Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue en perspective partielle d'une paumelle selon l'invention, dont les charnons comportent des rainures de montage d'un joint d'étanchéité, ces charnons étant illustrés sur cette Figure préalablement à la mise en place de ce joint.
- La Figure 2 est une vue en perspective partielle de la paumelle selon la Figure 1, munie dans chacun de ses charnons d'un joint d'étanchéité, ces charnons étant illustrés avant articulation de l'ouvrant sur le dormant autour de la broche reliant les charnons.
- La Figure 3 est une vue en perspective analogue à la Figure 2 mais illustrant les charnons de la paumelle après assemblage mutuel.
- Les Figures 4 et 5 illustrent, vus en coupe transversale, un ouvrant et un dormant pour châssis de fenêtre ou analogue, respectivement en position de fermeture et d'ouverture.
Claims (5)
- Ensemble formé d'un dormant fixe (28) et d'un ouvrant articulé (14) sur ce dormant au moyen de paumelles (1) chaque paumelle étant constituée au moyen de deux charnons (2,3) tubulaires cylindriques adjacents et à travers lesquels s'engage une broche d'articulation commune (32), ces charnons étant chacun solidaire d'une patte latérale de fixation (5) sur l'ouvrant et le dormant respectivement, en autorisant le libre débattement du premier par rapport au second, caractérisé en ce que chacun des deux charnons (2, 3), comporte, dans sa patte latérale de fixation (5), respectivement solidarisée de l'ouvrant (14) et du dormant (28), s'étendant parallèlement à son élément tubulaire (4), une rainure de montage et d'immobilisation (12, 13) d'un joint d'étanchéité (22, 29), faisant saillie vers l'extérieur de la patte sous cet élément tubulaire, de telle sorte que, en position d'appui de l'ouvrant sur le dormant, les joints portés par les deux pattes soient dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre, en assurant la continuité de l'étanchéité au droit de la paumelle (1).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, dans un mode de réalisation où l'ouvrant (14) est constitué d'un châssis formé de profilés métalliques convenablement raccordés, caractérisé en ce que la patte de fixation, (5) du charnon (2) porté par cet ouvrant présente, en section droite, un profil en L, avec une branche terminale (7) fixée sur une toile (15) du profilé, l'autre branche (6), solidaire de l'élément tubulaire (4), portant la rainure de réception (12) du joint (22), laquelle se prolonge dans le profilé de l'ouvrant par une rainure (21) de même section prévue dans un tenon de support (20) solidaire de ce profilé, de telle sorte que le joint d'étanchéité (22) puisse être monté en continu dans les rainures (12, 21) disposées dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de l'ouvrant (14) comporte un bord externe (19), perpendiculaire au plan de la toile (15) sur lequel s'applique la partie terminale (7) de fixation du charnon (2) de la paumelle (1), ce bord externe étant solidaire du tenon (20) muni de la rainure (21) de réception du joint (22).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bord externe (19) du profilé se prolonge par une extrémité enveloppante (36), entourant extérieurement au moins en partie l'élément tubulaire (4) du charnon (2) porté par l'ouvrant (14).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le bord extérieur (19) du profilé de l'ouvrant (14) comporte, au-delà du charnon (2) porté par ce profilé, un second tenon (24) aligné avec le premier (20), formé en continuité avec celui-ci sur le profilé et dans lequel est monté un prolongement (26) du joint d'étanchéité (22), la distance séparant les deux tenons étant sensiblement égale à la largeur de la patte de fixation (5) du charnon (3) porté par le dormant (28), qui s'y encastre lors de l'application de l'ouvrant sur le dormant.
