Definitions
- the invention relates to a bag according to the preamble of claim 1.
- plastic bags are from US-A-4 817 188 and EP 0 398 732 A2.
- the slide fastener tapes for the aforementioned Bags mostly made of plastic polyethylene, which is relatively soft and flexible. It has already been tried been, instead of polyethylene a harder plastic like for example polypropylene for the slide fastener tapes too use. This would be desirable in itself, since it is a harder one Plastic also greater forces (with the same dimensions of the Slide lock) could be included.
- polypropylene a harder plastic also greater forces (with the same dimensions of the Slide lock) could be included.
- you one of the known slide fastener tapes from a relative produces hard plastic such as polypropylene difficulties arise. Closure tapes from one hard plastic such as polypropylene can only be extremely difficult to open and close, making it more practical Use is very tedious and difficult and not by customers is accepted.
- the object of the invention is to make a bag, preferably Plastic, with a slide lock of the type specified Art to create that can be opened and closed easily and which is still one by a pressure of the one in the bag The opening force exerted great resistance opposed.
- connection between the back of the male fastener and the bag wall at a point in the area of Web of the hook of the male fastener begins, preferably in the middle of this web, and from there to the bag opening extends.
- the hook of the male fastener can also be called a single hook. He owns one Web, at the end of which a hook tip is provided.
- connection or welding ends between the back of the female and / or male fastener before (within) the outer end of each Back.
- the fastener tape from a relative hard plastic such as polypropylene. It is also possible to change the spaces between the Execute hook elements relatively large, so that the Closure can be opened and closed easily, while doing so at the same time a sufficient resistance against one inadvertent opening of the bag due to pressure from the inside guarantee.
- the invention provides a slide fastener tape that from a relatively hard plastic (i.e. a plastic, which is harder than polyethylene, e.g. made of polypropylene) is made that is easy to open and light can be closed and still has a very long shelf life from the inside has that the pressure of the filling material from the inside opposed great resistance without opening.
- a relatively hard plastic i.e. a plastic, which is harder than polyethylene, e.g. made of polypropylene
- the slide fastener tape can be made very small and narrow.
- connection between the back of the female closure part and the bag wall in the area of outer hook or web of the female closure part begins.
- This connection preferably begins at the interior of the female closure part facing side of the web this hook, that is, the hook of the female profile that is on the side facing the bag opening or on the inside of the bag opposite side.
- the wall of the bag preferably projects beyond the back of the female and / or male closure part.
- the bag wall is accordingly towards the outside, i.e. on the inside of the bag opposite side of the closure, longer than the one or the Back of the closure part or parts. This allows those Parts of the bag wall, which protrude beyond the closure parts, gripped will. If you then the seized bag walls pulls apart, the closure is opened.
- the hook has (Single hook) of the male closure part on the tip of its hook facing away from a bulge.
- This bulge can have the shape of a back of the head. Your purpose is there in supporting the opposite hook tip.
- the transition point between the bulge or the back of the head and the adjoining web of the single hook forms an abutment for the hook tip of the opposite hook of the female Closure part.
- This hook tip is practically supported as an abutment against the aforementioned transition point and remains the indentation formed by it. This makes it reliable prevents the lock from opening to the outside directed pressure inside the bag opens unintentionally. If the closure should be opened at will, the Hook tip slightly from the indentation.
- the height of the hooks is preferably two to three times as large like the strength of the webs of the hooks.
- the webs are therefore proportionate executed thin.
- the ratio of the length of the Hook tips to the thickness of the webs is 0.4 to 1.
- the Hook tips are therefore preferably made to be relatively long.
- a slide fastener tape attached that from a male fastener 1 and a female closure part 2. Every fastener has a back 3, 4 with the wall 19 of the bag connected, namely welded. It is understood that the fastening of the closure parts on the bag wall also through Glue or another suitable type of attachment or connection can be done.
- the backs 3, 4 of the closure parts 1, 2 are opposite Connected walls 16, 19 and 15 of the bag, respectively by welds 17, 18.
- the male fastener 1 has a hook (single hook) 6, which is perpendicular to the back 3 protrudes.
- the single hook 6 in turn consists of a web and a hook tip 7.
- the bridge connects the Hook back 3 to the hook tip 7.
- the female closure part 2 consists of a hook back 4 and two hooks 9, 10, which in turn each consist of a web and each consist of a hook tip 11, 12.
- the hook tips are facing each other. They limit one between themselves Interior in which the single hook 6 can be hooked.
- connection or welding 18 between the back 4 of the female closure part 2 and the bag wall 16, 19 begins at a location outside the center of the female closure member 2. It extends from there to the bag opening, in 3 and 4 upwards.
- the lower end of the weld 18 lies above the center of the female closure part 2.
- This middle of the female closure part 2 is on half way between the webs of the hooks 9, 10.
- the lower one is located End of the weld 18, that is, the point at which this weld 18 begins in the area of the outer hook 9 of the female Closure part 2, namely on the interior of the female Closure part 2 facing side of the web of this hook 9.
