Definitions
- the invention relates to a screening device with a Housing, a main screen and a pre-screen, the one Main racket for the main screen carries and relative is movable to the main screen.
- this sieve Through movement this sieve, for example through a vibration movement, or by moving the material over the sieve, for example through a racket movement, the part of the to sieving goods that have the necessary delicacy, moved through the sieve.
- the foreign bodies are retained by the sieve and can be removed.
- the pre-screen also serves as Carrier for the racket work, i.e. for the facility, compared to the relative movement of the material to be screened the sieve.
- the pre-screen rotates at about 700 revolutions per minute, so that the passage of the sieve Good things from the pre-sieve mainly by centrifugal force is effected.
- the pre-screen holds larger foreign objects from the main screen distant, however it tends to clump with materials to clog. However, there is a tendency to lump a variety of powder or granular materials to observe that some moisture get abandoned. In many cases, one is sufficient incorrectly set humidity to to form a lump. The clumping materials can no longer be achieved by pure centrifugal force move through the pre-screen, so here shortly blockage of the pre-screen is to be expected.
- EP-A-0 126 177 shows a screening device with a housing, a main sieve and two Pre-sieves that coaxial with each other with growing diameters are arranged and nested. Basically, it is a series connection of three independent seven. The The material to be screened is fed to the innermost screen basket and then passes through the three sieve baskets into an outlet. This allows different Classify fractions.
- the invention has for its object a screening device to indicate which can be used unseller.
- This task is the beginning of a screening device mentioned type in that the pre-screen in a second and divided into a first part, where both parts have the same diameter, the second part carries the main racket movement and relative is movable to the first part and one relative to the first Part movable auxiliary racket is provided.
- the pre-screen By dividing the pre-screen, one can also equip the pre-screen with a beater, so that the material to be screened under the influence of external Forces are pushed through the pre-sieve.
- the pre-screen namely its second, can be moved Part, still as a carrier for the main racket factory use, so that also for the main sieve Racket movement is provided, the support of which is none major problems.
- the second part of the pre-screen then only the centrifugal force effective. Since the first part of the pre-screen with one Racquet, namely the auxiliary racket, equipped the capacity of the pre-screen is also sufficient Materials that tend to clump.
- the aspect ratio of the first and second part of the pre-screen can in principle can be chosen arbitrarily. You just have to ensure that the main racket has sufficient Length is supported so that it is not undesirable Vibrations or on the free-standing Part is excessively loaded so that it can break off.
- the first part is fixed to the housing.
- the first Part of the pre-screen is therefore stationary and immobile in the Housing arranged so that neither additional bearings additional sealing points are required.
- the Bearing and sealing points are only further from the housing wall, where they were previously located, shifted away.
- the second part and the auxiliary racket preferably have a common drive.
- no separate drive is necessary.
- this essentially allows synchronous movement of auxiliary racket movement and second part of the pre-screen set up what automatically leads to the auxiliary racket and the main racket moved substantially synchronously with each other become.
- the conveying capacity of auxiliary and main racket work can be done in a very simple way adapt to each other.
- Main and pre-sieves are preferably cylindrical drums formed, and the second part of the pre-screen rotates around a cylinder axis.
- the first part of the pre-screen, which is immobile is coaxial with the first part arranged.
- the drive is preferably formed by a shaft, extending from the entrance of the pre-screen to an entrance opening extends of the housing and at least in sections is designed as a screw conveyor device.
- a screw conveyor is not only to understand a screw conveyor on a shaft has a helically arranged projection.
- the screw conveyor can also by partial areas protruding from the shaft, e.g. form an interrupted helix. The only important thing is the material transport function, generated by the movement of the shaft. This Rotational movement of the shaft then continues in the second Part of the pre-screen.
- the entry of the good to be screened in the Pre-sieve and the drive of the pre-sieve including the Main racket works in sync.
- the screw conveyor preferably extends up to into the first part of the pre-screen and serve as Auxiliary racket movement.
- the relative movement between the first part of the pre-screen and the auxiliary racket here essentially axially, so that to be screened Well, not through the first part of the pre-screen stepped directly from the first part of the pre-screen Will get removed. A constipation of the first part the pre-screen is reliably avoided.
- the first part in Conveying direction arranged in front of the second part of the pre-screen is.
- the part of the good to be screened that is not has been sifted through the first part of the pre-screen, can pass through the second part of the pre-screen.
- the screen surface of the pre-screen is better used.
- the screw conveyor device at least in the area of the first part of the pre-screen has a higher capacity than in the area the entrance opening.
- the good to be screened becomes accelerated in the area of the first part of the pre-screen
- the portion emerging from the first part of the pre-screen the goods to be screened are, so to speak, in the second Part of the pre-sieve thrown in. This will a better distribution of the material to be screened in the second Part of the pre-screen reached.
- auxiliary racket has paddles that essentially in the axial and radial directions extend. These paddles can be used alone be. But you can also in addition to the screw conveyor Training of the auxiliary racket provided be. The paddles run essentially in the circumferential direction, a larger one without the good to be screened Notify movement in the axial direction. This will the focus of the sieving action towards the first part of the pre-screen moved. In particular, this can then be of advantage or importance if with a greater clumping of the material to be screened to calculate.
- the main racket mechanism preferably has a stripping device for the outlet side of the first part of the Pre-sieve on. Since the first part of the pre-screen is fixed, there is a risk that on the outlet side, i.e. with a cylinder screen on the outer surface of the pre-screen, Material that accumulates the passage of further Prevents screenings. Otherwise, this problem occurs in the upper area of the pre-screen, from which the Do not drop screenings due to gravity can.
- the stripping device becomes the outlet side of the pre-screen cleaned regularly so that here no blockages are built up.
