Description

The invention relates to a collapsible bridge, which is composed of individual, interconnected bridge sections (ramp sections and possibly normal sections).

Such a bridge is known from DE-PS 12 07 948. This consists of two ramp sections and usually several middle or normal sections with an extendable lower flange. Thus, two types of bridge sections must always be kept and carried - also with regard to spare parts - which are not interchangeable. If the number and length (or width) of obstacles to be spanned are not known from the outset, too many sections of one type and too few of the other type may be carried along. In the known bridge there is also the disadvantage that the upper flange is designed as a rigid support and therefore results in a relatively high weight.

Another bridge is known from DE-PS 38 14 502, which can be assembled from uniformly constructed bridge sections. With these bridge sections, however, different components (at least four diagonal struts, lower chords and / or upper chords) must be used with regard to the adjacent sections and the entire one Bridge construction can be adjusted in length in a complex manner.

The invention has for its object to provide a bridge of the type mentioned, which consists of universally usable parts for ramps and normal sections and can be assembled in a simple manner and thus quickly.

This object is achieved in that the bridge sections by roadway beams connected in the form of a right triangle and in the case of any central or normal sections additionally have a lower flange and that the beams are attached to a common cross member at the boundary between two bridge sections.

The triangular beams can be used universally for ramp and normal sections. The longest edge of the girder (hypotenuse of the triangle) is arranged for ramp sections and the base edge (longer catheter of the triangle) is arranged upwards for a central or normal section and is used accordingly to fasten the carriageway slabs. In normal sections, it is of no interest in which direction the tip of the right-angled triangle points; the lower flange, which is kept at a distance by the crossbeam, always provides the necessary strength in the longitudinal direction of the bridge. The cross member also provides the necessary cross stability.

The assembly is made considerably easier by the fact that the beams are provided at the corners of the triangle and the cross beams on their upper and lower edges with coupling eyes, whereby the assembly can be carried out by means of plug bolts.

The two long edges of the triangular supports (longer catheter and hypotenuse) are expedient of the triangle) as drivable parts with a covering (e.g. corundum bedding) so that the bridge can be used in its full width.

Die Brücke gemäß Fig. 1 besteht aus zwei Rampenabschnitten R und R' und weist eine Länge von beispielsweise 11 m auf.1 consists of two ramp sections R and R ' and has a length of, for example, 11 m.

The carriers 1 have - seen from the side - the shape of a right-angled triangle, the shorter catheter of which is arranged essentially vertically and determines the height of the bridge body. Each roadway plate 2 connects two beams 1 with each other and is located on the longest edge of the triangle's hypotenuse. The carriers 1 have coupling eyes or eyes 3 to 5 at the three corners of the triangle (3 at the corner with the smallest angle, 5 at the right-angled corner and 4 at the third corner of the triangle). The length of the base line or the longer catheter of the triangle of the carrier 1 is 5.5 m, measured via the coupling eyes 3, 5, and the height or the shorter catheter is, for example, 0.5 m.

The two ramp sections R , R ' are connected and held together by a common cross member 6. This cross member also has coupling eyes 8 and 9 on its upper and lower edges, which are provided for coupling with the coupling eyes 4 and 5 of the two ramp sections R , R ' . The cross member 6 shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 5 extends over both lane elements and thus over the entire width of the bridge and gives the bridge the necessary transverse stability.

The recess of the cross member 6 recognizable in the middle of the bridge is provided for guidance on a stem support.

The two ramp sections R , R ' at the ends are identical to those of the bridge according to FIG. 1. A normal field or section N adjoins the ramp section R' shown on the left in FIG. 2, via a corresponding cross member 6. in this section the carriageway slabs 2 are fastened to the base edge of the carrier 1 arranged at the top (longer catheter of the triangle). The coupling eyes 4 of the carrier 1 of the left ramp section R and the coupling eyes 5 of the carrier 1 of the normal section N are connected together with the coupling eyes 8 of the cross member 6 'by a plug pin. Likewise, the coupling eyes 5 of the carrier 1 of the left ramp section R , the coupling eyes 4 of the carrier 1 of the normal section N and the lower coupling eyes 9 of the cross member 6 'are connected together by a plug pin.

If, as shown in FIG. 2, one starts from a horizontal base line of the triangular beams 1 of the left ramp section R , the upper edges of the triangular beams of the normal section N and the roadway plates 2 connecting them also run horizontally, ie the coupling eyes 3 of the beams 1 of the normal section N are higher than the baseline of the beams 1 of the ramp section R.

The coupling eyes 3 of the beams 1 of the normal section N are bolted together with the coupling eyes 4 of the beams 1 of the right ramp section R ′ to the upper coupling eyes 8 of a further cross beam 6 ″. Between the lower coupling eyes 9 of the cross member 6 'and 6''a z. B. arranged as a rope of defined length tension element 10.

The bridge with four bridge sections shown in FIG. 3 has two outer ramp sections R , R ' and two normal sections N , N' . The blunt ends of the two normal sections (coupling eyes 4, 5) are each connected in the manner described above to the beams of the ramp sections R and R ' via a cross member 6'. In the middle, the coupling eyes 3 of the top of the beams 1 of the two normal sections meet and are bolted there together with the upper coupling eyes of a further cross beam 6 '''. The lower coupling eyes of the Cross members 6 '''are each connected by a rope 10 as the lower chord to the coupling eyes 9 of the adjacent cross members 6'.

  • Fahrbahnplatten 2
  • und Querträger 6 bzw. - in gleicher Ausführung - 6', 6'', 6'''
The bridges according to FIGS. 1 to 3 each rest on the bank of an obstacle H with the tip of the ramp sections R. Only the same parts are used to lay the different bridges
  • triangular beam 1 (right triangle)
  • Road slabs 2
  • and cross member 6 or - in the same design - 6 ', 6'',6'''
used, which are used universally for both ramp and normal sections. Additional pulling elements are only required for normal sections, but due to their simple structure and size they do not pose any transport problems. Only one cross member is inserted between two bridge sections; the cross members designated 6, 6 ', 6''and6''' above all have the same structure.

The two long parallel outer surfaces of the triangular carrier 1 (longer catheter and hypotenuse of the right-angled triangle) are provided with a covering which allows vehicles to be driven on even outside the roadway plates 2. This covering consists, for. B. from a corundum scatter.
