Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for receiving film rolls and for separating parts of the film, with a housing having at least one dispenser compartment, each dispensing compartment having a dispensing opening and a separating device which can be moved along a separating profile designed as a cutting slot and having a separating knife arranged between two rolls Has separation of plastic film, and each of the rollers has a circumferential edge engaging in the separation profile, the separating knife and the rollers being arranged one behind the other in the cutting direction.
  • a holding web extends through the cutting slot.
  • a spring is attached to the end of the web, which causes the vertical pressure force of the rollers on the separating profile.
  • the edges of the rollers are designed as leading edges, which receive the managers at an angle to the cutting direction.
  • a separating device is known from US-A-3 561 312, in which a roller with a separating edge engages in a cutting slot.
  • a web extends from the separating device into the cutting slot and lies against it laterally in order to accommodate the lateral managers.
  • the vertical contact pressure of the roller on the separating profile is brought about by a spring arranged at the end of the web.
  • the disadvantage of this separating device is that not all types of film can be cut with the individual circular knife.
  • a knife viewed perpendicular to the cutting direction, is arranged between two parallel frustoconical rollers.
  • This separating direction is stored in the handle for an operator, the handle consisting of two round shells, each of which has complementary shaped ribs, one rib being mounted between a round shell and a frustoconical roller.
  • this device has disadvantages in terms of cut quality and handling.
  • the two separating edges When cutting through aluminum foil, the two separating edges first stretch the aluminum foil between them and tear when the tensile strength of the foil is exceeded. Since the two separating edges are spaced apart from one another by the intermediate separating knife, the tear point can move back and forth across the width of the distance between the two separating edges.
  • a cutting slide has a round knife and a V-knife, which are arranged one behind the other in the cutting direction.
  • the circular knife and the V-knife are each arranged between two pressure rollers and run in the separating profile that serves as a knife guide.
  • the cutting slide is supported by a cantilevered lever with a T-piece in a rail that runs parallel to the separating profile.
  • the cutting slide slides with a guide attachment along an additional guide surface along a cover of the dispensing compartment. If the guide is not a perfect fit, there is a risk that the V-knife or the circular knife will jam on the knife guide.
  • the film is no longer cut continuously, but pushed together and drawn into the separating profile. The separation process stops and the film must be removed.
  • the invention has for its object to improve a device of the type mentioned in such a way that films of different materials with the same high cut quality and can be separated piece by piece from a film web.
  • edges are formed as separating edges for separating aluminum foil and the separating device is connected to a guide shoe provided on the side of the cutting slot opposite the rollers, which is slidably mounted in a guide channel parallel to the separating profile and in lateral contact supports the lateral forces of the separating device with the guide channel.
  • the arrangement of the rollers one behind the other with the separating edges and the separating knife ensures that aluminum foil is first cut through by the separating edges of a roller in cooperation with the separating profile.
  • Other types of foils e.g. Paper and plastic slide under the separating edges of the rolls and are cut by the separating knife.
  • the film web located between the two rolls is temporarily fixed and clamped in some areas so that it withstands the forces caused by the cutting process of the cutting knife without causing malfunctions.
  • This separation system ensures a permanently high cutting quality with different film materials and high cutting speeds.
  • connection of the separating device with the guide shoe on the opposite side of the cutting slot ensures a sufficiently precise positioning and a sufficient contact pressure of the rollers on the separating profile, so that when an aluminum foil is passed over there is sufficient counterforce available to overcome the tensile strength of the aluminum with the separating edge .
  • the lateral contact of the guide shoe on the guide channel supports the lateral forces of the separating devices on the guide channel, so that the separating device is largely freed from these forces.
  • the depth of the cutting slot can accordingly be chosen to be small.
  • At least one roller and the cutting knife can overlap at least in regions perpendicular to the cutting direction.
  • the film web is fixed in an area that is close to the effective area of the cutting knife.
  • the film is stretched more effectively.
  • the roller is slightly offset parallel to the cutting knife and can better absorb forces occurring transversely to the cutting direction.
  • rollers are advantageously arranged on one side of the cutting knife.