- Is preferably between the second and the first Part of the pre-screen provided a gap, the width of which does not exceed the largest width of a pre-screen opening.
- the gap can therefore also serve as a sieve opening. It is so large that there is no blockage here the movement from the second to the first part of the pre-screen he follows.
- a screening device 1 has a housing 2 Entrance opening 3, which opens into an entrance space 4.
- a main screen 5 is also stationary and arranged immobile.
- the main screen 5 is, for example from a sieve fabric 6, which with the help of a Clamping device 7 axially and with the help of clamping rings 8 is radially clamped.
- the main screen 5 is designed as a hollow cylinder. Coaxial to the main screen 5, a pre-screen 9 is arranged, the separated into a second part 10 and a first part 11 is. Between the two parts 10, 11 is a Gap 12 formed, the width of which is approximately the greatest width corresponds to a pre-sieve opening 13.
- the second part 10 of the pre-screen 9 carries on its circumference Holder 14 for a main racket 15.
- the main racket 15 is adjacent to the main sieve 5 and how will be explained later, movable relative to the main screen 5.
- the second part 10 of the pre-screen 9 is star-shaped Bracket 16 attached to a shaft 17, the via bearings 20, 21 in turn rotatably mounted in the housing 2 is.
- the shaft 17 rotates, the second part 10 of the pre-screen 9 with. This will also the main racket 15 compared to that in the housing 2 fixed main sieve 5 moves.
- the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9 is in the housing 2 stationary and immobile.
- the first part 11 the pre-screen 9 is also designed as a hollow cylinder, the same diameter as the second part 10 of the pre-screen 9.
- the first part 11 of the pre-screen continues a channel 18 which the first part 11th the pre-screen 9 connects to the entrance space 4.
- Of the Channel 18 has the same inside diameter as that Pre-sieve 9.
- the pre-sieve diameter can also be chosen larger become.
- a screw conveyor 19 extends from the entrance room 4 to the inside of the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9.
- the screw conveyor 19 is on the shaft 17 fixed.
- the shaft 17 rotates on a has a pulley 22 at its ends for driving, becomes powdery or granular bulk material, that through the entrance opening 3 into the entrance space 4th arrives, with the help of the screw conveyor 19 through the channel 18 promoted in the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9.
- the screw conveyor 19 acts in the interior of the first Part 11 of the pre-screen 9 as a beater, i.e. she generates a relative movement of the material to be screened in Reference to the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9. This relative movement is essentially axially directed, but has also a small component in the circumferential direction.
- Screenings, not through the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9 occurs, is in synchronism with the screw conveyor 19 rotating second part 10 of the pre-screen 9 registered.
- the one created by the rotation works Centrifugal force together with an at least initially existing one Relative movement between screenings and pre-screen, around the screened material through the second part 10 of the pre-screen 9 to let it pass through.
- Screenings that are not by that Pre-sieve passes through falls at the rear end, i.e. at the end away from the screw conveyor 19, into a waste channel 23, into which the rest of the material also goes, that cannot pass through the main sieve 5.
- the Material on the other hand, the pre-screen 9 and the main screen 5 has happened, falls into a collecting channel 24, from where it can be sent for further processing.
- the screw conveyor 19 has at least at the end that in the pre-screen 9 enters, a progressive delivery rate, which in the present embodiment is realized that the thread height between individual Turns of the screw conveyor 19 increases.
- a progressive delivery rate which in the present embodiment is realized that the thread height between individual Turns of the screw conveyor 19 increases.
- the screenings in the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9 spread a little better.
- the main racket 15 extends over the entire Length of the main screen 5. It therefore extends with part of its axial length also over the first Part 11 of the pre-screen 9. In this area it is Main racket 15 with radially inward facing Wipers 25 provided the outlet side of the first Clean part 11 of pre-screen 9, i.e. located there Remove accumulations of material. This is particularly so in such areas of the first part 11 of the Pre-sieve 9 advantageous, in which the material is not falls from the pre-screen 9 even due to gravity.
- part of the pre-screen 9 only depends on what free length the main racket 15 still can tolerate. This free length determines the axial Length of the first part 11 of the pre-screen 9. It may only be chosen so large that the main racket 15th does not carry out any unwanted vibrations is not overused during operation.
- FIG. 2 and 3 show a modified embodiment, in which parts that correspond to those of FIG. 1 with are provided with the same reference numerals. 3 are the main racket work for reasons of clarity 15 with the wipers 25 and the tensioning device 7 not shown.
- the configuration according to FIGS. 2 and 3 differs on the one hand through the design of the screw conveyor.
- the Screw conveyor 19 is replaced here by individual partial areas 26, the whole in the lower half of the shaft 17 and are drawn on average in the upper half. These partial surfaces 26 are with screws 27 on the shaft 17 attached. After loosening the screws 27, the Inclination of the sub-areas 26 and thus the delivery rate the screw conveyor.
- auxiliary racket which is in the design 1 by the in the first part 11th of the pre-screen 9 protruding part of the screw 19 is formed, modified.
- the auxiliary racket is now essentially in axial and in radially extending paddle 28 formed are attached to the shaft 17 by means of supports 29.
- the movement, the paddles 28 when the shaft rotates Perform 17 is a circular motion.
- the material to be screened is initially essentially the first Part 11 of the pre-screen is circulated before it enters the second Part 10 occurs.
- the one shown here Embodiment of the auxiliary racket also with combine a screw conveyor so that the movement of the material to be screened then from a circulating component and an axial component.
- the first is Part 11 of the pre-screen 9 in the conveying direction of the material to be screened arranged in front of the second part 10 of the pre-screen 9, i.e. the screenings first run through the first part 11 and then through the second part 10 of the pre-screen.
- the screenings first run through the first part 11 and then through the second part 10 of the pre-screen.
