Claims (7)
- Kohlebürste, die mir einem Polyethersiloxan oder Polymethylsiloxan als Imprägniermittel imprägniert ist, insbesondere Kohlebürste für stark beanspruchte Werkzeuge,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, - Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Polymethylsiloxan durch langkettige Alkyl- und/oder Alkylarylreste modifiziert ist. - Kohlebürste nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die imprägnierte Kohlebürste 0,5 bis 15 Gew. % Imprägniermittel enthält. - Verfahren zum Imprägnieren einer Kohlebürste oder eines Kohleriegels,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kohlebürste bzw. der Kohleriegel in einer Polyethersiloxan oder Polymethylsiloxan als Imprägniermittel enthaltenden Emulsion imprägniert wird, wobei das Polyethersiloxan und das Polymethylsiloxan die in Anspruch 1 definierten Strukturen aufweisen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Emulsion Wasser als Emulgator enthält. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kohlebürste bzw. der Kohleriegel in der das Imprägniermittel enthaltenden Emulsion über eine Zeitraum t mit vorzugsweise 0,5 < t < 5 h bei einer Temperatur von etwa 50 °C bis 90 °C vorzugsweise in etwa 80 °C getaucht, anschließend durch Abtropfen überschüssige Emulsion entfernt und schließlich bei einer Temperatur T mit vorzugsweise 50 °C < T < 90 °C getrocknet wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kohlebürste bzw. der Kohleriegel während des Trocknens geschleudert wird.
