Description

The invention relates to a bridge according to the preamble of claim 1. A bridge of this type is known from EP 0 290 405 A1 .

The object of the invention is to provide a bridge which can be folded up for transport in such a way that the transport dimensions are as small as possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a bridge with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.

The bridge according to the invention is a tub bridge with a flat roadway below, into which the lower chords are integrated, and side walls built upwards, at the upper ends of which the upper chords of the bridge girder are arranged. It can be divided lengthways into any number of modules, the length of which can be adapted to the available transport length. Each individual bridge module can be used as a single bridge without the need for additional parts (e.g. ramps).
The individual bridge modules are nested within each other for transport, so that the transport height is very small.

Die erfindungsgemäße Brücke hat folgende Vorteile:

  • kleine Transportabmessungen bei großer Bauhöhe;
  • gute Sichtbarkeit der Brücke für auffahrende und überfahrende Fahrzeuge;
  • kurze Brücken und Mittenabschnitte sind gleich; somit können aus vielen kleinen Brücken große Brücken gebaut werden;
The bridge according to the invention has the following advantages:
  • small transport dimensions with high construction height;
  • Due to the level road, no ramps are necessary, no ramp angles.
  • good visibility of the bridge for ascending and passing vehicles;
  • short bridges and middle sections are the same; thus large bridges can be built from many small bridges;
In order to reduce the width for transport, the bridge side parts, consisting of side walls and road slabs, are pushed together. In a further preferred embodiment, the middle carriageway slabs are each folded onto the outer regions of the carriageway perpendicular to the carriageway direction, and the two bridge side parts are then pushed together.

The individual bridge elements can be connected by a bolt or a hammer coupling.
In order to save transport space, laying beam sections and / or the cross beams can be accommodated in the upper bridge module of the stack.
In versions in which the bridge side parts of the individual modules are pushed together for transport, the bridge is advantageously installed module by module from bottom to top.
In other versions, in which the bridge side parts are not pushed together for transport, the bridge is advantageously laid module by module from top to bottom.

The invention is explained in more detail with reference to FIG.

Show it:

Fig. 1 shows the cross section of the bath bridge according to the invention with a level roadway. Exemplary dimensions are given. The bridge comprises the carriageway and two side walls SW , which are built on the edges of the carriageway and form an angle ≧ 90 o with the carriageway. The upper chords OG run at the upper edge area of the side walls SW. The carriageway includes the lower chords on the left and right, which are designed as external carriageway panels FA , to which two further carriageway panels FI are connected on the inside, which are connected to the external carriageway panels FA via swivel joints or hinges. The inner roadway plates FI can be folded upwards and outwards at the joints perpendicular to the roadway direction, so that the inner roadway plates FI come to rest on the lower chords / outer roadway plates FA . A cross member Q connects the two bridge side parts made of top flange OG , side wall SW and the two road plates FI, FA connected by joints. A scrap board SB can advantageously be arranged on the outer regions of the carriageway. In addition to the arrangement shown here, in which between the inside If there is a distance between the road slabs, versions are also possible in which they directly adjoin one another.

Fig. 2 shows the bridge prepared for transport. The individual bridge modules B are stacked on a pallet P in a container CO , in such a way that the individual modules are nested one inside the other. In order to reduce the width for transport, the cross members were removed and the inner roadway panels FI were folded outwards onto the lower chords FA . The side panels, which were then separated, were pushed together. In the top module of the stack there is enough storage space SR for the VBT stem supports. Additional spaces SR , which result between the individual modules or between the stack and the container walls, can be used for the storage of the cross members.

The bridge according to the invention consists of individual bridge modules B. Each bridge module can also be used as a single bridge. This modular structure results in a high flexibility for the use of the bridge. In Fig. 3 some examples of this are shown. The four bridge modules shown can be assembled into larger bridges depending on the length required. No other bridge parts, such as ramp components, are required.

The individual modules can be connected by bolts and / or hammer couplings. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the bridge modules B are connected to the lower flange UG by a bolt BZ , while hammer couplings HK are used on the upper flange OG .

In a further embodiment according to FIG. 5, the bridge modules B are connected to the upper and lower chord OG, UG by hammer couplings HK .
