Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Beschriften einer Glasscheibe mit Hilfe eines Laserstrahlenbündels, indem Laserstrahlung einer Wellenlänge, für die die Glasscheibe im wesentlichen durchlässig ist, durch wenigstens einen Teil der Glasscheibe hindurch auf eine die Laserstrahlung absorbierende Schicht fokussiert wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf eine in einer Fahrzeugkarosserie nach dem Klebeverfahren eingebaute und mit einem aus wenigstens einer Emailschicht bestehenden Streifen, insbesondere einem Dekorrahmen, versehene Glasscheibe angewendet wird, wobei die Beschriftung insbesondere auf einem unzugänglichen Teil des Emailstreifens durch Fokussierung der Laserstrahlung auf die den Streifen bildende Emailschicht erfolgt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Emailstreifen auf der zum Fahrgastraum des Fahrzeugs hin gerichteten Seite der Glasscheibe angeordnet ist, und daß die Beschriftung von der Außenseite her auf einen Teil des Emailstreifens erfolgt, der durch eine Kleberaupe oder ein Profil aus einem Polymer abgedeckt ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Emailstreifen auf einer innerhalb der Verglasung liegenden Oberfläche einer Glasscheibe angeordnet wird.
