Claims (15)
- Schonhammer mit wenigstens einem in einem Gehäuse (1) gehaltenen Schlageinsatz (2) und einer am Gehäuse (1) angeschlossenen Stieltülle (3) für den Hammerstiel (16), wobei das Gehäuse (1) und die Stieltülle (3) aus zwei Halbschalen (5, 6) zusammengesetzt sind, die in einer durch die Längsachse (4) des Gehäuses (1) sowie der Stieltülle (3) gehenden Ebene aneinander anliegen und randseitig fest aneinander angeschlossen sind, und wobei die beiden Halbschalen (5, 6) jeweils einstückig ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des im Gehäuse (1) gebildeten Hohlraums (12) mit Schrot (14) befüllt ist, wobei zur Befüllung des Hohlraums (12) die von der Stieltülle (3) gebildete Öffnung (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Schonhammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (13) durch einen lösbar eingesetzten Stopfen (15) verschließbar ist.
- Schonhammer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Halbschalen (5, 6) einstückig aus einem gemeinsamen Blechzuschnitt geformt sind.
- Schonhammer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Halbschalen (5, 6) am Gehäuse (1) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die randseitig aneinander angeschlossenen Halbschalen (5, 6) an ihren gegenseitigen Anlageflächen des Gehäuses (1) und/oder der Stieltülle (3) miteinander verschweißt oder auf andere Weise unlösbar verbunden sind.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Übergangsbereich zwischen Gehäuse (1) und Stieltülle (3) eine Verstärkungsrippe (7) vorgesehen ist, die von randseitig an jede der Halbschalen anschließenden Randstreifen gebildet ist, wobei die beiden gemeinsam eine Verstärkungsrippe (7) bildenden Randstreifen plan einander anliegen und an ihrem freien Rand miteinander verschweißt sind.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) an jeder seiner beiden Stirnseiten eine Öffnung (8) aufweist, in der mit Abstand zum Rand der Öffnung (8) eine Prallplatte (9) angeordnet ist, der der in das Gehäuse eingesetzte Schlageinsatz (2) anliegt.
- Schonhammer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prallplatte (9) randseitig mit einem Kragen versehen ist, der mit dem Rand der Öffnung (8) bündig abschließt und mit diesem verschweißt oder auf andere Weise unlösbar verbunden ist.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlageinsatz (2) im Gehäuse (1) einen gegen Verdrehung sichernden unrunden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Schonhammer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) und der Schlageinsatz (2) im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet sind.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (1) zur Versteifung der Gehäusewand Sicken (11) eingeformt sind.
- Schonhammer nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicken (22) parallel zum Rand der Öffnung (8) ausgerichtet sind und Anschläge für die Prallplatte (9) bilden.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hammerstiel (16) einstückig an die Stieltülle (3) angeformt ist.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prallplatte (9) mit einwärts gerichteten Sicken (10) zur Halterung des Schlageinsatzes (2) versehen ist.
- Schonhammer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prallplatte (9) an die Halbschale (5,6) angeformt und einstückig mit ihr ausgebildet ist.
