预先稀释。
2、向管道(1)中流动着的流体混入一种或几种液态或半液态添加液的连续混合器,其特征在于,它包括一个或几个径向布置在上述管道(1)周围的射流结构(2),每个加入了添加液(A)的射流结构吸取一部分流体(f),将这部分流体(f)与添加液(A)混合,再将由此产生的混合液(f)注入到上述流体中。
3、权利要求1所述的方法或权利要求2所述的混合器在石油工业、石油附属工业、工业清洗或建筑业中的应用,尤其是在水泥渣流或钻井泥浆的制备中用来连续地注入各种添加液。
4、诸如水泥渣流、分离流体即“分离流”、石油工业或石油附属工业中的流体、钻井泥浆或钻井流体等的流体,其特征在于,上述流体中的至少一种添加液是通过权利要求1的方法和/或权利要求2的混合器定量注入的。
5、钻井的工艺方法,其特征在于,注入权利要求4所述的一种流体。