  • the rollers can absorb clamping forces, for example against a pull-off edge of the housing located on the other side of the separating knife. Forces occurring transversely to the cutting direction of the cutting knife can also be absorbed. Furthermore, the rollers can be arranged on one side of the cutting knife to save space.
  • At least one roller can expediently be arranged on each side of the cutting knife.
  • the resulting clamping and fixing of the film web acting at an angle to the cutting direction can absorb forces both in the cutting direction and perpendicular to it. A continuous separation process is guaranteed.
  • the separating knife protrudes from the rolling plane of the roll into the separating profile.
  • rollers are advantageously designed in the shape of a truncated cone, at least on the side facing the cutting knife, and the larger of the frustoconical cover faces the cutting knife.
  • the truncated cone edge resting on the film web can weaken the film web as a pressure edge or cut through before the cutting knife.
  • a line-shaped weakening point is formed in front of the cutting knife, which the cutting knife can easily cut. This reduces the pushing forces to be applied by the operator to the separating device. Materials that are separated by weakening the material and subsequent tearing off as well as those that have to be separated by pure cutting or by a combination of these processing operations can be effectively cut through this separating device. Since the larger truncated cone surface faces the cutting knife, the weakening point is created in the area of the film which is fed to the cutting knife.
  • the separating knife can expediently be chamfered on one side.
  • One-sided chamfering is a simple and effective measure for producing a cutting edge.
  • the cutting edge is formed on a flat side of the cutting knife. Elements interacting with this cutting edge can be placed on this surface and act in the vicinity of the cutting edge.
  • the effective separating areas of the separating knife or the rollers run essentially along the same separating line on the film web.
  • the cutting knife cuts the film exactly along this weakening line. If the roll has already completely cut through the film, the cutting knife is carried out along the cutting line without cutting itself.
  • the separating edge may possibly be designed as a serrated profile.
  • a perforation line can be produced on the material, along which the film web can be torn off. Will this Line fed to the cutting knife, so the cutting knife is easier to cut through the film.
  • the rollers preferably engage with their truncated cone-shaped surface or their separating edge in the separating profile.
  • the separating profile interacts with the separating edge or truncated cone-shaped surface and is able to effectively weaken or cut through the film web.
  • forces acting on the separating device can be transmitted to the tennis profile; it acts as a guide.
  • Separating edges and cutting knives are advantageously arranged in one plane.
  • Cutting edges and cutting knives are arranged one behind the other in their effective area and work along the same cutting line.
  • the separating knife is expediently V-shaped with V-legs designed as cutting edges.
  • the separating knife can effectively sever the film web in both sliding directions of the separating device.
  • the cutting edges are set obliquely with respect to the film web and have a more acute cutting angle than the cutting edge angle in the area of engagement with the film web, so that the film web is cut more easily.
  • the cutting knife can expediently protrude with its V-tip into the cutting profile.
  • One of the V-legs forms a separate cutting knife for each of the two cutting directions.
  • the separating knife projects into the separating profile with the angle-opening side of the V-legs.
  • the film is easily lifted from the respective V-leg from the separating profile during the separating process by the separating knife. Since the film web is clamped between the two rollers and the separating profile, the lifting of the film causes additional tension on the film web and this is more easily cut by the cutting knife.
  • the contact area of the rollers on the separating profile and the area of the separating knife separating the film overlap perpendicular to the cutting direction.
  • the film web is severed in the area in which it is pressed against the separating profile. This ensures a smooth cutting process that creates a clean cutting edge on the film web.
  • the rollers are frustoconical, the separating area of the truncated cone can engage in the same area as the separating knife.
  • a common pointed cutting edge profile one side of which is fixed and the other side of which rolls on the film web, can be produced from the cutting knife and the truncated cone shape of the roll. This ensures a particularly good cut of the film with a high cut quality.
  • the cutting knife may be designed as a rotatable circular knife.
  • This circular knife can weaken or sever material. Since constantly changing areas of the circular knife have a separating effect on the film web, a circular knife has little signs of wear and a long service life. In addition, the rolling of the knife provides a higher cutting quality.