- the weld seam 17 between the back 3 of the male closure part 1 and the bag wall 15 begins at one point in the area of the web of the single hook 6, in the middle this bridge.
- the weld seam 17 extends from there to Bag opening to the outside.
- the bag walls protrude 16, 15 the backs 4, 3 of the female closure part 2 and the male closure part 1.
- the bag walls 16, 15 are therefore longer than the hook backs 4, 3.
- the weld seam 18 ends before the outer End of the back 4 of the female closure part 2.
- the weld seam 17 ends before the outer end of the back 3 of the male closure part 1. This allows the outer Ends of the bag walls 16, 17 opposite the outside Ends of the backs 4, 3 bent in the manner shown in Fig. 4 will.
- the outer ends of the bag walls 16, 15 can gripped by hand and pulled apart.
- the single hook 6 of the male closure part 1 points to the a bulge 8 on its side facing away from the hook tip 7.
- the bulge has the appearance of a rounded back of the head.
- an indentation is formed in which the Hook tip 11 of the opposite hook 9 of the female Closure part 2 can get stuck (see in particular Fig. 3).
- the hook backs 4, 3 have on their inner and outer sides approaches 13, 14 and 2, 1 respectively. These are preferably approaches relatively short. It handles the closure improved.
- the approaches can also be longer, as shown in Fig. 1 by approaches 1 and 2. In which 2, the approaches 1, 2 are shortened.
- the handling of the plastic bag and the associated sealing tape is as follows: if the fastener tape is hooked, the hook tip 11 of the hook 9 is supported, that is to say the outer one Hook of the female profile part 2, in the manner of an abutment against the rounded back of the single hook 6.
- the hook tip 11 sticks to the indentation of the hook 9, that at the transition point from the web of the hook 9 to the bulge 8 is formed.
- FIG. 3 Guaranteed reliable hooking, if the contents inside the bag follow you externally acting train or pressure generated by the arrows 20, 21, 22, 23 is shown. External pressure forces in the Inside the bag create the outward forces 22, 23, which in turn have tensile forces 20, 21 in the bag walls let arise.
- the slide lock can be simple and reliable be opened if desired.
- the hook tip 11 comes off completely easily from the indentation between the bulge 8 and the Web of the single hook 6, while the single hook 6 is still turns further and turns from the hook 10, i.e. from the lower (inner) Hook of the female closure part 2, completely uncoupled (see Fig. 4).
- the weld seam 17 below the single hook 6 starts approximately in the middle of the web of this hook 6 and extends approximately 1 to 2 mm in the upward or outward direction, i.e. in that direction Direction facing away from the hook tip 7.
- the hook tip 7 of the single hook 6 is directed towards the inside of the container.
- the weld seam 18 sets approximately below the inside of the web of the upper (outer) hook 9 and extends also about 1 to 2 mm towards the bag opening. This displacement of the fastening seams 17, 18 creates this Torque, which can be seen from Fig. 3.
- the closure band consisting of two closure parts (band halves) 1, 2 can also have shorter approaches 1, 2, as in FIG. 2 shown, since the weld seams 17, 18 only part of this Cover approaches. In the interest of better handling of the closure however, the approaches must be in place. Also the Approaches 13, 14 must be available; they are significantly shorter than approaches 1, 2.
- the staggered are of particular importance for the invention (Eccentric) arrangement of the attachment points of the bag walls to the fastener tape, the special design of the back of the head 8 of the hook 6, the relatively thin webs and long tips of the hooks 6, 9, 10, the short lugs 13, 14 (as well as approaches 1, 2) for better handling and the big ones Gaps between the hooks and bars.
- closure parts 1, 2 and their Back hooks 3, 4 and their hooks 6, 9, 10 disproportionately shown large.
- the following dimensions can be provided:
- the hooks 6, 9, 10 are about 0.9 to 1.0 mm high.
- the hook backs (Bases) 3, 4 are about 0.3 to 0.4 mm thick.
- the bridges the hooks 9, 10 are about 0.3 to 0.4 mm thick.
- the jetty of the single hook 6 can be somewhat stronger, that is 0.4 to 0.5 mm.
- the interior of the female fastener part, through the hook 9, 10 is formed, should be about 1.1 to these proportions 1.3 mm wide, the hook tips 11, 12 a length of have about 0.2 to 0.3 mm, so that then the distance between the hook tips 11, 12 of the female profile part about 0.6 to Is 0.7 mm.
- the hook tip of the male profile part 6 stands about 0.3 mm beyond the web 6 in this case. This relatively large distances are necessary so that the relatively rigid, inflexible hook bars when opening and closing only have to bend aside a little.
- the height of the hooks is preferred is two to three times the strength of theirs Ridges that the ratio of the length of the hook tips to that Thickness of the webs is preferably 0.4 to 1 and that the spaces between the hooks 9, 10; 6 and webs preferably about half the thickness of the webs.
