Description
- la figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale d'un dispositif d'amenée et d'échange d'un tube de coulée et de régulation du débit, verrouillé en position de service;
- la figure 2 est une vue en plan du dispositif montré dans la figure 1;
- la figure 3 est une coupe transversale selon la ligne III-III de la figure 2 du dispositif illustré dans les figures 1 et 2;
- la figure 4 est une coupe longitudinale semblable à celle de la figure 1 du dispositif d'amenée et d'échange d'un tube de coulée et de régulation du débit en position ouverte;
- la figure 5 est une coupe transversale selon la ligne V-V- du dispositif illustré dans les figures 1 à 4.
- basculement des vis à oeil 26 fixant le châssis métallique rectangulaire 4 à la paroi de fond 5 de la poche de coulée 3;
- ouverture de la machine en position verticale;
- compression des cartouches à ressort à l'aide d'un outillage hydraulique non montré prenant appui sur la plaque de compression 16;

Claims (8)
- Dispositif de régulation d'un débit de coulée continue sous une poche de coulée, comprenant un couvercle-poussoir (7) contenant une plaque supérieure fixe (8) et monté sur un châssis métallique rectangulaire (4), agencé pour pivoter par rapport à une paroi de fond (5) de la poche de coulée (3) et portant un chariot muni de moyens de guidage d'un tube de coulée (2) appliqué contre une plaque mobile (10) en contact étanche avec la plaque supérieure fixe (8), les deux plaques étant appuyées l'une contre l'autre par des dispositifs de pression, la plaque mobile (10) et le tube de coulée (2) pouvant être déplacés simultanément depuis une position d'obturation vers une position d'ouverture du trou de coulée (15) et vice-versa, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de pression sont constitués de premiers et de seconds moyens de poussée, les premiers moyens de poussée (12) étant des moyens de poussée vers le bas qui appliquent la plaque supérieure (8) contre un plan de référence constitué par la plaque mobile (10) et les seconds moyens de poussée étant de moyens de poussée (31) vers le haut agissant indépendamment des moyens de poussée vers le bas sur des guides qui appliquent le tube de coulée (2) contre la plaque mobile (10), en suivant le déplacement de la plaque mobile entre ses positions d'obturation et d'ouverture du trou de coulée (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle-poussoir (7) est articulé sur le châssis métallique (4) autour de seconds pivots (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pression (12) de la plaque supérieure fixe (8) contre la plaque mobile (10) est constitué de deux séries de cartouches à ressort (13, 14) disposées de part et d'autre du trou de coulée (15) le long de côtés opposés de la plaque supérieure fixe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les cartouches à ressorts (13, 14) sont retenues en place par une plaque de compression (16) fixée amoviblement sur le couvercle poussoir (7) à l'aide de plots (17).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les seconds pivots (18) sont parallèles aux premiers pivots (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile (9) déplace la plaque mobile (10) d'une position d'obturation du trou de coulée (15) vers une position d'ouverture du trou de coulée (15), afin de régler le débit de la coulée, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile déplace, avec la plaque mobile (10), un dispositif d'amenée et de chargement du tube.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage (19, 20) portés par le chariot (9) sont perpendiculaires à la direction de déplacement du chariot (9) lors de la régulation du débit de coulée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (9) se déplace le long d'un chemin de guidage perpendiculaire aux premiers pivots (6).