  • At least one of the rollers can drive the circular knife.
  • a rotary movement of the circular knife counter to the cutting direction can thereby be generated. This ensures effective cutting of the film with high cutting quality.
  • the guide part is advantageously mounted on rollers on the guide rail.
  • the roller bearing ensures reduced friction between the guide part and the guide rail, which reduces the operating forces to be expended.
  • the guide part advantageously has support rollers which roll on the inside of the guide rail facing the separating profile.
  • the guide part is mounted in a rolling manner in the direction perpendicular to the separating profile.
  • the forces acting in this direction are absorbed by the rollers or the support rollers.
  • the separation device with the guide part along the guide rail is essentially independent of the forces acting on the separating device are easily displaceable.
  • the support rollers are expediently supported on the guide rail in a resilient manner.
  • the separating device can be easily raised on the separating profile and foils of different thicknesses can be effectively stretched and separated with the same separating device. Unevenness in the film can be compensated.
  • the cutting knife can extend through the cutting profile designed as a cutting slot and can be connected to the guide part on the side of the cutting slot opposite the rollers.
  • the separating device is fixed and guided with respect to the cutting slot.
  • the rollers of the separating device and the guide part absorb forces perpendicular to the wall of the cutting slot.
  • the separating device is constantly engaged with the separating profile; This guide is simple and cheap to manufacture and assemble from just a few parts.
  • the contact pressure of the rolls on the film web can be adjusted as desired by selecting the distance between the rolls and the guide part.
  • the square cross-sectional shape is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and can effectively accommodate managers on all sides.
  • the guide part has a cross-section to the cutting direction, is essentially round and has at least one nose which engages in an inside longitudinal groove of the guide rail.
  • the design as a round bar in the guide rail ensures good movement of the guide part in the axial direction of the guide rail.
  • the nose engaging in the inside longitudinal groove defines the rotational orientation of the guide part. This definition of degrees of freedom on different elements make it easier to manufacture and improve the accuracy of fit of the guide.
  • the guide part preferably has elastic elements on the cutting slot side, which are supported against the wall of the cutting slot.
  • the rollers are pressed resiliently against the wall of the cutting slot.
  • the clamping gap between the roller and the wall of the cutting slot adapts variably to the thickness of the film to be separated. Films of different thicknesses can be separated using the same separating device.
  • the wall of the cutting slot advantageously has elastic compensating elements on the side of the guide part.
  • the separating device with the rollers can be pressed against the wall of the cutting slot.
  • the gap between the rollers and the wall of the cutting slot is variable.
  • the separating device is suitable for separating foils of different thicknesses.
  • At least one sliding surface of the guide part is preferably convex in the cutting direction.
  • the spherical design of a sliding surface ensures that this surface slides particularly well and prevents the guide part from tilting.
  • the surface of the guide part facing the cutting slot is advantageously roof-shaped.
  • the edge formed by the roof shape automatically adapts to the slot shape of the cutting slot. Forces can easily deform the wall of the cutting slot elastically over this area of attack. Films of different thicknesses can be clamped between the roll and the cutting slot wall and separated.
  • the dispensing compartment is advantageously designed as an insert container which can be removed from the housing.
  • an insert container can be removed from the housing as part of the entire film dispensing arrangement.
  • the insert container can be used as a film dispenser regardless of the location of the housing.
  • the insert container is small, handy and light in weight.
  • the modular design makes it easier the replacement of damaged donation compartments. Repair work can be carried out by unqualified personnel.
  • the insert container can expediently have at least one film change opening.
  • a film roll can be inserted or removed via this film change opening.
  • the film change opening is preferably at least partially closed by a housing wall.
  • the insert container has a hinged lid.
  • the film change opening can be opened or closed via this hinged lid. If the insert container is detached from the housing, a film roll is secured against slipping out when the hinged lid is closed.
  • the separating device is advantageously connected to the hinged cover and interacts with the separating profile when the flap is closed.
  • connection between the separating device and the separating profile can be released by opening the hinged cover. Both parts are freely accessible for repair, for example.
