Claims (43)

  1. Dispositif de séparation (7), en particulier pour un distributeur de film (1), comprenant un profilé de séparation (6) le long duquel le dispositif de séparation comprenant au moins une lame de séparation (8, 22) et un élément d'appui (9) est monté en mobilité par rapport à un souche de film, l'élément d'appui (9) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un ruban roulant monté en mobilité (11, 12) tournant au moins dans le dispositif de séparation (7), qui maintient la souche de film, en position adjacente à la lame de séparation (8, 22), à l'état tendu en direction ou moins linéaire dans la direction de déplacement de la lame,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le dispositif de séparation présente un logement de manipulation (15) comprenant un corps de guidage (21) et le ruban roulant (11, 12) est disposé autour du corps de guidage (21) avec du jeu.
  2. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le ruban roulant (11, 12) est constitué d'un matériau possédant une friction élevée, respectivement présente ledit matériau sur son côté externe (71) entrant en contact avec le souche de film.
  3. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé
    en ce que respectivement au moins un ruban roulant (11, 12) est disposé des deux côtés de la lame de séparation (8, 22).
  4. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le ruban roulant (11, 12) est monté en rotation.
  5. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le ruban roulant (11, 12) est guidé essentiellement parallèlement au profilé de séparation (6) dans la direction de déplacement (13) de la lame de séparation (8).
  6. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'un guidage parallèle (14) du dispositif de séparation (7) pour le ruban roulant (11, 12) s'étend des deux côtés dans la direction de déplacement (13) au-delà de la lame de séparation (8, 22).
  7. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le dispositif de séparation (7) présente un logement de manipulation (15) en particulier en deux parties, dans lequel la lame de séparation (8, 22) est maintenue et le ruban roulant (11, 12) est guidé.
  8. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le dispositif de séparation (7) présente un logement de manipulation (15) qui peut venir se disposer par encliquetage sur un corps interne, les rubans roulants (11, 12) venant se placer autour du corps interne et la lame de séparation (8, 22) faisant saillie entre les rubans roulants (11, 12) sur un côté inférieur du corps interne.
  9. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'au moins une moitié (16, 17) du logement de manipulation présente un élément de fixation (8) pour la lame de séparation (8, 22) et une moitié (17, 16) du logement de manipulation présente un élément de butée (19) pour la lame de séparation (8, 22).
  10. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'élément de fixation et/ou l'élément de butée (18, 19) sont réalisés en forme de tenon ou en forme de broche.
  11. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la moitié (16, 17) du logement de manipulation présente un guidage en fente (20) pour le ruban roulant (11, 12).
  12. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'un ruban roulant (11, 12) est guidé dans chaque moitié (16, 17) du logement de manipulation.
  13. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation (8, 22) est maintenue entre les moitiés (16, 17) du logement de manipulation.
  14. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 13,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation (8, 22) et le corps interne sont réalisés en une seule pièce.
  15. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 14,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le ruban roulant (11, 12) est guidé avec du jeu autour d'un corps de guidage (21) approximativement réniforme dans la moitié (16, 17) du logement de manipulation.
  16. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation (8, 22) pour la découpe de feuilles plastiques est en métal.
  17. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation (8, 22) est intégrée dans le corps interne par moulage par injection.
  18. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation (8, 22) pour la découpe de feuilles en aluminium est en matière plastique.
  19. Dispositif de séparation selon la revendication 18,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation (8, 22) est réalisée en matière plastique en un seule pièce avec le corps interne.
  20. Dispositif de séparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la lame de séparation présente un corps de base (25) guidé dans un guidage correspondant (23) le long d'une fente de coupe (24) du profilé de séparation (6).
  21. Distributeur de film (1) comprenant un dispositif de séparation (7) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le distributeur de feuilles minces comprenant un logement (4) présentant au moins un compartiment de distribution (2, 3) et le profilé de séparation (6) étant attribué à une ouverture de distribution (5) d'un compartiment de distribution (2, 3),
    caractérisé
    en ce que le profilé de séparation (6) est réalisé dans un couvercle (28) attribué au compartiment de distribution (2, 3), monté en pivotement entre une position d'ouverture (26) et une position de fermeture (27), en particulier encliqueté de manière amovible avec le logement (4) dans la position de fermeture (27).
  22. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 21,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le couvercle (28) est monté et/ou peut être encliqueté en pivotement à ses extrémités latérales (29, 30) dans le logement (4), en particulier via des axes de montage (33, 34) faisant saillie aux extrémités latérales (29, 30) du couvercle (28).
  23. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 21 ou 22,
    caractérisé
    en ce que des joues latérales (31, 32) faisant saillie aux extrémités latérales du couvercle dans la direction du compartiment de distribution correspondant présentent un bras (35) apte à sortir de manière élastique, contre lequel est disposé un élément d'encliquetage (36) qui entre en engrènement, dans la position de fermeture (27), avec un élément d'encliquetage correspondant (37) sur le logement (4).
  24. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 23,
    caractérisé
    en ce que des évidements ouverts (40, 41) sont réalisés dans les parois terminales latérales (38, 39) du logement en direction du couvercle (28), évidements dans lesquels, dans la position de fermeture (27) du couvercle (28), viennent se disposer des corps de butée (42) disposés contre les joues latérales (31, 32) en particulier sur l'extrémité libre (43) du bras (35).
  25. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 24,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'évidement (40, 41) possède une configuration essentiellement en forme de demi-cercle et le corps de butée (42) possède une section transversale essentiellement en forme de segment de cercle.
  26. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 24 ou 25,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'un bord (44) de l'évidement (40, 41) est réalisé au moins en partie en forme de saillie d'encliquetage (37).
  27. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 24 à 26,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le couvercle (28) présente, au-dessus du corps de butée (42), une saillie marginale (45) qui vient se disposer, dans la position de fermeture (27) du couvercle (28), à fleur avec le côté avant (46) du logement (4) dans l'évidement (40, 41), le bras (35) dans les joues latérales (31, 32) du couvercle (28) étant en particulier délimité par deux évidements en forme de fentes (40, 48) ouverts dans la direction de la saillie marginale (45).
  28. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 24 à 27,
    caractérisé
    en ce que, latéralement, à côté de l'évidement (40, 41), sur le logement (4), est réalisé un guidage axial (49) ouvert dans la direction de l'évidement, pour la réception des axes de paliers (33, 34) faisant saillie latéralement par rapport au couvercle.
  29. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 28,
    caractérisé
    en ce que, sur un côté interne (50) du couvercle (28), tourné vers le logement (4), est réalisé un canal de guidage (51, 52) s'étendant le long de la fente de coupe (24), dans lequel vient se loger et/ou est guidé le corps de base (25).
  30. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 29,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le canal de guidage (51, 52) présente, dans ses parois latérales (53), des ouvertures longitudinales (55) disposées à l'écart l'une de l'autre dans la direction longitudinale (55), dont l'une est réalisée en particulier sous la forme d'une ouverture d'insertion (56) pour la lame de séparation (8).
  31. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 29 ou 30,
    caractérisé
    en ce que les parois latérales (53) du canal de guidage (51, 52) forment, avec le côté interne (50) du couvercle (28), un angle aigu (57).
  32. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 31,
    caractérisé
    en ce que, le long de la fente de coupe (24), vient se disposer au moins un guidage (58, 59) pour le corps de base (25) sur le côté interne (50) du couvercle (28).
  33. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 32,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le couvercle (28) présente un couvercle pivotant (60) monté en pivotement sur ce dernier en particulier via une charnière en film (63), qui forme, dans sa position de fermeture de couvercle (61), une arête (62) de la fente de coupe (24).
  34. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 33,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le couvercle pivotant (60) présente, sur son côté inférieur (64), au moins une came d'encliquetage (65) réalisée en particulier sur un bras d'encliquetage (66) apte à sortir de manière élastique, la came en question venant s'engrener, dans la position de fermeture du couvercle (61), dans une ouverture longitudinale (55, 56) du canal de guidage (51, 52).
  35. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 34,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le couvercle (8) présente un canal de guidage (67) s'étendant dans sa direction longitudinale (54), dans lequel est disposée, en particulier pour pouvoir être prélevée, une moulure (68) présentant la fente de coupe (24) du profilé de séparation (6).
  36. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 35,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la nervure (68) présentant le profilé de séparation (6) pour la découpe de la feuille peut être manipulée indépendamment du distributeur de feuille (1).
  37. Distributeur de film selon la revendication 35 ou 36,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le canal de guidage (67) est ouvert à au moins une extrémité (69).
  38. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 35 à 37,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la nervure (68) peut venir s'agencer avec son côté supérieur (70) essentiellement à fleur par rapport au côté avant (46) du couvercle (28) dans le canal de guidage (67), la fente de coupe (24) s'étendant dans le côté supérieur (70).
  39. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 35 à 38,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la nervure (68) représente une section transversale essentiellement carrée, avec des brides d'appui faisant saillie vers l'extérieur par rapport à son côté supérieur (70).
  40. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 35 à 39,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la nervure (68) est essentiellement creuse et le corps de base (25) de la lame de séparation (8, 22) est guidé dans ladite nervure.
  41. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 35 à 40,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la nervure (68) peut être fixée, en particulier peut venir s'encliqueter dans le canal de guidage (67).
  42. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 41,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'un revêtement augmentant la friction est appliqué au moins d'un côté le long de la fente de coupe (24).
  43. Distributeur de film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 42,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le logement (4) présente une paroi dorsale inclinée (72) s'étendant vers le haut et vers l'avant.
